This location has never missed the sauces, I always get them when I add it to my order. The wings are always perfectly coated in their sauces, and the staff is always pretty kind when I come in to pick up my order. I'd also like to make an honorable mention that the food is always neatly placed in the bags, and the bag is always sealed with a sticker. This is perfect. Today I actually ordered at the register, and the woman read back my order not only as I was telling her what I wanted, but after it was all complete too! She triple checked that she placed in the order as I asked. Portillos does this at their drive thru, and it's an amazing reassurance for the customers. It's always pretty cold inside which is actually nice, because it's summer and I've never been in a colder restaurant before! The inside is always kept clean, especially their drinks station. The only thing I always find odd about this location is that they don't have a garbage can, so if you eat inside you have to throw away your garbage outside, which is shared by the neighboring Dunkin. For a Matteson restaurant, it's sure well polished! Clean, has a kind crew, and well managed.

We waited for about 10 more minutes and then went back in again to see if our order was ready. The same host came up. I reminded her of my name and she saw it was ready. Right as she turned to go get my food from the back, another lady came in behind me. The host stopped and asked the lady behind me if she had an order placed already which was no... the host then stopped short of going to get my food so she can start taking the lady's order behind me. If you know I've been waiting longer and I was in front of the lady that just came in, why not say " give me second to get her order bc she's been waiting and I'll come take your order". Duh... Thats not only common sense but common courtesy as well. The guy that was working there saw what she did and was like I'll go get her order. That host knew I had been waiting there for my order and knew that the lady came in behind me; however, she treated me like I was unimportant or my time was unimportant. No thanks.
