One of the cashier's needs a little personality and professionalism..she liked her finger while bagging someone's order..Nasty ignorant and rude. The restaurant menu and signage looked really great so I wanted to give them a try. I tried the chicken wings and it was a big disappointment. The wings were very small. I'm finding that most fast food restaurants are using small wings and charging for regular size wings. It just isn't worth the money that they are charging for skinny scrawny chicken wings. I left there still hungry because there wasn't enough meat on those wings to satisfy a small child. Three is the charm for me, apparently, because this is the third time that I've had to put my food in the oven to cook it because the food also arrived extremely undercooked. BUT, the tenders was the worst, tasteless, tough tenders EVER...tore off a piece to eat (too tough) never ate the rest...a waste of $21. Additionally, they want to past their credit charges back to the customer by charging 3.5% just to use your card. How about this...during Covid and since restaurants are struggling- how about nobody patron this terrible restaurant anyway. I recently ordered catered grill fish, grilled shrimp and fried chicken wings. I ordered 48 pieces of grilled fish. 40 pieces of grilled shrimp and 48 pieces of fried chicken wings. I placed the order a week in advance. When I arrived 10 minutes after the promised pick up time, the order was not ready. I left and came back 20 minutes later and was given over a dozen boxes each with two to three pieces of fish in them. When I got home, I had to separate the fish to put it together in a serving dish. The shrimp were so small I had to cook some from my freezer to supplement. When I opened the chicken wings, they were burned. I would have taken them back but my guests were arriving since I had to go back earlier and pick up my late order. I will never patronize this establishment again. Went to Red Snapper last night as I had a taste for some chicken and gizzards. Also purchased Jalaeno poppers. I have not eaten there in a couple of years and now I know why. The food was salty (asked for lemon pepper but not extra salt). Quite gross. Th gizzards were fried so hard I ended up throwing them away and the poppers coating was falling apart. Thursday, November 10, 2022, I ordered jumbo shrip (14 pieces) and a 3-piece catfish dinner for a total of $41.89. When I got home with my order, I didn't have cocktail sauce. So I went back to Red Snapper in my PJ's and both the cook and cashier argued that they had given me sauce and if I wanted more, I would have to pay for it. The cook finally gave me 2 containers of what I thought was cocktail sauce until I got home. I opened the container and found that it was HOT sauce. The food is unquestionable. Always grilled, or fried to perfection. The cook Moe is always willing to make accommodations for me. I have a pregnant wife, and her taste buds are a bit strong, and she wants what she wants lol. He closed the grill but open it specifically for me, and he's changed an order at the last min for me.
