Combination Fried Rice and Shrimp Egg Foo Young

The food was ok. The Egg Foo Young was a bit burnt but still good enough to eat and did the job.

A lot of people like it but it's not for me. I asked for chicken and broccoli without gravy. I don't know what kind of chicken this was but it was slimy and when I bit the meat it was not anything like I've had before. The vegetables were in some kind of soup that I just couldn't do. Wish I had passed on this meal. I did enjoy the plain white rice.

Really good food here. Really good service. Kinda dirty on the inside. Life is a series of trade offs. I'll keep eating here.

The food never fails i always get their jerk chicken with Mac and cheese and they have the best Mac and cheese to this day. The blue lagoon drink is always a fav. They have added 18% gratuity since Covid but I'll rather pay 18% at a restaurant that has great food and good portions vs a place that charges for every little thing and all of their food is overpriced. I never had an issue with any waiter/ waitress they always have been helpful and accommodating if need be. Everyone i have brought here loved it as well.

Yes, they are trying for southern charm but the basics cannot be overlooked. The additional charges for things is ridiculous. When I walked in the door, it wasn't a hello, I was greated with do you know our polices. See yellow sign in photos. Charges, for evrything. Look at the menu, extra charges for small items. I tried to order the chicken dinner and was told they do not cook it on Sundays. Only wings on Sunday? WHAT? Isn't Sundays when people come for a family dinner? The service level was nice at the table, so I had no problem with the mandatory 18% added to the bill. She was polite and nice and earned her tip. I actually gave her additional money. The ambiance is noisey. Be prepared to talk little louder than normal. The activity level makes it noisey. I've tried this place twice, I think that's a wrap. No more.

The restaurant represents as a tribute to Chicago, and the price is definitely reflect that. We decided to go there yesterday and sit in the outdoor bar area for my husband's birthday. We got there at the tail end of happy hour and we were able to order one drink each at a reduced price. My husband ordered the Thai chicken bowl and I ordered the buffalo cauliflower bowl. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, as were the drinks. The ambience makes you feel like you are at an Oceanside resort. The presentation of the food was a very pleasing aesthetic. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back

Upon arrival we were immediately seated at a high top in the bar area. They had several big screen TVs on playing both sports and news. We came hungry and ordered a good variety of menu items including a few of their seasonal drinks as well as several shared appetizers. My favorite was the chicken eggs rolls. They really stuff them up and there's so much flavor. The dipping sauce is tasty as well. The lobster Rangoon was an accidental order, I asked the waitress how they were and next thing you know they were brought out to the table. I agreed to keep them and did enjoy them. They were a little pricey at $24 but I understand lobster isn't cheap. The bbq chicken pizza was ok but didn't have the bbq sauce flavor I was looking for. Good while hot but nothing I would order again. The side salad was literally just a bowl of lettuce so I wouldn't do that again either. I felt the menu had a lot of good options and choosing what to order was hard. Our server was great and the busser was attentive and helpful as well. I'm excited to have a place like this in the area. The vibey ambience, good service and overall yummy food makes me want to come back again and try more. Tip: they accept inKind which is a plus because I was able to save a little $ on the bill.
