Excellent! After trying about 10 other Chinese places in the area, I finally found something good to replace my old standby. UberEats means they deliver to Blue Island, SCORE! Fresh fruit smoothies, fresh mushrooms in the fried rice, pungent garlic sauce on the veggie delight, and light, balanced crab rangoon with just the right amount of sweetness. Hubby loved his Mongolian beef, although next time we'll order it without green peppers. Shrimp and veggie spring rolls were standard. Everything else was just perfect. I'll be ordering again and again! Can't wait to try out other menu items too. read more

I like the concept of the jumbo shrimp fried rice, but it was a bit greasy and dry somehow. I've gotten it a few times from here and for what it is, I'm not too mad. But this where they lose me: the lobby. It's so nasty, dirty, old looking and just warn out. It doesn't give a very welcoming feeling. You can only imagine what's going on in the back. I don't trust this place enough to ever go back. read more

They had their kids back there with no shirts on while business was open. I didn't appreciate that. And the food is just ok

My fried rice was greasy and shrimp were overcooked. I got sick and didn't not finish.

Good food and service, but the front lobby is horrible looking, needs to be cleaned up and take down the Covid plastic sheet on front counter. read more

Stopped in for lunch after a recommendation. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the steady flow of customers. I was slightly apprehensive about the way what appears to be an open kitchen is conveniently hidden by two huge pop coolers. I received my order rather quickly, having placed my order at the window. I ordered the Mongolian beef. It was very good. I had the lunch special so it came with shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. The food was very fresh and tasty. I didn't love the egg roll but that was insignificant to my meal. I will definitely return to try some other dishes. So excited to finally have good Chinese food in this area. read more

The person at the window was very courteous however the food was not fresh. This is my first time having bad fried rice. I don't think it was cooked fresh. The rice seemed old in both the jumbo shrimp and the beef fried rice. The shrimp were soggy and not edible. The beef was old. I threw away both dishes and will never return read more

Customer service is good! Nice and friendly staff! Honestly food could be better, I had the regular shrimp fried race and vegetable egg rolls. The rice lacked flavor and the sweet & sour sauce doesn't taste the same. Portions are good, and prices are affordable. read more

My husband loved the hot and sour soup. He told me I should have purchased 2. I ate the shrimp fried rice. It was addictive. I couldn't stop eating it. Usually, I eat half of a small container at one sitting. I ate it all. read more

Love the food always been my favorite Chinese spot in Dolton. Also the customer service is awesome always take good care of my order.

This restaurant food is very very good customer service is great and they're very polite and friendly.

I ordered General Tso Chicken but the restaurant delivered Orange Chicken. This chicken has no spice or kick to it. It tastes like every other restaurant's Orange Chicken although when I spoke to someone named Annie she told me the only difference between their Orange and General Tso's was that the GT had green peppers and carrots which makes no sense. In my opinion they gave me whatever they wanted and just called it GT. This is unacceptable. I was told that I could return it at anytime and get something else or a refund. It is probably good for someone that likes OC but I like a spicy breaded chicken; not sweet orangey sauce. I will return tomorrow for a refund and will not order from this place again. read more

This is one of the best spots for good authentic Chinese food at a great price and you get a lot of food.

I absolutely love it here. They have the best smoothies and the customer service is amazing. I've never had an issues here!

First time ordering from this local restaurant, I must say it was a terrible decision. I ordered the shrimp egg foo young and the actual patty was okay. The gravy it came with has absolutely way too much corn starch. It has so much corn starch that it has become slime. Then as I get half way through my egg foo young I removed I large piece of hair from my mouth( I do know have long hair, and I am eating alone). So the only thing I have left to eat is rice and the rice was flavorless! Everything with my order was a disappointment! I will not be eating at this establishment again!!!!!! read more

When they first open the food was very good I don't know If they have a new cook or what but I was very disappointed With my last two visits.the first time the dish was made wrong. The second time I got old food it was not fresh. I want be back. read more

I was in the area for work and happen to see J Wok on Sibley and Chicago Road. I thought I'll give it a try. Workers in there was very friendly and helpful. So much to try and couldn't decide so she helped me narrow it down. Lunch and dinner specials, combination platters, entree with Shrimp fried rice and egg roll or you can switch for 2 crab rangoons. Food is cooked to order and made with fresh ingredients. They even have smoothies and you can mix the fruits. So refreshing! They also deliver but I don't live in the area. If I am in the area again I will definitely come back here! read more

I've ordered food from them twice, and when it is delivered, the order is always wrong and they always record the wrong address. Today, I ordered through grub hub and wrote a note for extra sweet and sour sauce and an orange soda. I called to speak to someone about it and the guy told me normal Chinese restaurants include sweet and sour sauce, they do not. I simply stated if there was an extra charge, they could've notified me and it would've been fine. He said "u got a soda and 4 packs of sweet and sour sauce, so what are you complaining for." I will NEVER order anything from them again. I don't have to support a business who clearly has no understanding of customer service. read more

I've spent good money there. Until my recent experience when my food was burnt and we agreed upon a credit instead of a refund. Now when I call them to get the credit a week later they don't recall any of the event. And actually accused me of lying and yelled at me about "lying". Very disrespectful and rude. Don't plan on ever giving them my business again. read more

they were extremely rude when i called 2 ask a question. never do business with a company who won't take the time 2 answer your questions about their food you may want 2 put in your stomach. read more

All I can say is that I wanted to give them a higher rating but the food is good and the service is terrible. You're either waiting long or got to fuss with them for them to take your order. I seen it happen to others and I guess today was my turn. read more

Hot Food upon delivery!!! Within minutes good customer service. Fees included for your delivery. Fresh made food per order.

I ate here so you won't have to. If you are considering giving this place a try, I would pass if I were you. Ordered from there for the first time tonight. My Sweet and Sour Shrimp were huge balls of batter... hardly no shrimp. I didn't taste one bite of crab in my Crab Rangoon... nothing but cream cheese. It seems like they are desperately trying to stretch ingredients. Food is not good. Will not be ordering from them again. read more
