Well, I came to Yelp and Frankie V's popped up. Crazy thing, we do our grocery shopping across the street from Frankie V's! So we had passed it many times. We were warmly greeted by the bartender Natalie. She was awesome! It was full at the bar, Sunday Night Football so totally understandable. We sat in the booth. The booth was comfy and cozy. It's a cool spot, total "Cheers" vibe. We had our mind on fish sandwiches but the unassuming owner, Martina came by and greeted us. Then she gave us the rundown on what was the best items. EVERYTHING here is homemade, made from scratch! Loved that! She sold us on the special, 8pc chicken (the whole chicken), fries and an XL 1-topping pizza for $39.00. Well we got it and boy that was THEE BEST fried chicken I have had in YEARS. I mean YEARS! Literally fresh and dripping hot juices everywhere! It was seasoned to perfection! So good! The pizza was INCREDIBLE! It was a great crust and the flavor was amazing! The fries were good! Home cut, I could tell! We delighted in our meal! We look forward to returning soon and trying the fish!

(Exhausting mentally to be quite honest)!!! Ultimately, I chose the sidewalk patio seating area & was able to enjoy a wonderful & quiet evening in a very decent restaurant. My server, Cate was a 1st class waitress & performed her skills perfectly. I even asked her recommendations & she advised the deep dish. I took her advice & loved my pizza experience (thanks Cate, enjoy the $20!) You made it a great experience (other than the introduction with the hostess). I really liked the food, restaurant & overall experience! I wanted to give you guys 5 stars but in good conscience, the hostess ruined it for me so you get 4*'s. Thanks, Glen

The burgers were way overcooked and dry, barely seasoned (just pepper), and honestly hard to eat. The "cheese curds" were just cubes of cheddar cut from a block. Not even trying. Service was a 3/10 at best. Feels like they'll be out of business soon. Won't be back.

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS…read more Absolutely unacceptable experience with this Little Caesars in Whiting and DoorDash. I placed an order, paid for it, and waited for my food. When my DoorDash driver arrived at the store, I was informed that another driver had already picked up my order. Apparently, the orders were not properly verified, resulting in my food being given to the wrong driver and delivered to another customer. To make matters worse, that customer apparently didn't receive the correct order either. My card was already charged, but instead of fixing the situation and getting my food to me, customer service told me they could not reorder the food. The only solution was to cancel my order and issue a refund. So l ended up with: X NO FOOD X NO replacement order X NO compensation for the inconvenience X Money tied up while I wait for the refund to process I was told the refund could take anywhere from 24 hours to up to 1-5 business days to appear back on my card. That is completely unacceptable when the customer did nothing wrong. This entire experience was a complete failure from start to finish. Orders should be checked before being handed to drivers, and when a business makes a mistake, customers should not be left hungry with their money tied up and told to simply wait for a refund. If you live in the Whiting area, I strongly recommend being very cautious about ordering from this location. There are plenty of other pizza options where you can spend your money. 1 will never order from this location again. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
