These wings really are the best in the area. I'm not a spicy person, so I can only recommend Lemon-Pepper (my favorite), Hawaiian, Teriyaki, Mild (with extra sauce on the side), and Garlic Parmesan. They all are better "well-done" in my opinion. I would never say that about chicken or meat usually, but this keeps the wings from being soggy. So they're nice and crispy, and the meat stays moist. Their fries are good if you like a more "real" potato taste. Like Thrashers, but with sugar on them. It's a subtle addition, but I love it. It's nice too, that they have the option to get a beer with your wings. I don't, but it sounds like something a lot of people would like. I would suggest calling ahead at least 15 minutes though if you're doing carry-out. They stay pretty busy, so that'll cut your wait time. And if you've been to the Germantown location before, then you'll think this store's atmosphere is much-improved. But the real reason I had to review was because there is an employee there, Brian, that has better customer service than ANY worker I've ever encountered. No exaggeration. Legit five-star hotels/restaurants - their workers have nothing on this guy. He remembers you by name, remembers your preferences, and goes far out of his way to take care of you. They should seriously consider getting him his own franchise location. All in all, great wings, good prices, easy dinner. read more

8-Apr, updating this review. After my last visit didn't go so well, the owner reached out to me. They took action on this location and made some adjustments. Just visited again and everything went as I have experienced in the past. Excellent service, food rocked(shout out to the Cajun wings and brownies). Family was pleased! Thanks again to the owners for making me can't wait for the next wing night! Two weeks ago...Been coming here for years...but no more. Food is fine, but the last two visits the customer service isn't worth visiting this location. Had to wait up to 30 minutes after ordering online. Always ordered here but sadly never again. We ordered the new "whole wings" on Saturday night that was delivered by Door Dash. Food arrived on time, once opened all the wings were charred no meat whatsoever , just seasoning and bones!!! We called the store spoke to a manager named "Bryan" who sounded quite intoxicated very weird interaction, he would not replace our order or refund the money we were even going to bring them back for them to see. He kept asking us to repeat what happened on the 5th time we were just frustrated asked for a refund which he declined. Don't know what that one person was talking about cause their blue cheese is the best! It tastes better than that fake stuff they sell at supermarkets. I've never had soggy fries from them, always perfectly cooked and seasoned. Lemon pepper is probably one of my favorite flavors they have and everyone is so friendly. Yo man once I got a huge craving for Wendy's so obviously I searched up its address to put into apple maps, but that app is so shitty it brought me to this place. At first I was like damn no famous Wendy's chili? But then I thought wings was good enough. So anyways I show up at 11:48 PM and I see this one tall guy cleaning up I think his name was Abe, and he got a tired look but when he saw me he perked right up and I'm like wow this is the type of customer service that you see in the movies. A great place to stop by after a good ride to Mt. Vernon. The wings hit the spot for me, and its fun (and economical) when you split it with a friend. The different flavors keeps it interesting. Service hasn't been great, but its set up like a fast food joint, so I guess if you don't let it bother you, its a non-issue. read more

I ordered wings on Father's day and the day of the NBA final game and my order was ready in about 15 minutes, highly impressed with the speedy service. I placed my order over the phone, and the associate who helped me read back my order twice to confirm it was correct. When picking up my order, the cashier did the same thing. This was my first experience at a Wing Stop, or really any "specialty" wing place ever. We got the Hickory Smoked BBQ and the Hawaiian flavored wings with a side of fries. The BBQ ones were a lot more flavorful than the Hawaiian. We didn't need any ranch/blue cheese dressing because these wings weren't spicy or hot. They also have "Original Hot" wings on the menu so if you're looking for true hot wings, I would expect this would be your choice. The Atomic wings sounded a little too explosive for my taste. I'd like to try some different sauces next time to see if I like them better. read more

A friend and I made a spur of the moment decision to try Wingstop for the first time tonight to get takeout. We arrived at about 10:45 and saw the store was brightly lit, with a big, brightly lit "OPEN" sign hung over the door. When we walked in, the cashier started to take our order, only to be interrupted by a tall gentleman in the back who told her that they were closed. The wings are trash. The wings are soggy like they are old or something. The "old bay" wings I was told was not a dry rub, but it was "dry rub". Dry rub as in not of old bay, but of season salt. Then, the hickory smoke bbq I had to get cause they don't have honey bbq. What place don't have HONEY bbq. However, anyways the hickory smoke bbq was spicy. I can take spicy, but I was surprise. I love this place. The service here is on point to. There are these two vets there, a big guy with glasses and another guy who usually answer the phone (both usually answers the phone), great guys. I've been to a lot of places for wings and fries including the place Hoo...(i wont finish the name lol)...and in my opinion Wingstop is numero uno for me; the chicken and different sauces are great, the fries are seasoned right, sweet tea - amazing, BBQ chicken slider is the best. Im very particular about my dipping sauce. Their ranch, blue cheese, and side of bbq sauce tastes very authentic (especially the blue cheese **drewling**). Waited 20 minutes with my friends for our food this afternoon (not super unreasonable) but was never given my fries with my 8 piece combo. I reminded multiple employees that my fries were not with the order. One told me that she knew and she was waiting on them, and the other employee told me they would bring them out and not to wait near the pick up area. 40 minutes later the fries had still not been brought out. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know, I have NO IDEA where to start, but I will try with the first time I went. They got my order COMPLETELY wrong and it took them nearly an hour to do so. The manager, an African Woman in her mid to late 20's was completely arrogant about the whole thing. No apology, gesture, nothing. Second time, same thing, wrong order took for-ever! The third and last time, because I played baseball growing up and believe you only miss 3 times in a row when you undoubtedly suck, was also a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Once again, the order was wrong, but before I found this out, I was waiting in line speaking with a nice gentleman (who needs to write one of these reviews) who told me he was waiting for his order to be fixed and that he had been here 2 times before and had gotten those orders wrong as well. When the wings finally arrived, 90 minutes later, they were NOT extra well done as asked (3rd time in a row, these people really believe in pushing "squishy" wings down your throat!) and when I mentioned this to the young girl at the register, she didn't know what to do. So, she went and got my favorite manager in the world, that mid-20's African lady, who is never wrong! Needless to say, we argued as to what the true definition of "well done" means. First, she said I needed to use the word "crispy", not extra well- done. Love it, a foreign national is telling ME which adjectives to use! Then, when I argued that extra well-done means burnt before squishy, she said it was the sauce. So, was it the adjective or the sauce? Or just NOT YOUR FAULT?!?!?! Of course, the paying requesting customer at Wingstop, could not possibly be right. THIS MANAGER-WOMAN ACTUALLY PICKED UP ONE OF THE WINGS AND BIT INTO IT IN RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!!! I think this was to prove something, I'm still not sure exactly what! I asked for my money back and kept the fries. When she requested I return the fries, I stated "I will keep the fries as you have kept my time and can't return it." We argued, and I called her an arrogant and self-righteous "B". This woman.... CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!!!! She lied, and said I took the wings. Remember, these are the wings SHE started eating! When I came back to the store to pay for wings I didn't eat, she refused to take the money and dropped the police report. All this being said, and thank you for reading this, leads me to 2 conclusions.
