I had went in yesterday for my first time. I never had Wingstop before so I figured to drive 3 hours to try. The one girl was so nice to me. She like short but not to tall. She might have been the kindest person in there. The other girls didn't seem to take my order and had an attitude like I was interrupting their talk or phone time. Remind you it wasn't busy when I came in it was about 2 people in the dining area and it was just me waiting to order. But I felt rushed to look at the menu when it was my first time. They still got my order wrong after I realized it was wrong I was back in Maryland and was NOT driving back to get the order fixed. I also asked for extra ranch when I ordered but only gave me 1 for 2 orders I made. I asked for extra ranch to someone in the back and they got made at me and told me "here" in an unpleasant voice. What was wrong: *I had ordered 6 count bone in wings of garlic perm but the employees that was working the back gave me LEMON PEPPER. ( I'm allergic to the seasoning that come in the lemon pepper) *The boneless wings BBQ was just not fully done. *The fries were raw and not edible to eat. 25$ down the drain for not the right order. And I know I will never get my 25$ back bc of it. Probably won't be ordering from here EVER. If the kids stop playing around in there and acted so childish maybe my order be correct. Last time I ordered from this place, I remember my food taking a really long time. I kind of avoid the place. But I used a T-Mobile deal and ordered a 3-piece tender meal. I will start off by saying the staff was polite. The French fries were good. The tenders were not impressive for 20 mins of cook time. They seemed small and tasted like they were made the day before and heated up in a microwave. (I know this isn't how they were prepared because you can see into the kitchen). The short: Crispy wings, fast and friendly service. Not enough sauce and they forgot to put the blue cheese in the to go bag. The long: The wings are delicious Lee crispy however there's not nearly enough sauce on them there's even some unsauced parts of several wings. A couple extra seconds tossing them in the sauce will get you the desired result easily. I tried the hot sauce and the garlic. Both were great (on the pieces where there was enough sauce). They do charge around $1.50 for blue cheese and they did not add the blue cheese to the To go bag even after having paid for it. Yes, you could argue that I should've checked before walking out of the restaurant. Considering this is most likely a brand new crew since the store just opened will try again in a couple of weeks to see if the kinks get worked out. The cashier (with the Red Hair) misunderstood our order request ran to the back to complain to her manager. The manager walked up front to void the order then walked away immediately. The cashier mischievously refused my order request which was to simply "hold the ranch dressing." When I opted for an alternative order the cashier kept asking me to repeat my order as if she didn't hear me. Wings with corn and my fiancé wanted fries. I then went to go grab us drinks and they were out of almost every drink in the 100 drink machine. I placed my order at 1:45ish and had to wait over 30 min until my food was ready. By the time I got back home with my food I then realized I was missing some of my food. My first and last time getting food from Wingstop. How this is a national chain, I have no idea!? Ordered online. Under "special requests" you can order all drums, all flats, or well done. I wanted the sauce on the side but this request is nowhere to be found. Not there or under the sauce selection and no place to write a special request during checkout. . So I go pick up my order, 16-25 minutes it said, get there around 40 minutes and it's not ready, no big deal. There was only FIVE employees standing around in the middle of the prep area, and most appeared to just be hanging out, talking with each other, music blasting. The laziest bunch of workers I've seen in a long time one finally saw me and gave me a cup to fill the soda myself. . So I finally get the food and take it back to my hotel. Before I got out of the car, only 3 minutes away, the grease was already beginning to seep through the bag. I absolutely love wings and a simple fried crispy wing is something that can be great just plain...Fried and salted, that's it. Sauce makes it better. Their plain wing has zero flavor. It was also the fattiest wing I've ever seen. The skin was not crispy, only the ends were a little crispy. The mild sauce is so mild and without flavor, it was like eating vegetable oil. The garlic parm, listed as "dry" on the website, had more oily grease in the bottom of the to go container then the mild wings did! The blue cheese sauce fooled me, I thought for sure it was ranch, zero blue cheese flavor,but it was indeed their blue. I would compare it more to milk/sour cream flavor then blue or even ranch. The fries were 90% soggy fat planks, at least an inch by an inch thick. They looked good, like railroad ties look good, from a distance, but were actually like eating a baked potato, and I've even had crispier baked potatoes than these fries. All these delicacies oozing through the brown paper bag cost a little over twenty bucks. One meal, and I feel gross now as I digest it. If Chipotle was open I would have gone there, spent less, got more food/meals from it, ate healthier, and enjoyed it. I'm not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings either. How they both became successful? Wow the service here sucks so bad. Ordered last night online, it said it would be ready in 16 minutes. I took the 14 minute drive and when I got there, I had to wait 15 more minutes for my food. Just 30 wings. During the wait I observed the kitchen staff literally blasting music from whatever speaker in the back, while the stores radio was still playing in the restaurant. Literally Rap and hip hop at the same time as Taylor Swift, the most ghetto shit I've ever seen. Okay, I get my food, get my drink and rushed to get out of there. I get all the way home and look in the bag No blue cheese. Needless to say I was livid, not to mention the blue cheese was 1.50 and I bought 2. But the saddest part is the wings were VERY good. When i received the order, one order of wings were fine but the other half of it was incorrect and i was missing 2 orders of fries and the carrot sticks. clarified that I ordered boneless wings, not traditional, and that i was missing items. The line cooks said "h** no I'm not remaking all that". I stated I ordered boneless, and the cashier said they don't remember me saying that. I stopped in for dinner tonight I ordered a 10 piece combo with voodoo fries and a drink. I want to get my drink and there was no ice in the machine. There was a handwritten note stating that there was no more ice in the machine. I put some soda in my cup to take a quick sip to see if it was even cold and it wasn't it was warm so I asked for a cold soda option from the refrigerator instead of just warm soda.
