I came here one weekday evening about 45 minutes prior to them closing, and they were still getting orders coming in. I got a three tender meal with fries and a lemonade, and it took a reasonable amount of time for my order to be ready since they were making the chicken to order. The staff was polite and patient as I observed them helping out other customers with questions and more complex orders. When my order was ready it came in a cute reusable bag with their logo and info on it. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. The dipping sauce I selected had the Raising Cane's vibe which I love. Great portions too. FYI, there's no drive thru, so you'll need to order inside.

Finally got through around 9 PM and they told me if I could get there in 10 minutes, but then then they said they couldn't make me any chicken wings because they close at 9:15. Even though I told him I could be there in 10 minutes because I was already on my way.. they told me that I was lying on the phone and that the website didn't say 930 when it does and even still I was arriving before 9:15 and they refused to make my order. I asked to speak to a manager or whoever is in charge and the woman on the phone said that they're all family and she did not. It's just very unprofessional and poor customer service. Your customers deserve better. I will not spend my money with this establishment

This was one of the most disappointing Yelp "finds" I've experienced. The restaurant has loads of…read morepotential charm, but it's fallen into pretty rough shape. Random stuff is on empty tables all over the place, there are enough flies indoors that they needed a fly repellent fan, and the staff, including the manager, have no idea what specials are advertised on their website. For instance, Wednesday is supposed to be 1/2 price bottles of wine. This is advertised with today's date on their website. The waiter said they haven't had this special for months, and then when he asked the manager about it informed us that the special only actually applied to glasses of their cheapest wine. Not a good start. The restaurant was out of crab dip, the supposed "smash" burger was two grilled, gray, tough patties that didn't meet any remote definition of a smash burger. The truffle fries were ok as was the crab cake. The waiter, despite being unaware of the specials, was friendly and otherwise was efficient. This restaurant just has absolutely no business having 4 stars and anyone expecting "fine dining" as some other yelpers inexplicably wrote, will be sorely disappointed. As were we.
