The long: The wings are delicious Lee crispy however there's not nearly enough sauce on them there's even some unsauced parts of several wings. A couple extra seconds tossing them in the sauce will get you the desired result easily. I tried the hot sauce and the garlic. Both were great (on the pieces where there was enough sauce). They do charge around $1.50 for blue cheese and they did not add the blue cheese to the To go bag even after having paid for it. Yes, you could argue that I should've checked before walking out of the restaurant. Considering this is most likely a brand new crew since the store just opened will try again in a couple of weeks to see if the kinks get worked out. I hope to positively update my review at that time. Update: the team seems to have fixed the sauce issue, and all is well at wing stop!
