Chicken House (as it's known on Google) is a convenient, fast food chicken option if you want something a little different than the big chains. I came here one weekday evening about 45 minutes prior to them closing, and they were still getting orders coming in. I got a three tender meal with fries and a lemonade, and it took a reasonable amount of time for my order to be ready since they were making the chicken to order. The staff was polite and patient as I observed them helping out other customers with questions and more complex orders. When my order was ready it came in a cute reusable bag with their logo and info on it. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. not a good experience at all website say that it closes at 9:30pm. I was calling to place an order around 845 with no answer. Finally got through around 9 PM and they told me if I could get there in 10 minutes, but then then they said they couldn't make me any chicken wings because they close at 9:15. Even though I told him I could be there in 10 minutes because I was already on my way.. they told me that I was lying on the phone and that the website didn't say 930 when it does and even still I was arriving before 9:15 and they refused to make my order. I asked to speak to a manager or whoever is in charge and the woman on the phone said that they're all family and she did not. It's just very unprofessional and poor customer service. I think this is a pretty solid spot if you're looking for a good fried chicken tenders joint in this area. Better than Popeyes's tenders, imo. This place actually reminds me a little of Raising Cane's chicken tenders (but I like Cane's better lol). The house sauce here is similar to Cane's sauce too, but less vinegar-y and more sweeter. I also like the boba here. I've only tried the honeydew & mango milk teas, and both were on the creamier side as far as milk tea goes. But it's a good type of creamy! I have now been chicken house quite a few times and tried most of the menu. I like everything on the menu. My favorite is probably the chicken wings. Other things that I've tried and liked include: monster fries, french fries, chicken sandwich, ranch blt wrap, cheese sticks, chicken tenders, mild chicken wings, and mashed potatoes. When it first opened the food was really good but since then the fries and wings have been pretty greasy and unappetizing. I had wings that were small and tasted burnt . The tenders and the tender sandwich plus the house sauce are good . read more

It's definitely better than Kentucky fried chicken Their sauces add extra flavor to the chicken. You get more for your money than Kentucky fried chicken, but the smoothies are awesome. That's the only reason I gave them a four star rating. read more

My experience is for a carryout order that I placed upon walking into the establishment. I received a flyer in the mail at my office and thought I'd like to try a new chicken spot esp since one of my fave foods is chicken wings. The inside is cozy and has a few tables for dining in but I think they specialize in takeout orders and Doordash. I ordered a chicken bowl (similar to the famous KFC bowl) and a nugget combo for my son. First, it took a LONG time for my order to be ready, at least 15 minutes so which I didn't expect especially since I didn't order wings that needed to be fried fresh. They didn't even bother offering my drink from my order to hold me while I waited...There were about 4 other people that had made their way in while I sat at the table waiting for my food. The worker called out a random # and placed the bag on counter (mind you I'm the only person that has been waiting for a long time, the other folks had just walked in maybe within past 5 mins) someone almost walked off w/ my bag. I had to ask "is that mine" and she says the number again - how was I supposed to know my order # when they never gave it to me nor gave me a receipt??? The food was hot and fresh but SEVERELY lacked in flavor! Nothing had a speck of seasoning in it. Kind of disheartening especially after realizing that the owners are Asian. So bland that I took a few bites and packed it up. Took my son his food when I got home. Later on that night I realized he ate only the fries and trashed ALL THE NUGGETS - my 13yo said they were nasty (this is a kid who lives solely off chicken and pizza so his take on nuggets is one I respect and in this case totally agreed with). The food was filling but again lacked flavor so for what they charged I don't think I'll be returning unless they change it up a little bit. It's a nice little spot with plenty of potential. My husband and I tried out this place and it was great. He got a chicken sandwich combo which came with fries and a drink. I got the mashed potatoes bowl and a boba drink. He said he liked his meal but the sandwich had 3 strips, not a chicken patty. He was surprised but enjoyed it. My bowl was pretty much a replica of the kfc famous bowl. I disagree about the chicken having no flavor. It had a sauce on it that was a little too spicy for my taste. I would have preferred it plain with sauce on the side.
