Had the opportunity to stop at Touchdown with my buddy Elliot who I hadn't seen in years when I was in the area for Firefly. And by that I mean I dropped my girlfriend and her daughter at Firefly and I devoted my day to sampling foods and drinks around the town with my buddy. He said this is his spot for Sunday football so we popped in and checked out some appetizers. We decided to go with some fried pork potstickers and some "boom tots". The potstickers were crispy and delicious and came with a teriyaki sauce to dip them in. I personally felt they were great without the sauce and thought the sauce actually made them a bit too salty. The Boom tots were very good. They have a regular loaded tots dish and then this one, so we decided to go outside the box a bit. These had crumbled bacon, melted mozzarella, and the "boom boom sauce" on them which is basically most companies knock off of the bang bang shrimp sauce that (insert name of chain restaurant that I can't remember here) made famous. Ordered wings with ranch neither had much taste, wings were very hard, ordered cesar salad the dressing was like a mixture of oil and grated parmesan, no taste. Ordered grouper for appetizer now that was good by itself the dipping sauce had no taste. Service was good, ambiance was good, it was a sports bar. Normally, the food is awesome there, but last night when we went the burger that I had was very dry with no flavor no seasoning not to mention the boardwalk fries were cold and dry like they were reheated. My husband had the chicken Parm wedge and again he complained that the sauce and the chicken had no seasoning. Chill atmosphere, delicious bar food, great staff! Whenever there is a problem they are quick to fix it (nothing that has been in their control). Great games and never overly busy but always a good crowd! This place is really dark, like even during the day it's dark and gloomy and a little depressing but the food is delicious!! If you haven't tried their "Tatanka" wings... OMG. The best wing flavor I have ever had! Went with friends a few weeks ago. Typical sports bar vibe. The cream of crab soup was really good, and the fried pickles were as well. Then I called the restaurant to call and complain well the first person I talked to he was ok but the women that came on the phone after that was incredibly rude!! Attracted by the online menu, which seemed extremely diverse and appetizing. Entered through the "Restaurant Entrance" to find ourselves in a dark room with rows of unoccupied tables and no hostess/waitresses in sight. 4-5 people doing line dances on the "dance floor" near the bar, one bartender, and 2-3 other staff members milling about. Staff looked at us, but didn't reach out. Nothing more than a dive bar here. We were looking for the "dining in a cool pub atmosphere" - but found that entirely lacking. Found this great restaurant in the heart of Dover. I had their crab cake sandwich. The cake had real chunks of crab. It was served on a brioche roll. It was light and delicious. I first started with their cream of crab soup. Out of this universe. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend stopping in and saying and trying out some amazing menu items. read more

I order through Doordash and I understand that the prices will be high! I order the Cajun BBQ chicken wings, sweet potatoes fries and onion petal. They charge for refills on fountain drinks. It's not on the menu and they do not tell you they do it. When inquired what the random charge was on our bill a horribly bitchy manager came out and was nasty to us. She even went so far as to tell me we should have asked if we were going to be charged for refills. Rediculous! Put all charges on the menu don't scam your customers with hidden charges. Newly remodeled, nice decor.I thought it was good, wings could have been saucier they were very dry, woulda been top ten if that was not the case. There is a game room that should be used for seating but keep the pool table. They shouldn't seat kids so close to the language at the bar though. Reservations were being taken for friday I was there Wednesday. I did not think of it as a reservation type of place, just drinks and a bite, nothing fancy. Great prices. It is not a chain by far which makes it soo much better, that is the only place i get free refills at so I expected a charge. I would say 3.5 stars. Went during Sunday football. Service was good-everyone attentive even though they were almost full. Had 5 or 6 of the games on with multiple tv's. Had several "specials" for the day and these had good prices. Crowd was good and honored each other since everyone was a fan of some team- multiple teams. Why not a higher score? I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla- what I got could not possibly be that. It seemed to be a bar-b-q quesadilla. While it tasted ok, it was not what I ordered. I never even saw that as an item on the menu. Husband got wings - I would have preferred they were cooked a bit more. I like a crispy skin. We also got fries and some were a bit soggy.
