Debit card purchases are taken directly from a bank account, so the establishments are not charged processing fees; so it is unclear as to why I was, nevertheless, if that is their practice, it should be clearly disclosed There appeared to be only one employee working at the time, handling phone orders and food service, so I had a fairly long wait. By the time I was helped and received the gift cards, I didn't think to question the total and just wanted to be on my way. My advice to others: check your receipt carefully before leaving, especially if you pay with a debit card. The fee felt like a sneaky overcharge that I wouldn't have expected from them and will not go there again. read more

Was in bel air but there website zoned my order for delaware called the store to request refund was cursed out by manager Went to seasons in Belair they told me the policy states they have to make it right or refund. Here's an attached photo highlighting refund policies the fact I have to train there leadership on how to do there job is ridiculous Update: after driving two hours to pick up my food so they diddnt steal my money i was blamed entirely for the manager throwing away my food and he said he would remake the food but complained it was his money he had to waste. I told him instead of wasting 100 $ to remake my food he could refund me my 50$ and not make me the food. Long story short I got a refund after the manager told me to never comeback or he would call the police. I guess he forgot that I drove from a different state to get the food. Note: im not innocent in this i did criticize and curse to get my money back. But the fact I jumped through all these hoops when I could have been refunded in the first place. I first tried Seasons when I saw the new Greek menu. Love it! Last night, we tried a Mediterranean Bowl - penne pasta, chicken, fresh spinach, feta, kalamata olives, onion and a light lemon vinegarette. We ordered delivery from Seasons last night for the first time. We very much enjoyed our food! It was delivered fast and fresh. We had the Chicago-style stromboli, mozzarella sticks and lemon pepper wings. Mozzarella sticks were crispy and gooey. The stromboli was the star of the show - it was stuffed to the max and very delicious! We especially enjoyed the tasty side of tomato sauce. The wings were cooked better than any place around here and were crispy and juicy. My one suggestion is that perhaps use less lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. There was so much that it was overpowering and we had to scrape off a good bit in order to enjoy them. Next time we order, we will be sure to request a lighter coating of seasoning. Very nice casual eat in restaurant. The food is great. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The tables have real silverware settings, no plastic. The desserts look fabulous but we didn't have any. We really liked time there. We had pizza and salads which were very good. I had the philly cheese pizza...yum! I recommend this spot. BTW bathrooms are very clean. A well run restaurant. read more

I ordered 3 subs that had very little meat as well as almost no veggies. One sub was supposed to have extra mayo on it but didn't get any!!! I paid almost $30.00 for next to nothing!!! The pizza sauce is absolutely the worst I've ever had. It taste like your eating tomato paste out of the can. Extremely acidic and very little seasoning if any at all. Ordered Pan pizza and it's less then 1/2 inch thick, that's not a pan pizza. Ordered a chopped anti salad with blue cheese. It comes unchopped and with Italian dressing.
