We stopped in to Veronica's yesterday for lunch - it was my first time, but was there with someone who had been there before. We got a Margy pizza and garlic knots - both of which were delicious. Would definitely have these again. More importantly, every single employee greeted us with genuine smiles and either anticipated our needs or immediately got us the things we needed. The pizzas here are loaded with toppings and are made to order. Nice thin crust. They also have sandwich, pasta and salad options. We had the rigatoni which was also good. I was eying their various dessert options which included cheesecake. They do have some indoor and outdoor seating. Place your order at the counter and they bring the food to you. read more

Friendly staff. Cozy seating inside and out. Menu is straightforward but they have a lot of standard and unique pizza combos. I chose the bart which is like their version of a meat trio. Pizza was delicious! Loved the sauce very light and sweet and I loved the brightness I got when I bit into a tomato. The crust I wished was thicker to meet the demand of the toppings but it was crispy and delightful. I can only imagine what something like a margherita would taste like! read more

Here in Dover for work and decided I wanted pizza. My delivery time arrived faster than the expected time. My food was hot and still fresh. i tried the garlic knots with the crab meat. I have never had the combination, but the garlic sauce on the knots topped with the old bay, was it! The pizza was delicious and nice and crispy! I've been here several times and always greeted with a friendly face. The employees are helpful with questions about the menu. I really like that you can watch the food being prepared. As I stated before it's mostly to go, but they have a couple of small tables if you want to stay for a quick bite. The food wasn't as good on my last visit so three stars. We ordered the kids' pizza and they usually really like it, but this time it had a thicker crust than usual and very little sauce and cheese. There was approximately an inch and a half of crust surrounding the pizza, and the kids pizza is already small. We also bought spaghetti and there was very little taste to the sauce and again very little sauce. I know they can do better so we'll give them another try. read more

Can't say enough good things! We've usually gotten delivery or picked up from here but decide to eat in today. So glad we did! It was a very busy Friday night - we ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Knots, small The Carmen, and a small The Nana. The food was even better than when we've gotten it as takeout. Freshly made and hot when it got to the table. And the flavors were out of this world. Would recommend everything we ordered. Since it's an order up front type of place, we were not expecting good service. However, we were so grown. They were attentive and nice. Would definitely dine in again. After trying it, I can say it is probably the best pizza place in the Dover area. It's in a cute little mall with Crumbl cookie, orange theory and a few other nice places. There is hardly any seating inside, but most people just get their orders to go. We tried the Bart and it excellent! The hot honey sauce with the pepperoni and other ingredients was an amazing combination that wasn't overly spicy but packed a lot of flavor. One note, my personal opinion is that the pizza is still good when it cools off, but it is really good fresh out of the oven. Grab a slice while it's still hot. When we went, they slightly messed up our order, but immediately offered to fix it, which was nice. We ended up just taking the pizza as is because we were hungry. It did not disappoint! The food is usually really good. Some of the best meatballs around. The issue is that they consistently don't provide the extras to orders that are an up-charge. This is the 4th or 5th time they have not added the breaded chicken to the salad and extra tomato sauce to their dishes. read more

I travel around a lot and visit a lot of pizzerias and this was by far the best pizza I have ever had. The service was amazing and the ambiance was so positive and you could genuinely. I ordered pizza at 5:03. An email said it would be ready at 5:18. At 535 I asked if it was in the oven. They lied and said yes. I asked again at 545 they said yes. At least 5 people came in and ordered pizza and waited Ang got there order. Others ordered online and came in and their order was quickly handed to them. Finally at 5:49 I asked to speak to the manager. She had no clue why it took so long. Then I was handed my -pizza. I have been a wide customer but never will go there again. Terrible establishment , spent 3 days in Delaware for my birthday , drove from Philadelphia. I heard this spot was good and that it'd be one of the best pizzas, we ordered the food and waited a hour and 15 min. I call the store and they said they already left the food at the hotel. I go outside of my door and no food was at the door and didn't hear any knocking on the door or any missed calls from the driver who "left the food". We go in person to the establishment to figure out what happened and the lady said that they dropped off the food at #301 , our room number was #301. The driver was at the wrong hotel that we put for the delivery address and left our 2 pizzas at a door where nobody was currently staying at. It would've all been fine if I would've gotten a refund or if I would've gotten a new pizza but they specifically said since we run a small shop we can't do anything for you. So I paid for pizzas I never got and they basically told me they couldn't do anythin about it. Absolutely disgusting and in the store the employees in the back were laughing while I stood there with my two kids and wife waiting to get something to eat. Btw, my pictures don't do them justice tbh because I had waited a bit too long to eat/take a pic of my pizza lol, but this place really has great pizza. The tomato sauce tastes VERY FRESH. The San Marzano tomato flavor really jumps out, and it does not taste like the typical pizza that you'd get from a chain store. Just try it for yourself, & you'll see what I mean! Stopped in for a quick lunch with the hubby. He was watching his carbs so was glad that salads were an option. He got the (large) chopped salad. This was freshly prepared. I opted for the side salad which is pre-made in the self service refrigerated case. It was fresh, crisp & delicious served with a very good balsamic dressing. It had feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion & mixed greens. The chop salad had egg, cubed ham & chick peas amongst chopped greens. It came with Italian dressing. I just had to order a personal pepperoni pizza. This is a super thin brick oven crust. They did bring this to the table. At first look I wasn't overly impressed with the appearance of it. I think the mozzarella cheese was super fine shreds. If they were thicker it might have presented better. But here's what counts: the pizza was VERY GOOD! The crust had flavor & crisp. The sauce too. Wow! This place is on point! Stopped here with my family on the way back from an ocean visit. The service was so great and the whole team made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious. Very well prepared with a generous portion of toppings and cooked perfectly. We got pizzas of different toppings with no complaints from anyone in our group. The highlight for me was the Bart, which had a variety of tasty meats and a honey drizzle. There wasn't a whole lot of seating here but we made it work. AWFUL customer service. I placed an order online for pick up. I came in and they gave my order to someone else who apparently gave my name via DoorDash when I place an Uber Eats order. The lady in the front had the rudest attitude and the older man who came shrugged his shoulders and walked away. When I got it, I was so surprised because the portion is so big for only eight dollars!!! I went with my 11 year old son looking for lunch. We both love pizza. I am in Dover visiting him since I live in Florida and he lives with his mom here. I was curious about the reviews here and the pictures show a very nice product. And the place was far above my expectations. It's a small location with a large brick oven. I ordered the Margy. Their version of margherita pizza, and my son ordered the lasagna. I watched as the pizzaiolo turned and lifted the pizza and lasagna so that bit would be crispy and have a bit of char. He did the same with the lasagna which my son was very happy with. The food was delicious and fresh, made right when we ordered it. The sauce was delicious and made in house. The pizza was crisp and tasty, although it may have had too much sauce as it got a bit soggy in the center. This didn't detract from the delicious flavor. I read more

I'm new to Dover area so I've been trying various pizza places and this so far is at the top of my favorites list. I tried The Margy and the sauce was so outstanding and tasted of fresh tomatoes from the garden lightly roasted. The crust was very thin and crispy just as I like it. The cheese was a good quality. I will definitely return to try more items here ... I saw a chicken parm sub and an eggplant parm sub I'd like to try also. The seating is a small area - only 4 tables and some stools along the one wall. But turn over seems quick and we were able to get a seat.
