Here in Dover for work and decided I wanted pizza. My delivery time arrived faster than the expected time. My food was hot and still fresh. i tried the garlic knots with the crab meat. I have never had the combination, but the garlic sauce on the knots topped with the old bay, was it! The pizza was delicious and nice and crispy! I made my own, with pepperoni, roasted garlic and prosciutto. The size for the individual was a decent size as well. I'm glad I tried a local spot, they will not disappoint!

Can't say enough good things! We've usually gotten delivery or picked up from here but decide to eat in today. So glad we did! It was a very busy Friday night - we ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Knots, small The Carmen, and a small The Nana. The food was even better than when we've gotten it as takeout. Freshly made and hot when it got to the table. And the flavors were out of this world. Would recommend everything we ordered. Since it's an order up front type of place, we were not expecting good service. However, we were so grown. They were attentive and nice. Would definitely dine in again. Would recommend this place for good pizza and service.

Go here and try their pizza, you'll love it! Pro: Fast - Pizza was out in like 9 minutes Original and delicious takes on classic woodfired pizzas Not crazy expensive Cute little mall, this is like the one nice strip mall in Dover Con: Tiny building No seating Food is not as good when it cools down aka delivered I heard about Veronica's for a while, but never tried it. After trying it, I can say it is probably the best pizza place in the Dover area. It's in a cute little mall with Crumbl cookie, orange theory and a few other nice places. There is hardly any seating inside, but most people just get their orders to go. We tried the Bart and it excellent! The hot honey sauce with the pepperoni and other ingredients was an amazing combination that wasn't overly spicy but packed a lot of flavor. One note, my personal opinion is that the pizza is still good when it cools off, but it is really good fresh out of the oven. Grab a slice while it's still hot. When we went, they slightly messed up our order, but immediately offered to fix it, which was nice. We ended up just taking the pizza as is because we were hungry. It did not disappoint! Overall this spot was on point and we'll be stopping by again.

Wow!! This was a great place! This pizza joint is well worth the atop in or pick up to go!! The crust is thin and NOT overcooked, just perfect for me and my crew. We ordered off the menu, Thw Wynn, and added bacon too it!! I am a crust girl and I loves this crust. Also, the caprese app was just perfect!! Worth the stop!!

Pizza: THE BART = sausage, pepperoni, bacon & meatballs, topped with hot honey drizzle. Wings: Hot Honey + Old Bay

If you like pizza and find yourself in Dover, DE you should treat yourself @ Veronica's Brick Oven Pizza. Friendly service, clean restaurant and excellent food!

Create your own pizza with ricotta cheese.

We were on our way to ballys Dover from oc md. We were craving pizza so we googled this place. This is the best pizza I ever had. I ordered create your own pizza. I just added ricotta cheese. The people at the counter were very nice. Very clean place.

Just ordered from here for the first time and was so excited to try it, very underwhelming to find our meat selection had barely any meat. I'm not a vegetarian...

Terrible establishment , spent 3 days in Delaware for my birthday , drove from Philadelphia. I heard this spot was good and that it'd be one of the best pizzas, we ordered the food and waited a hour and 15 min. I call the store and they said they already left the food at the hotel. I go outside of my door and no food was at the door and didn't hear any knocking on the door or any missed calls from the driver who "left the food". We go in person to the establishment to figure out what happened and the lady said that they dropped off the food at #301 , our room number was #301. The driver was at the wrong hotel that we put for the delivery address and left our 2 pizzas at a door where nobody was currently staying at. It would've all been fine if I would've gotten a refund or if I would've gotten a new pizza but they specifically said since we run a small shop we can't do anything for you. So I paid for pizzas I never got and they basically told me they couldn't do anythin about it. Absolutely disgusting and in the store the employees in the back were laughing while I stood there with my two kids and wife waiting to get something to eat. Drive 3 min away and got dominos with no issues. The food might be good but service was unacceptable. Update: Sir do you really think I'd write a whole paragraph and it not be the right location?? Deflection the same way when I went inside the store. But okay I can show you the statement of when I ordered and also the phone number shows on the statement that is provided on your website and Apple Maps

Wonderful atmosphere. Great pizza. The Bart is my favorite. Garlic knots are huge. Everyone is always happy to help.

Decor inside is interesting and casual with a big mural on the wall, and comfortable seating with tables that aren't crammed too close. Wings were excellent - well seasoned, served fresh and hot, and not "blubbery" like some are. The flavors on the pizzas are surprisingly good. Spices and sauces are well developed, and toppings are plentiful. There are many vegetarian options that are front and center, and pair well with everything else. There's a decent beer and wine list, as well as creative cocktails and mocktails, and service is friendly, attentive, and on-point.

I do want to switch gears and say that service is slipping and I'm not sure why. Long wait times, received wrong order, no air conditioning (that was a couple weeks ago). We went again last night and the service was awful. Our waitress was a short , beautiful young black girl with long hair ( I didn't catch her name). She barely checked on us , never refilled my husbands sweet tea, took 10 minutes to bring water ( there was only 3 customers total). My husband had to get up to ask for a box and get up to get the check. She was on her phone. Ridiculous. This is two visits in a row so we won't be back for a bit. When I order delivery it's fast and perfect so I don't get it. The young black gentleman who works behind the bar was wonderful ! As soon as he got there he started washing dishes , turned on the TVs (all but one was on a screen saver prior to that) He seemed to take his role seriously. Wish he would have helped us. BTW, it was 6:30 pm when we got there and a Saturday. Again the food is off the charts but owner needs to clean house. Where's Manda ? She was awesome. That waitress last night needs to go

The menu, particularly the entrees, seemed a little pricey for the area but the food we had was all good. Every town, burg, or community - however large or small - should be the proud possessor of at least…read moreone... Bistro, that is. A cozy little restaurant that serves up delightfully delicious food in a decidedly casual setting. And in Havre de Grace, The Vineyard Wine Bar fills this niche with a subtle sense of style. As the name suggests, wine has played a significant role in Vineyard's obvious success. So much so, in fact, that not only does the restaurant sport a superb compendium of vintages by the glass and bottle, its lunch and dinner menus are also divided into categories - Light Bodied, Medium Bodied, Full Bodied - that correspond to specific types of wines. Yes, wine is definitely the name of the game... But don't let that fool you. The kitchen also has a great deal to say... and all of it good. The food here is excellent in every respect, as is the service. If I lived in HdG, I have absolutely no doubt that I would be tempted to dine here every day of the week. The Vineyard is everything a great bistro should be - and then some. But I begin to digress... As you have undoubtedly surmised from the above remarks, our dinner here was an extraordinarily satisfying experience. My dining partner and I began by sharing the Bruschetta Trio. Bruschetta is an Italian appetizer that begins with grilled bread topped with garlic and olive oil and then adds a variety of toppings. In this case, the finishing touches consisted of a luscious garlic spread, sundried tomato and basil pestos, melted mozzarella, and house marinated tomatoes with a balsamic glaze. While most incarnations of bruschetta may be consumed manually, Vineyard's substantially succulent variations on the theme (as you will note from the photograph above) demanded the ministrations of both knife & fork and were well worth the effort... Incredibly and unforgettably delicious. As we moved on to what would be considered the entrée or main course, options were numerous and varied... from Cornish Game Hen to Crispy Skin Duck... Venison to Dakota Steak... Lamb Vindaloo to Pesto Bucatini... ... On this particular evening, however, matters piscatorial appeared to take precedence. My dining partner was absolutely ecstatic with her Tuna Bites. Which is precisely what they were... diminutive squares of blackened tuna luxuriating in a Creole remoulade (a creamy, mayonnaise-based sauce originating in France). A definite "wow" factor at work here. On the other hand, my Mango Glazed Salmon was equally up to the mark... First of all, it was wild caught, which I much prefer (with rare exception) to the farmed variety. Secondly, as with most species of fish, salmon tends to be prone to both over and under cooking. Here, however, it was perfectly prepared - cooked through but still moist and succulent at the core - superbly complemented by a slightly smokey red pepper coulis (a smooth sauce made from puréed and strained fruits or vegetables), and companioned by lemon & herb risotto and roasted asparagus spears. On to the wine... With regard to both taste and texture, tuna and salmon are certainly among finny fare's heartiest representatives. Thus, despite the oft-quoted dictum, "Red wine with meat, white wine with fish," and the gentle urgings of our server in that direction, I have always found that salmon and pinot noir are - somewhat akin to lamb and red Bordeaux - a match made in heaven. And, in this instance, the 2022 Lundeen Mon Père Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley proved to be a perfect match for my companion's blackened tuna bites as well. Dessert was a special treat. Naturally, many of the usual familiar sweet endings were present and accounted for. And, given the superior quality of the cuisine thus far, I had no doubt whatsoever that they would have acquitted themselves with suitable aplomb. For some reason, however, my dining companion and I were both drawn to the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake (pictured), which we decided to share... and, which, as it turned out, proved to be one of the high points of our evening. This was an intriguing amalgam indeed: The sweetness of taste being more influenced by the former; the firmness of texture by the latter. It is - if you will pardon the seemingly psychological digression - what we might consider a type of "gastronomic Gestalt," in which the whole is greater than the mere sum of its parts. In other words, the components of Crème Brûlée and Cheesecake have been combined... and from this fascinating combination there has emerged a new dessert that is even more desirable than the components have been individually. Well... call it what you will. I just know that it was so incredibly delicious that I would return at a moment's notice just to indulge my taste buds once again.
