    Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders
    Lin B.

Garlic Parmesan Tenders -- first and last order. Chicken was dry, hard, and a bit stringy. Took a bite from each, and they did not get any better. Parmesan was sprinkled over the chicken after it was boxed rather than in the batter. Threw the whole thing away. On the service side, I ordered via their mobile app for pick up. Upon entering, two cashiers were at the counter with no customers. One was looking at her phone. She finally looked up and got my order. Never again. Deleted App from my phone.

Terrible costumer service they say the food ways ready in 10 but it took more than a half hour

We ordered half bone and half boneless. They gave us all boneless. The fries were soggy and not good. The chicken was just ok.

Best wings ever! Lemon pepper is my favorite! I wish the fries weren't soggy but the wings are great!

Food Review: Chicken and The Pig - Lynnfield Market Street…read more 525 Market St, Lynnfield, MA 01940 Chicken and The Pig is a solid spot for comfort food, offering a great selection of beer and some seriously good eats. Whether you're craving a fried chicken sandwich, a hot dog, or some crispy tenders, this place delivers. What We Ordered: Nashville Hot Chicken (9/10) House-made apple slaw, homemade spicy pickles, and their Nashville Hot sauce--this sandwich was a winner. It had just the right amount of heat, perfectly balanced with the slaw and pickles. If you're into spicy but don't want to set your mouth on fire, this is for you. The House Dog (8/10) A quarter-pound hot dog topped with chopped bacon, grilled onions, and a spicy brew-style pub mustard. The bacon and onions added a smoky, savory depth that made this a standout choice for hot dog lovers. Simple, classic, and well-executed. Buffalo Chicken Tender Basket with Fries (9/10) As a buffalo chicken girl, I have high standards--and this one passed with flying colors. Packed with flavor, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served with fries, these tenders didn't disappoint. They don't mess around with their chicken here! Special Chicken Pesto (9/10) A crispy (or grilled) chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and house-made pesto (nut-free). The pesto was flavorful without overpowering the other ingredients, and the mozzarella added the perfect creaminess. They NEED to make this a permanent menu item. Chicken Three Way (8/10) Crispy chicken topped with James River BBQ sauce, mayo, and American cheese, served on a grilled brioche bun. A solid sandwich with a smoky-sweet BBQ kick, though it didn't quite beat the pesto chicken for me. Cookie Dough Sundae No better way to finish off a meal than with their cookie dough sundae. Sweet, indulgent, and just what you need after all that savory goodness. Overall Ratings: Food: (9/10) - They know their way around fried chicken and hot dogs. Ambiance: (5/10) - Cute but nothing fancy; it's more about the food than the vibes. Affordability: (9/10) - In 2025, finding a great sandwich for under $15 is a win. Most of these ranged from $11-$13, which is a great deal for the quality. Final Thoughts: Lynnfield's hometown spot didn't let me down! Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with a beer, Chicken and The Pig is a great go-to for comfort food done right.

Meanwhile the chaos was unreal. In the parking lot there was a guy doing pull-ups on a street sign while his friend counted like it was a gym. Then inside, a dude tried to toss a fry into his mouth, missed, and it hit another guy who just stared at him like he had been personally betrayed. Across the room, a kid was standing on a chair giving a full speech about absolutely nothing while his family just kept eating like they had no care in the world. At one point someone dropped a whole tray and instead of panic, another guy yelled "ROUND OF APPLAUSE" and a few people actually clapped. 10/10.

The whole vibe was exactly what I hoped for: fun, lively, laid-back, and perfect for a no-pressure kind of night out. The staff was super friendly, and the energy in the place just made it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment. Now let's talk wings. Everyone raves about the Daytona style, so of course I had to try them. Honestly? To me, they tasted like barbecue sauce and ketchup had a little get-together--not bad, but not life-changing either. Still, I can't say I didn't enjoy them. They had a nice sticky texture and a decent kick, just not my personal favorite. What did win me over? The Buffalo wings. Not too hot, but packed with flavor--just the kind of wings I'd go back for. Crispy, saucy, and just messy enough to feel like you're doing it right. The food overall might not blow your mind, but the experience is definitely worth it--especially if you've never been. It's got a certain charm, good people-watching, and the kind of fun atmosphere that makes even an average meal feel like a good time. Would I go back? Absolutely. For the wings I liked, the cold drinks, the casual vibe, and the fact that it's just one of those "you gotta try it at least once" kind of places--only now I might be a regular.
