For Super Bowl they half cook wings the night before so they can finish cooking the next day after sitting in the walk in half cooked with no covers. Managers are half trained so they don't fully know how to do there given positions. Almost every staff member and managers will pick at your food before served, this is including Danvers BWW. Don't be surprised if you got over charged because you likely did with waitress and bartenders tipping themselves. I've seen it all an this place is horrid including staff an management. read more

We came in Saturday morning, 20 minutes after they opened and waited for a few minutes to be greeted at the front then seated. Our server was very pleasant and let us know that she just got in and needs a couple of minutes to settle in then she'll be right with us. Which is fine because we took this time to look at the menu anyways. We got the parmesan garlic wings and honey bbq wings. This was our first time trying BWW and had higher expectations in their wings, given their name. The wings were a bit disappointing but not terrible. They weren't very hot (temp) and can taste they just dipped the plain wings in the sauces so wasn't very flavorful. Got the all American cheeseburger and comes with fries. The fries tasted almost like McDonald fries. The burger was very salty but was juicy even though it was cooked well done. So my wife for her birthday for some silly reason wanted me to come home from running errands with Buffalo Wild Wings . I would have gone anywhere, waited as long as it took and paid up to three times more than what the bill at BWW was. I could have bought my wife food from the Kowloon ,Kelly's roast beef or the 110 grill. Places I dined at and never had a 1 Star rating. The place was empty... on a Friday late afternoon. That should be a red flag. But my wife gets what she wants including everything pretzel knots , Those were hard and inedible. Fried pickles (Ice cold) Cheese curds (ice cold and solid) Wings with Parmesan garlic sauce....(ice cold) I got cauliflower with salt and vinegar dry rub . They were ice cold too but if someone else could pick up the recipe. Salt and vinegar dry rub on fried cauliflower is delicious. So perhaps some other restaurant can serve them fresh and hot. It seems like no one wants to work in there. One of The waitresses was walking around seemingly bummed and Burnt out with her job . The place was clean but that's because nobody was there. Not even for pickup. Sub par worse than fast food quality food . With a staff that gives just as much a care as your typical burger joint. The waitress Isabella has ruined the night for all of us. Horrible service. Took an hour for food to come in 20 minute intervals, and and drinks didn't come until after food when we asked after all our food made it, then it took another 10 minutes the first half of drinks and another for the second The food was messed up, miscounted wings, flavor was off and the food was cold. we were paying for drinks we didn't ask for and extra sauce we didn't bother to bring up. We can only see her walking past us,, not attending us and giving us refills until after the bill was paid and that being her third and only time she came to the table. All you can eat wings!! Woohoo this night is gonna be great right? Wrong. The first wings came out after 20 minutes of waiting, then after that it was another hour maybe even hour and a half. One of my friends watched a whole half of a basketball game before getting his order, how sickening! The worst part of this was that it wasn't busy at all, maybe about 4-5 full tables. I give our waiter credit, good dude, but I guess the kitchen staff deserves hell, or perhaps Gordon Ramsey can talk some sense into those imbeciles. Really disappointing. Ordered pickup and they were missing 6 of my wings. Luckily I checked the bag in the store and they were able to fix my order. That's where the 1 star comes in. Once I got home and started eating, I realized it was some of the worst wings I've ever had. Dry, tasteless, almost like they've been sitting on a counter for a week. You don't come to BWW for top tier anything really. However this location drops those expectations just a tad more. It's evident that they are short staffed. We waited a few minutes before being seated, no big deal. However, the big deal started when we had to repeatedly track our waiter down to order our food. It soon became clear that she was working multiple tables. We were forced to the barstool for this reason, even when plenty of booths were available. The food was expected, traditional wings did their job and left us full, along with the fries. The place always has some sports on so it's not all bad, decent ambiance for a sports bar / wings restaurant. Will look for other locations if possible. read more

We typically love to come here and while the wait can be long (even when the restaurant is about empty) it was worth the wait. For the first (and last) time we ordered take out. I ordered onion rings. I love those rings and the sauce is to die for! Happy to get it home to dig in! The order was 3 onion rings. 3?? And the container of sauce was less than half full! This is the last straw for us. $9 for 3 onion rings. That is disgusting. You can do better. read more

Don't really recommend going to this place unless you want to be there for awhile. Looking back into reviews from years ago I notice they had short staffing issues. To this day they still have short staffing issues, got there at 8 pm they told me a 15 minute wait so I waited and got my seat. The waitress didnt even come to my table till 10 minutes later and I waited 30 minutes after that for her to bring me a cup of water. My girlfriend gets her food at about 9:20 and I get my food about 9:30, both plates were cold not even warm. We ask to get the check at 10 and we receive the check at 10:30. I have a kid who ONLY eats Chicken Nuggets and this place has ample chicken options so he was happy! This was probably the worst wing spot I've had in my 24 years of life. I had high hopes for this since I saw a really great deal. I got the "limited time," 30 boneless wings and fries for $24.99 + 6 bleu cheese/ranch without including tax. I thought that was a really good deal for 2 people. I ordered take out and it was half an hour wait which was normal. When I got there the lady said my order wasn't ready yet even though I saw a couple bags there and could have sworn I saw my name. She said no that's someone else's, you're should be coming out in a couple minutes. Ok... 15 minutes later AFTER my scheduled pick up time and I approached the desk again and asked if my order is ready and she goes, "oh it was here the whole time." No apology, nothing. She couldn't even double check after 5 minutes of me waiting there? Not a thought in your brain, oh let me reduce the amount of time people are in here to keep me and my coworkers safe in this pandemic, let me try to get every out in and out.... NOPE. At this point I should've just ask to be refunded and walked out empty handed. My food was sitting there the whole time and she didn't even want to double check the name.. this was a total waste of my time. It took me 20 minutes for me to get home and by this time the food was already cold. Not to mention the food, was literally so dry. This tasted like chicken tenders, but cut up. This tasted like frozen chicken I can buy at a store and heat up in my air fryer. There was barely any sauce... no wonder why this came with 6 ranch or bleu cheese, so people can drown their "boneless chicken," in them and eat it rather than enjoying the flavors we got. The fries were so undercooked and no salt or pepper at all, I had to throw them in my air fryer when I got home. Probably only finished half of this and this went right in the garbage. We recently moved to Saugus from Revere so we've being trying local places mostly for takeout. Our first try at Buffalo Wild Wings was ok, not great, but ok. Tonight, because it is so close by, we tried it again...big mistake. My husband ordered the ALL American Cheeseburger which was ok, not great, he says...but he'd eat anything lol. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad...honestly it was inedible. The description said blue cheese crumbles, there were none, blue cheese dressing, barely none, choice of heat...I specified medium, not a hint of spice. It came with garlic toast supposedly, but we received none. Onion rings came with ranch dipping sauce, none received. When I called, after waiting 15 mins for someone to help me, a gentleman, and I say that loosely, laughed and said they never have anything like garlic toast. Nothing like making your customer feel stupid. Look at their menu, it's there. The sauce for the rings, he agreed should have been included. Maybe there are great Buffalo Wild Wing locations...this is not one. How can you screw up a salad? It was truly awful. read more

My friend and I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat after having a long day. We walked up to the hostess stand, where we were told to "hold a second" by a young girl who never even lifted her head to acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes before someone else walked up and walked us to a table. We sat down for about 20 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress. Everything seemed fine. We ordered drinks and the waitress asked for our IDs. I presented mine. And my friend, who'd just suffered an anxiety attack, was still shaken up and nervous. We had just gotten back from the urgent care and wanted to grab a bite to eat while we waited for the pharmacy to fill his prescription. He attempted to show his ID, but his hands were shaking and he asked me to help him. I did so. The waitress did not have a poker face. I immediately noticed a concerned look on her face. My friend told the waitress that he was anxious. He was. She smiled and carried on as normal. After 40 minutes, another waiter comes up with my drink but not his drink. After a while, the new waiter comes back and asks me how's my drink. It was good but I asked why my friend didn't get his drink. He looked at me and said that he was going to check on his drink. He walked away. The waitress we were initially greeted by walked up to the table next to us with a completely different affect but she never acknowledged us even when I asked for a new straw. In the restaurant industry, I know that people help each other. I figured that the new waiter was just helping her out. But I found it weird that our waitress kept going back to the new table and wouldn't address us. The male waiter came back and stated that the reason my friend wouldn't get his drink is that the initial waitress had concerns that he was inebriated. My friend and I both sat there shocked. I even laughed at some point because I thought we were being punked. I reiterated that we were both sober and stopped in on our way to somewhere else. They didn't know the events of the day or even the medical situation that brought us out in the first place. To be honest, it wasn't their business. We had gotten our apps and we were laughing hysterically at something one of us said. When the waiter/manager came back, my friend asked for his drink again and the waiter kept repeating this spiel on how his staff are trained to recognize when patrons are drunk. My friend was getting annoyed with this bc he kept saying that he was not drunk but anxious bc he had a rough day. I told him not to explain himself because there was no need to. For some reason, the waiter (and I assume manager) kept repeating the same thing. I asked him why would come into a restaurant and ask for drinks to take the edge off if we were already drunk? I also didn't understand why the initial waitress displayed such cowardice and ignorance. In the end, we asked for the check and left. In hindsight, I shouldn't have paid for anything because of the way that we were disrespected. There were other patrons who had come in after us that reeked of marijuana and they were served without issue (and quicker than us). The experience was not worth it. We left upset. Maybe instead of allowing the staff to make assumptions, they should educate themselves on what anxiety looks like. People's hand shake when they're anxious. It doesn't mean that they're drunk. I should have taken heed to the reviews prior to deciding to dine here. Will not be going back. Save your energy. Apparently it's okay to make preconceived judgments on people, not directly state them and take part in subliminal actions that make customers upset. I'd stop in for a quick lunch when in the area. Quality has gone downhill and I'm not coming back after my most recent experience. Came in at 11:30 in the afternoon on Friday and the floors were sticky with spilt beer and the place smelled like a dirty bar. My wings were cold when delivered with the larger pieces still pink in the middle. Ended up not eating my meal and waiting 20 minutes for my server to bring the bill. I have been to well over 100 BWW across the country and this one ranks in the top 3 of the worst. Came in, requested a beer and a baseball game to be put on a television. Got the beer, after several minutes, bartender (Emily) disappears. I look back and see a female blonde manager along with the bartender sitting at a table socializing. I had to get up to AGAIN request the game. After a few beers, my glass sits empty for several minutes. I again look back and see the bartender socializing AGAIN..I had to get up walk back and request a beer...Emily was either on her phone or sitting somewhere talking to co-workers instead of doing her job, not friendly AT ALL, also, no traditional wings!!!
