Seriously the worst customer service! Our cashier Rosa is super rude to customers. She yells at them over the phone, she doesn't greet anyone when they walk in she immediately walked in the back for almost 5 minutes and then she had to restart our order three times, I'm assuming she doesn't know how to properly work the register. The entire staff is rude and unhelpful. They all stand at the front but for some reason no one can help you with anything only Rosa can. Ordered over the phone. Arrived at exactly 18 minutes (told me " give us 18 minutes, they will be ready") a number of to go orders were on a cart by the kitchen. All of the bags were sitting open. I gave them my name and a girl took my $$$ and placed the bag on the counter. I reached in and the fries were like warm at best!! When I got home the wings were like warm also. So, obviously they were done well before I showed up. I commented that by leaving the bags open the food cools off and got no response other than shrugged shoulders. BTW, wings and fries always have been sauced and seasoned correctly. They are flavorful. They Need to figure out how to keep things hot or work on timing better. read more

I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings after eating here. They have the best boneless wings I've ever had. The chicken was tender and not overly breaded. The kids love the fancy soda machine and the atmosphere was bright and cheery. The service was A plus. He was friendly and attentive to all the customers in the restaurant. The food was great, service wasn't that good. When we walked in we weren't really greeted and I didn't know how this restaurant worked so we stood there awkwardly for a few before the waitress said anything. Things were still tense. After we ordered I went to get a drink and my first two choices were out plus the machine was kinda broken and stuck and spilt my soda all over my cup. We sat down and waited for our food which took oddly long since we were the only people in the building. When the food was served the waiter didn't ask if we needed anything else. Didn't offer ketchup for our fries and didn't say anything and walked away. Food was wonderful, tasted great. My other complaint was the radio choice. They have a Christian station playing that mostly preached the whole time and was trying to raise money for the radio station and it got annoying. Ok I love wingstop, but THIS wingstop is different because they are 1 in 6 locations in the United States that have an extended menu. I believe all wingstop a have started the trial of the "Chile Lime" flavor, which this one had as well except the lady kindly asked what kind of fries I wanted. They have lemon pepper fries, Cajun fries, parmasean fries, etc! Goodness! It was good, if you go to this wingstop I would recommend trying anything on their extended menu, you won't get it anywhere else! read more

I would have given Wingstop a 4-star review except that the last few times we went, we were handed menus and then told the menus weren't accurate. The sliders, which were decent, are no longer an option - only large chicken sandwiches are on the menu. Or not, because they aren't actually on the crappy-quality, inaccurate menus. I won't blame the staff but the manager needs to get their act together. That's just plain irritating. read more

I'm hesitant to go to a place that calls chicken breast "boneless wings", but I guess it only makes sense...taking the meat off of actual chicken wings doesn't sound all that delicious...or does it....? Regardless, they don't shave meat off of wings and roll them into nuggets - their idea of boneless wings is just flavoured chicken tenders, which I guess is fine as long as you go in understanding that. I personally prefer real wings. They have a ton of flavours, and you can mix the flavours together - i dont just mean in the same basket, but on the same wing. For example, you can get a HOT Hawaiian, where they mix the hot with the hawaiian sauce...pretty self explanatory. I like the hawaiian, the lousiana dry rub of the ones we tried. I love the wings here! Everytime I get wings they are perfectly cooked, orders are always right, only problem is the bar. I say that because they seemed staffed low so you'll have to wait for the cashier in the front to get you your drink and hope if you get a mixed drink it's a pretty basic one. But food is amazing!! So I have just returned from my second visit to Wingstop in Carson City. And I know it's not because of my pretty face. But the customer service here is beyond amazine! I am pretty sure if I walked in to this establishment and asked for an elephant cage, within 15 minutes I would have one. The food here is solid & tasty. But the real experience here is the staff. I ordered over the phone and I told them to cook the wings for 25 min I arrived 25 min later waited for a bit and then they gave me my order come to find out they weren't well done. The HEAD cook came out and argued with us clapping his hands if I wanted them cooked 10 or 15 min longer knowing they would have a burnt look to them. That's just lazy. Then he told us to leave and come back later. SUPER RUDE. It's literally the easiest order and yet they messed up the cooking time Yet took the full 25 min to give me the order. I had to wait another 25 min for my order to be redone. I literally don't understand how the cook thought it was okay to speak to us that way. I ordered my meal through the phone. We ordered an 8 piece meal. 5 classic lemon pepper wings and 3 BONELESS original hot wings. She didn't repeat my order but she did tell me that they would be done in about 20 mins. I got there and they had already taken quite some time to give me my order so I grabbed my order and left. At home when I opened it I noticed my flavors were correct but my boneless wings were no where in sight. I called the wingstop and the lady who answered told me she had no idea what I wanted her to do since the order said all classic. I asked her if it was my fault that the order was incorrect. She again said, well unfortunately since it says they are all classic we can't do anything. She didn't even offer to replace the wrong ones!!! I would of gladly taken the incorrect ones back!!! I will no longer be wasting my money here. Also while I was waiting for my order, an older man came in to the wingstop to ask the cashier a question. He ordered wings last night and there was barely any sauce on his wings so he didn't even eat them. He didn't ask for a refund. He didn't want to return them. For what it is, I love this place. The wings are great AND they have good beer! Icky and Mammoth on tap! We sat in the bar area and the service was good. My husband and I eat a lot of chicken wings--these are quality wings. We tried atomic, hot and the louisiana rub. All delicious. We had celery/carrots and yeast rolls as sides--all were as expected. I had to change it to 5 stars, my wife and son really like this place. My wife likes the wings with the bones. I like the boneless. My son likes the chicken tenders. We always order the chicken plain, and have the sauce on the side. We like the honey mustard sauce, ranch and hawaiian. The barB Q sauce is a bit spicy, its ok. Mon and tuesday they have 50 cent boneless wings. I dont care for their rolled napkins. Fries are ok. The restroom water is really hot, so be careful. i'm sure the staff at wing stop have every intention of making their food safe for human consumption, but i'm pretty dang positive they gave me salmonella, my boyfriend ordered the lemon pepper wings and i ordered the louisiana rub, we each had one wing from the others' basket and the next morning he was vomiting, he took 3 days off of work and he was miserable the whole time, the day after he started throwing up, so did i. it definitely wasn't as bad, and it only lasted a day, rather than 3, but after going to the doctor, i figured if anything gave us salmonella, it was probably chicken. i don't want to be an outlier with a 1 star review but i definitely don't want to give them a positive review so, you can decide if my amount of stars is enough or not :) read more

With WingStop being a new addition to Carson City, I was intrigued. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The cost of the food greatly outweighs the quality. The wings were over-saturated with sauce, and even with the plethora of sauce, not all that tasty. The staff that I interacted with were friendly, but over-eager to sell additional items from their menu. A major bonus to this restaurant, however, is the soda machines they use - they've got a multitude of flavors available from the Coca-Cola family. I won't go out of my way to make another trip to this establishment, as I feel that $9.89 for six wings and an order of mediocre fries is worth the trip. In fact, any quantity of wings available on their menu are overpriced. I'll make the additional 20 minute drive to Buffalo Wild Wings in Reno should I crave wings again in the future. read more

I will not be coming back to this location. First they dropped our order all over the floor which was fine people have bad days. Then they bring out our new order which is completely wrong so we tell them they bring the wings back sprinkle some seasoning on them and bring them back out. They are still wrong. We talk to the manager who tells us that we are wrong we got what we ordered. I'm sorry I have come here enough times and order the exact same thing every time to know it was the wrong flavors. I found the booth seating to be very uncomfortable. The paper towel and soap dispensers in the men's bathroom is ridiculously high for young kids. On my first visit to dine in, I was in a party that had 2 separate orders. The other order came out in a timely manner but ours never appeared. My husband asked about it. After checking they found the kitchen had never received our order. By the time the other people were done eating we got our food. Without even asking, the waitress brought us a $20 gift card plus offered free dessert for everyone in the party.
