Pricing was reasonable, we used the code for a bogo sandwich, without a coupon a sandwich is about what you'd pay at a competitor. The sandwiches were overly greasy and the flavor was underwhelming. I ordered my fries well done but they still came soggy and lukewarm. The website said I was going to get an email when the food was ready but I didn't get an email or text, even checked the spam folder and no dice. The inside of the restaurant could definitely use a refresh as it feels quite dated. Wingstop offers a number of flavors but my goto is cajun. Although their hand-cut fries are amazing I go with the veggie sticks and blue cheese instead of ranch as a dipping sauce It's about a perfect meal for controlling blood sugar or staying on keto. Tried Wing Stop last week. We wanted to get a 20 piece wing, and the cashier kept trying to get us to buy a combo meal. 3 times he tried to get us to order a combo saying they do not come with that count. I'm sorry, we only wanted wings and some water. They do charge for the Dips, so we only got 1. Have never been to a wing place that charges for 1 cup of dip. Usually you get at least 1 with 20 wings. No worries. The restaurant itself was not the best of shape. Torn red booths patched with blue duct tape. Tables that needed bused. Once the cashier was finished taking orders, he would drag the trash can all around the restaurant, and not on its wheels that were both there, but drag it were it made an awful noise. Pull it up on the wheels and roll it. But an open trash can full of trash. Not the best thing to see rolling past you while trying to eat your food. I mean, get a tray and put the trash on it then take it to the can and come back and clean the table. I've never seen someone drag a huge 55 gallon trash can through a restaurant . So we got our 20 wings 10 each with regular hot sauce. You can choose 2 flavors for the 20 wings. But we both wanted the hot and the flavor was great. They could have been just a tiny bit crunchier. They were on the verge of almost not crunchy at all. So next time we will ask for them to be cooked a little longer. So the stars are basically for the atmosphere/restaurant not so much the chicken. Stain alert, when you get the buffalo/hot sauce on your wings, they will stain for about an hour or so, I mean stained red. That tells me there is allot of food coloring in that sauce. I have never had a wing stain my skin ever and I have eaten a ton of wings in my lifetime. They were sauced good though lol read more

I went here Wednesday, April 3, 2019 to get some French fries as a snack. Yes, I know, they are bad for you, but I did it. I have also been here about six or seven other times since 2015. They are in the Southgate Plaza on South Carson Street, across from Casino Fandango, where Olive Garden, Big Lots, JC Penney, and Big 5 Sporting Goods, amongst other stores, are. They are open from 11 AM to 11 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11 AM to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (the website says 11 AM to 11 PM seven days a week, but it is wrong). It wasn't too crowded since it was about 4 PM. The restaurant was clean. And the fries were excellent. I have had them at Wingstop everywhere a lot, and for some reason, I always have rated these as excellent. Maybe it is the flavor from the spices they use. There is a hint of sweetness which I like. And they are always a lot of them, enough to fill me up. There is a small arcade in the back, as well as a bar in the front off to the left of the cash register. There are lots of TV's here facing all directions. I counted at least five in the main room, and at least four more in the bar. At Wingstops, you don't have to bus your own tray when finished. In fact, there are never trash cans. The staff does that for you. The have one of those single soda machines that dispenses hundreds of combinations of flavors. I just chose water though. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I also saw her busy cleaning when she wasn't cashiering. A very good employee. read more

But I'm not a prostitute, Richard Gere was nowhere in sight, and instead of snails in my hands, I had chicken wings. "Slippery suckers!" I yelped as one wing slipped through my fingers and flew across the table. For around $9, we got 12 wings: six of the dry Louisiana rub and six of the teriyaki wings. I asked for the wings to be EXTRA CRISPY and they said no problem. They came out to our table very quickly, which surprised us happily, and as a bonus, they gave us a sampler of the Hawaiian boneless chunks too. I have to say that I LOVED the Louisana rub wings. Super crispy and very flavorful. Not as big as the wings over at Legends in Reno or Red's in Carson, but decent-sized. However, I did not like any of the other two flavors I tried. First off, they were so heavily sauced that the skin loses all its crispity edge - a mortal sin. The flavors themselves tasted a bit.... off. Me no likey, and with so much sauce on the wings, no wonder I almost killed someone with one as it escaped from my fingers and no wonder that each table is equipped with a roll of paper towels to clean up from yourself. Chain restaurants are really great when they make great food; wing stop does the trick for me. I've had their awesome wings in Florida, Arizona, California and now Carson City. I get they same high quality every time. The Cajun flavor is my staple and their natural cut fries (yes people Wendy's got it hear first) are awesome with just the right amount of salt. This location has ample seating and a bar of to the left when you enter, I actually like this idea as you can be seated with kids and not feel like you are getting them ready for the night life at a young age.
