Today was National Chicken Wing Day, and the place was absolutely packed with people taking advantage of the promotion. Despite the rush, the staff handled the chaos with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The manager, in particular, stood out--making sure things ran as smoothly as possible and that every customer felt seen and taken care of. Even with some delays (understandable given how busy it was), the team made the process of ordering and picking up food clear and efficient. So frustrating. Their website, nor app won't accept any credit cards from myself or my daughter. We receive an error that the billing address doesn't match. Our credit cards work everywhere! We've tried every avenue to resolve but Wingstop has been awful. Recently, my daughter received a free fries promotion for her birthday via email. Of course the app said the code was invalid and we couldn't order due to the credit card issue so i went to the store. I spent almost $80 and showed the email and code for the free birthday fries to the cashier. He called over the manager and the manager told us that they don't accept promotions anymore. My receipt had a survey that I filled out and checked the box that I would like to be contacted but weeks have gone by and nobody has been in touch. I've also sent emails to the company and local store and they've been ignored. This is just an awful way to run a company. My daughter and friends love the food and put up with this but it's unacceptable to me. I can see why the BBB rating is so awful. read more

First offf no one was welcoming upon entering it was one male cook who was nice and took our order, one of the Hispanic employees was on the phone holding up the bathroom arguing. They had a hand written sign on the register saying online orders only the male cook took our order another gentleman came in after us and they girls told him online only so he left then the male cook realized what they were doing and took the sign down. They made my order wrong so when I said something to one of the girls she had an attitude then fixed it. My voodoo fries were terrible barely anything on them. I gave three stars because I know there new but mostly for what I ordered. I ordered the boneless wing meal with fries. I ordered the fries well done with fry seasoning. They weren't well done, warm or have any seasoning. For the boneless wings I ordered mild, garlic parm and lemon herd mix. There was barely any sauce for the first two and absolutely none on the lemon pepper. That might be how they are I normally order lemon pepper and there's a sauce but these are just try with pepper on them don't even taste lemon. Hopefully my next visit will be better. On the flip side I didn't have to wait but I also ordered online. read more

First and only time going to Wingstop. The place is clean and they are set up nicely for to go orders. But that is where the goodness ends. The oil they are using must be really old and burnt because everything we ordered was greasy and tasted burnt. The wings were tiny and overcooked and greasy. For what they charge for wings and the name you would figure they would be half decent. Wrong. The fries were a soggy greasy mess. The chicken sandwich probably would have been ok, but tasted horribly burnt. read more

One of the worst Wingstop experiences my family has ever had. Greasy floors with the back half of the restaurant flooded with water under the tables. Dine-in food sealed up in a bag, 25 minutes later and half the food was missing, fries were burnt and the wings were over cooked. I love Wingstop but this location should be shut down. read more

When I first walked in, there was nobody at the register and the music was very loud. The employees were playing inappropriate music. This cash register women finally came after waiting for 5min. Very rude and disrespectful! I will never go back again! Me and my family had a long day and decided to have wings instead of cooking today. We ordered food online worth up to $40, their soda machine was bad, everything was out of order which was fine. We got home and we gave out the food to our family, one of the ranch or blue cheese was expired and watery (literally). We went back to the store and explained our situation and the manger Kayla, said she would remake the order and give us new dipping sauce. We waited 35+ for a remake. We checked the bags when we got home, and they gave us only one fries, and three boxes of wings. Mind you, the wings that we originally got was 6c lemon pepper, 6pc original hot, and 8pc boneless bbq. They are all combos, (we didn't want the drinks since the soda machine was out of order) instead of what we asked for they gave us, 2 6c lemon pepper and the boneless wings. We were pissed off because we live far away from this location, I tried to call the store, and the cashier acted like she didn't care when I explained the situation and told us to call back in ten minutes because the manger Kayla was "busy". We called back twice, no one answered. We decided to go back in the store, while we waited for the manger, they sat in the back, talked and laughed instead of helping us out. We ended up waiting 3 mins for help and instead of a full refund, they gave us what we were missing on the remake instead of the full order. This location is new and I suggest you wait a while before going. Not only did they give my order to someone else who came in after me that person came back and said this is not my order that was because it was my order so the new order they gave us along with the old iorder were COMPLETELY WRONG they are unprofessional they pick up the phone saying if you are ordering for take out you have to pay in advance. Who picks up the phone like that. Whatever happen to Wingstop, can I help you. Check your order before you leave. When I called to complain and spoke to the manager she was laughing before she even said anything because she heard me tell my husband I will hold on until someone picks up this phone she gets on laughing and said what did you say and I told her and she thought that was funny.
