I have been a Wingstop fan for about 9 years and have tried multiple locations over 3 states. This location however is the WORST Wingstop I have had the misfortune of eating at. Having had the craving for these wings I have given this place 3 (Yes 3...) chances to win me over. Each visit I lower my expectations and somehow the William Cannon location manages to miss the mark. So lets get the positives out of the way... the flavors are there. If you love Wingstop and all flavor selections and fries you won't be disappointed. But being a franchise, this should be a given. Eaten at one McDonald's/Jack in the Box, ect eaten at them all. Now to the many disappointments. The interior is not as clean as other Wingstops I have frequented. Every time I went there there was a dirty water smell that gave the illusion that they were trying to clean but just made it worse. 2/3 times I have eaten there the chicken was dry and the skin had a weird texture. I have probably eaten at Wingstop over 100 times but this location is the first time I have run into this problem. The waits are atrocious. Even when the place was empty it took about 25 minutes for my food to get done which is almost double the 14 minute wait time I'm usually told at other locations. If you go on a day where there is a big game or even during dinner, you are looking at a 40 plus wait time. The most recent time I went (also the final straw that made me write this review) the soda machine was broken. They have one of those newer touchscreen machines which I get can break down. But the problem was the staff kept selling people combos and drinks KNOWING that the only choice was sweet tea. No one in the store was offered a switch or refund on the drinks. Only the option of bringing in sodas from Taco Bell or HEB. I placed my order over the phone this time and if I had known that I couldn't get a soft drink I wouldn't have ordered what I did. It's just completely irresponsible for a business to operate like this and I will NEVER come back to this location. Do yourself a favor and if you crave Wingstop like I do, just drive a little farther and go to the Riverside location. read more

This location is GREAT! Since moving to Austin, my husband and I have visited this Wingstop a few times. I LOVE me some chicken wings! Especially the original hot and lemon flavor. The wings are so tasty. I love vinegar based flavors in my wing sauce, and these wings definitely have that. I always order a side of the hot wing sauce so I can dip my wings in them. That's how much I love their hot sauce. I can't say enough about the employees. They are professional, polite and have great attitudes. Decided to splurge from our normal healthy diet and get wing stop, so was actually pretty excited like a fat kid about to get cake. Ordered online, paid at the store and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I go ask if it is ready yet and they pull it off the rack holding all of the to-go orders. Apparently it had been sitting there for the last 15 minutes. Now hangry as hell, I tried to eat the fries on the way home but they were soggy and limp as a noodle from sweating in a bag for 20 mins. I don't eat chicken, but I love the fries and all the dipping sauces/wing sauces. Love wingstop wings its been my current favorite wing place for the past couple of years until Today that i called in to place in order. I was placed on hold after they answered (typically happens all the time) almost 10 min later after being on hold i ordered the classic 6 pcs wing combo and ask kindly if i could substitute the drink for a roll since i didnt want the drink and the girl (didnt get her name) flat out said No. I was like ok last time i did the same thing and they didnt say i couldnt (which it is true) she then asked for the persons name who did it i told her i didnt remember who it was (i mean who would remember right?) and i guess she got upset i couldnt tell her a name and said "well no i cant" (w/attitude) then i just told her ok then i want cancel the order and she just hung up on me. i have been working in the customer service industry for 9 years already and know thats not the way you should treat a customer after this i most likely wont be eating at wing stop again highly upset on their customer svc they should work on it more. read more

- may not be in amazing location or amazing scenery but then again im in there for a total of 5 mins. Its a shopping center buffalo wing place not the oasis. You go there for 1 reason wings, so wings were good, fresh, fries were fresh and warm and had plenty of ranch. Offered refill as i waited and was pleasant. As far as shopping center and beauty what do u want for 9 dollar wings that are fresh. I think its funny how people are mad about the wait, do you realize that they cook them when you order them! Ill sit and wait for good fresh wings for 14 mins or CALL AHEAD AND SIT AT HOME FOR 10 mins than get my wings as soon as i order them and have them gross and dry and cold. Do you realize they offer online ordering that tells you exact time they are ready people, so stay home an extra 10 mins or stop and put gas in car, but dont complain about wait time because they are cooking them fresh, thats why places like these change what they do because impatient people complain about waiting and then you get gross wings that are fast like buffalo wild wings. read more

I've only been here a few times. The first time was forgettable. Since this place was right by my house and I was craving wings, I decided to stop by after work at around 10pm. I've tried hot wings everywhere and no place is ever hot enough. I like things super blazing hot...almost inedibly hot haha. And if I remembered correctly, the atomic wings the first time weren't even near spicy enough for me. Anyway, I ordered a 8 PC, half atomic half lemon pepper. I automatically assume they're gonna ask me if I've tried atomic yet before I order it because there aren't refunds blah blah I've heard it everywhere and yes she asked me. She said my 8 PC would be out in 10 mins. After 25 mins passed I started to get worried that maybe they forgot about me. Saw people come and go with their take out orders. There wasn't many people in there also. I noticed a very large couple taking up a table that should seat about 6 and a few other guys waiting for take out orders. Was hoping these wings were out of this world awesome. Finally got my name called after half an hour and as I walked out I remembered that they never even offered me my drink that I paid for that it comes with. I go back in and wait another 5 minutes because nobody's there. A cook goes and grabs the girl who was outside fiddling on her phone or whatever and gives me my drink. I go home and am so excited to finally bite into the soggiest french fries in the world and mediocre wings that weren't even hot enough for me to be asked if I've tried their super special hot atomic wings before. Great place. The food is always ready the at the time they tell you. But I hate the wait if you don't call the order in ( the app won't work). Bit they did forget my veggies a couple of time I wish they wouldn't forget. I've had the hot boneless wings, rolls and fries and all were delicious. The location is small, so I recommend ordering ahead and getting it to go. My only negatives are: they can be super busy at times, and the shopping center they are located in is a little run down. I went in Sunday and the quality of my food was not what I am use to from this location. I wrote an email and the manager at the store emailed me back the same day. She apologized for my experience and even offer me two free meals as a way to say she was sorry. Picked up a to-go order of wings before the Dallas vs. Green Bay game. This was my second time getting wings from here. Had the spicy buffalo and garlic parmesan and they were tasty. The wings met expectations, they didn't floor me but were up to par. I got notification food was on its way @ 606. 20 min later (this location is only 7 min from my house) I started trying to call the location to find out what had happened to our food. I have up trying to call after more than 10 min of receiving a busy signal. Then I tried going through the website. After being routed to the 3rd party delivery service, it showed a map with the drivers location past my home. It forced me to make an account, then said I had no orders. I finally reached out to the Wingstop 1-800# who said they would contact the location manager. Is still haven't heard anything. read more

Ok... Most of my review is positive based on the fact that wingstop wings are my fav. Yes, more than Pluckers, more than BW3's, etc. This particular location is in the GHETTO though. That's my biggest downside. The TV's are very small and you'll do well to not get your car broken into in the parking lot, so I recommend pickup. Aaaaaaaamazing! As a wing-lover, I really have no complaints. At all. Delicious! Went with 4 people total, it took them 16 minutes to make our wings, and they had a new soda machine that I've never seen before that is touch-screen and can make any soda you want (needless to say, I was entertained while waiting for the wings). Their fries are a very large portion (yes, enough for 2 normal-sized people with a decently good appetite to split), so make sure you don't over-order them. Also, I love spice but was warned about the atomic (I think that's what they're called?) wings. My suggestion? Get the sauce on the side. It was so spicy it was barely edible (dipping some fries in the sauce I got on the side was good enough for me!). Conclusion: There wasn't much conversation going on once we received the food, and what conversation did occur was mostly me raving about how good the wings are! Definitely recommended! My wife and I were craving wings so the one of two places we knew of to get them and chose Wing Stop. Store #0108. I called in my order like I've done in past times with the expectation of the same. This time was different, I called in a order for 3 different flavors and would have expected for the wings to be in separate compartments not all 3 flavors in one package. What if a person I was starring the wings with had a allergy to a ingredient in one or the other. I particularly don't care to taste teriyaki with Hawaii BBQ, so in short I was appalled to see all my wife's and my wings in one cramped box. I asked the person working the counter if that was acceptable and explained my feelings about the flavor shaping and or possible interactions. She stated she was sorry and turned her back to me. Let me say this, the restaurant was very dirty, the tray of plastic wear had food partials all over them, no straws for our drinks and no napkins in my Togo bag. I would have expected at the least for her to get a manager to help me understand why this was the way it was but I couldn't even tell who would have been a manager or not. To get to the point, I am the paying customer and if for not the paying customer you wouldn't be there making money. If you don't like your job then quit. I work hard all day and get a craving only to regret having that craving. Think of how you feel when you get poor customer service. I plan on contacting someone higher up in your company because something needs to change. You chose your job. Do it as if you love it even if you don't!
