I'm not sure why the reviews are so low for this Wings location. We ate-in and our food was really good. My husband and I used to love Wings over Storrs when were college students, so we had expectations of how the food should taste. We were not disappointed. You have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes if you order at the counter , but that's fine, I'd rather wait since they most likely make your order fresh. We did over hear that for Superbowl day orders they have restrictions so if you're planning on ordering, investigate ahead of time. The dining area was clean and modern which we appreciated. They offer canned/bottled coke products as drinks.

Hang Glider combo pack, at Wings Over Bristol.

Ordered the Hang Glider DC-3 tonight. Spicy Teriyaki flavor. Meal was decent tasting, just the right amount of spice for me. Felt though the meal as a whole was a bit pricey at $8.99, but only by a buck or so. Last time I went the Cajun Blackened wings. I agree with Jay A, felt those wings had way too much blackening spice on them, would not order that flavor again in the future.

This is 1/2 pound or more blackened boneless wings. Hard as a rock like charcoal.

The boneless wings are delicious. One of my favorite wing places to order from. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

The wings were overpriced for what you get, a very average experience in all. If a better option was around I wouldn't go back.

This is one of the worst places to order. The staff is extremely rude who swears on the phone. They lack patience to take a small order.

After reading the great reviews about this place my wife and I had to try it for our "Hot Dog…read moreTuesday" lunch. I don't give out 5 stars easily. This little unassuming place deserves every one of them! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly man at the counter who seated us and brought menus. He turned out to be very helpful finding out this was our first time here. The store was well lit and clean. The tables were well spaced and not crowded in. My wife stuck to our tradition and ordered the RT 10 Dog with the spicy relish on the side. (Which was great for me) I couldn't resist The Hungry Bull burger. We'll just have to come back again for me to try their hotdogs. The 10' hot dog is a Martin Rosol's so the foundation of this hot dog is super strong. The sauerkraut was tasty and full flavored and just the right amount of mustard. My wife tried the spicy relish, that our server cheerfully supplied on the side, and it was a little too hot for her liking. Bonus for me. I got to put it on my burger. My burger came out stacked on a sturdy Brioche Roll with American cheese, onion straws and some very tasty horseradish crema. My burger was juicy and full of flavor. The onion straws brought the right amount of crunch. Halfway through I began to add in the spicy relish. Amazing. We got fries and onion rings and shared. The fries were big, crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Just the way I like them. The onion rings were amazing. I like when you bite into an onion ring and the whole onion doesn't come sliding out. These were perfect. Very good crunch and flavor. We have already decided that we will be back. I can't wait to try the hot dogs and the chicken sandwiches that were also calling my name.

I had a meatball sub, and my goodness, it was the best I've had in years; a perfect balance of sauce so that the meatballs didn't get overwhelmed. My husband had a chili dog and was gobsmacked at how they managed to elevate a seemingly straightforward dish. They used toasted bread, and the chili was the perfect amount. My son got one of their burgers and absolutely devoured it. Finally, their fries and onion rings are some of the best I've had in a while. I'm bummed that we are only in CT to visit family once a year, because this would definitely be added to our regular treat rotation.

The reviews did not even begin to do the food justice. We ordered stuffed shells, eggplant parmesan, and spinach and mozzarella, pepperoni, and, eggplant parmesan strombolies. The stuff shells, and eggplant parmesan were out of this world. The strombolies were filled from end to end. As for the prices they were exceptionally fair!! They also made it very easy to place the order and help with the servings. More than enough food for dinner and take home. I know that my family will be having next Christmas catered again from Tommy's Place! We are looking forward to trying the rest of the menu options, which there are many, very soom soon. Unassuming hidden gem located in Bristol Connecticut.

We were on a road trip and in need of a place to stop for lunch. I pulled out my trusty Yelp app…read moreand came across Fina's Kitchen and its excellent reviews. The small restaurant was like a deli with several tables inside and a lovely outdoor patio that really elevated its overall atmosphere. We placed our order at the inside counter and grabbed a table outside. Throughout our visit, we experienced extremely pleasant and gracious service from Fina and a young man, both of whom were cooking and delivering the food. Though this caused things to move on the slower side, they really had their system down to a science, managing our meals and the several takeout orders that I saw being collected. The lunch menu had various salads, sandwiches, and burgers on offer. I selected the Chicken Gyro, which used a real grilled chicken breast that had been sliced, rather than those pre-cut strips that always seem to contain fillers. The chicken was a tad dry, but the homemade tzatziki sauce, which was heavily infused with dill, helped to add moisture to the sandwich. I had opted for a whole wheat wrap, rather than a pita, and I loved that they had lightly toasted the completed dish, even with its inclusion of romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes. That method gave the wrap an improved texture and a slight crunch. I sampled a few of my companion's fries, which were thin, crispy, and had a real rustic flavor that resembled potato skins. They were great! Fina's Kitchen was a real gem, hidden among an industrial area and catering to the local businesses. It was a great find!
