I'm not a burger person but my husband really wanted burgers, and with the pretty good reviews I thought it couldn't go wrong. Well my husband really disliked his burger. And he's a total burger fan. Normally you can go wrong with a classic burger , but he said it was tasteless, and overcooked. I gave a two star because at least I can tolerate the wings and I chose the Korean bbq sauce flavor. It was doused in sauce, and overcooked not juicy at all. Like I said I tolerated it, but my husband couldn't stand them, that we still have half an order sitting in our fridge. I do t like giving new local businesses poor ratings so I gave a 2 instead on a 1. But with so many good dining locations around here, I'm not sure I can spend over 30.00 for burger and wings again.

The wings were cooked well, I thought the sauce was too salty. I think I will try again with a different sauce someday. The fries were a buy-1-get-1 on Uber Eats. At $6 this was still not worth it. The fries were bland and pretty small. They tasted like fries you can buy at the grocery store and bake yourself. I will not be trying the fries again even with the buy-1-get-1 deal.

ITS CLOSED!! ITS CLOSED!! ITS CLOSED!!…read more If I could do fewer stars I would. This place is closed... We were planning on doing pizza and wings and we figured that this would be a good place to try some local wings that had different flavors. We decided to do a pick up order we paid and everything. We drive across town we pull up and lo and behold it's JJ's fish and chicken. There was no wing place clearly labeled. My husband and I go inside to see if there is any connection between the two and the guy currently working says that they used to be a online chicken delivery place through Uber eats or another food eating service... But they closed. This is beyond annoying and frustrating driving in spending gas and then they don't have a phone number listed for customer support and there's an email but how long does it take for people to typically respond for emails? Overall terrible experience with this place going to have to call the bank to dispute the charges because they didn't take their location away from their website let alone show that it's out of business but still collect money... I am leaving this one-star review because of an incident I experienced at Joe's Deli on 08/27/2026,…read moreat approximately 01:40pm. I entered the restaurant to pick up an Uber Eats order that clearly displayed my name, "Stephen Y". Shortly after entering, an Asian female employee repeatedly called out "Pua" while indicating toward me. I initially did not respond because Pua is not my name. I told her that I was picking up an order for Stephen and showed her my phone, but she continued saying "Pua" and then showed me my Uber Eats order. I accepted the order and left because I did not immediately process what she was calling me. Shortly afterward, I realized that Pua is the pig character from Disney's Moana. As a Samoan man, I found this racially degrading, humiliating, and extremely offensive. I returned to the restaurant and reported what happened to another employee. She identified the employee involved as Yun or Yung, or a similar-sounding name, and told me the owner would be there the following morning. I also told a Samoan colleague what happened. She called Joe's Deli and spoke directly with the employee involved. The employee claimed that she had said "Uber", not "Pua". However, I distinctly heard her repeatedly say "Pua," even after I showed her that my name was Stephen. The following morning, 08/28/26, at approximately 09:37am, I returned and spoke with the owner for about five minutes. He identified himself as the employee's son. He defended his mother, attributed the incident to a language barrier, and said she did not know that Pua referred to a pig or that it would be offensive to a Samoan person. He also said she did not know how to pronounce "Uber", apparently contradicting what she told my colleague. I explained that my name was clearly displayed on the order and that if she could not pronounce "Stephen," she could have simply said "Uber" or just waved me down and showed me my order. There was some back-and-forth, but the owner continued defending his mother and maintained that she was not racist. Even if I give her the benefit of the doubt and accept that she genuinely mispronounced "Uber" and had no racist intent, it does not change how degrading the experience was. A mistake can still cause racial harm. The appropriate response should have included acknowledgment, concern, and an apology, not immediately dismissing my experience and making excuses. I reported the incident because it needed to be acknowledged and addressed, not because I wanted anything from the business or wanted anyone to get in trouble. The so-called "language barrier" still ended up being a disrespectful experience. Anyway, should the owner read this, next time, advise your mother that Maui would have been better to be called than Pua.
