With over 30 beers on tap, there is a beer for everyone! It may have more of a crowd for college aged people, but everytime I go there, there is always a uniques diversity of ages there as well. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight…read more Earlier this week, I visited this establishment on both Monday and Tuesday and received attentive service. However, my experience on Wednesday was completely unacceptable. When I walked in and stood at the bar, there was a white female bartender and a Hispanic male bartender working. The female bartender made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge my presence. She did not greet me, ask if I needed anything, or even make eye contact. Instead, she simply moved to another register and ignored me entirely. The only reason I was eventually served was because the Hispanic male bartender noticed me, because he came in, greeted me, and promptly took my drink order. He was professional, attentive, and the only bright spot of an otherwise terrible experience. As a patron staying at the hotel next door and someone who has spent money at this establishment multiple times this week, I find this level of service unacceptable. There are plenty of bars in the area with staff who understand basic customer service and know how to treat guests with respect. I don't know the name of the female bartender who ignored me, but based on this experience alone, I would not recommend visiting on Wednesday nights--or any night she is working. Customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with courtesy, and unfortunately that was not the case tonight.

I got the side size and it was perfect but comes in a very small bowl making it hard to eat. If you get the side size, strongly suggest asking them to put it on a plate. The entree size actually looks the same amount of salad, but on a normal size dish. The blackened shrimp was cooked perfectly and the berry vinaigrette was amazing. It does have a pub feel so keep that in mind when going. It also gets very crowded so I suggest going at an "off" peak time if you want to try it.

There are colorful bingo markers on the table. -Bring cash! There's an ATM at the front of the restaurant if you forget. -Someone comes around to your table each round, and you can buy as many cards as you want for that round. Each round uses a different color of paper and a different shape to win. -Cards are $1 each for the first few rounds and $2 for the last couple of rounds. The jackpot for the first couple of rounds was around $250! -The numbers are called out and shown on multiple screens all over the restaurant, so it's easy to keep up. As for dinner, we ordered: Blue crab fritters, onion smashburger, shrimp & grits, and seafood pasta. I would skip the seafood pasta but I LOVED the blue crab fritters! They were so tasty, lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a great sauce on the side. The burger was also good, but the real winner was the fries. They were perfectly crispy and so good that we ordered another basket for the table! The shrimp and grits were also so well flavored. I would definitely go back just for the shrimp and grits.
