It was basically unedible. The meatball was okay, it was not what we expected though. It was a giant meatball served with a huge piece of butter in between it. The burger was the only thing that was great. It was cooked medium rare, and was huge. The fries were soft. We would not come here again. However, one moment really stood out for the wrong reasons. A manager approached the bartenders and began yelling at them in front of guests. Even though it was off to the side, it was still very noticeable and uncomfortable to witness. Situations like that should be handled privately, either in the back or after a shift, but not in front of customers. It came across as unprofessional and honestly, disrespectful. As a guest, it affects the atmosphere and gives insight into how staff are treated, which matters. Aside from that incident, everything else about the experience was great. While Scheduling may be a bit of a challenge, you can bet I'll be back when the stars once again align.
