I've been coming to Ramsey's Cafe for quite a while now its a solid Deli in every aspect the food is delicious, fast and friendly service

Bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll...YUM!

This is one of my favorite delis. The staff is always friendly, it is very clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. If you are looking for the best egg sandwich on a roll, you can find it at Ramsey's! Every day, they offer hot dishes to eat in or take out. I work right next door and have been a dedicated customer for 5 years. My only problem is, my job is relocating to Melville and I wish I could bring this deli with me!

I cannot rave enough about this establishment ...The food is amazing, always so fresh and made-to-order! The sourdough bread is so incredibly crusty and delicious, coming from my favorite Portuguese place in Farmingville. My husband said the French onion soup was the best he's ever had....Not to overlook the ambience, which is so welcoming and relaxing. This truly adds a nice touch to the overall dining experience. Stace and her daughter Katherine add so much love and life to this beautiful restaurant. We celebrated my sister's milestone birthday there last September in a cozy private room upstairs. It was beyond spectacular from beginning to end. We continue to return to Sunflower Cafe and Bakery quite often, and always have such a pleasant and warm experience! They also offer a wonderful weekend brunch menu on Sunday's with truly creative and delicious entrées. I believe they are approaching their 3 year anniversary in November, and it's not surprising that they are able to thrive and grow in such a tough economic environment. Run, don't walk to this INCREDIBLE restaurant. It's always such an amazing time for us both. Desserts are also so scrumptious as well, with the option to take home treats from the small bakery area if desired! Thanks to the entire staff for always treating us like family...Cannot wait to return very soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the morning rush! For you book lovers, it's the perfect spot to grab a drink while taking a stroll through the library, or take a seat outside! If you're a fan of cold brew or anything coconut flavored, you have to try the shaken coconut cream cold brew. You may find your new favorite summer drink, because I sure did. This coffee had the perfect amount of coconut flavor. The foam on top wasn't thick like a Starbucks foam. It was light and airy, which I think has much more flavor! The coconut and coffee flavor was a perfect balance. I honestly don't know how they would be able to make this taste any better. My niece and nephew got the birthday cake cake pops, which I had to take a bite of. Definitely too sweet for me, but if you have a sweet tooth - you'd love it. This is definitely a spot to try if you have never been! I'd love to go back when I visit in the fall. I'm sure they have great pumpkin flavors.

While I was looking over the deli options with my CERTIFIED service dog, the employee abruptly and very loudly asked - within earshot of other customers - what service my dog provides. While businesses are legally allowed to ask limited questions, I answered immediately and appropriately. For context, my service dog is fully trained, certified, and had just flown on a plane with me. He's also 105 lbs, so he's a big boy. Despite this, the employee continued to question me, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and went as far as saying she herself has a service dog for her "actual" disability - clearly implying that I was lying or exaggerating. This was humiliating, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. I do not need to disclose my disability to anyone, nor should I be interrogated after already complying with the law. I was so taken aback that I decided to leave immediately. Neither my dog nor I felt welcome, and I was uncomfortable continuing the interaction. We were former customers, but after this experience, I can't bring myself to return. No one should be treated this way - ESPECIALLY over something that is legally protected and deeply personal.

The indoor space is small, but the rustic trendy Southern vibe gives it a cozy atmosphere that feels very family run and welcoming. It's located right next to the train line, which adds to the small town café feel. The food was definitely worth the wait overall. I had the Remsenburg burger with all the fixings and it was delicious. The homemade burger bun really stood out. We also tried the homemade biscuit with jam, which was excellent. My partner ordered the pancakes and breakfast platter. The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The only downside food wise was that the ham was a bit too salty. Service was attentive and polite throughout our visit. There was a moment walking in where I felt stared at a bit, but the staff maintained a friendly attitude otherwise. You can tell it's a younger crew helping run the place, and the family style atmosphere comes through.
