    simplistic and minimalistic sleek cupholder!

Macchiato is a phenomenal coffee/snack/breakfast place on the north fork of long Island! They have delicious coffee, amazing little treats like muffins and croissants, and their food is ah-maze-ing too! The wonderful people behind the counter always make it a pleasant experience, even when they have to deal with difficult customers. The coffee comes out quick and delicious! The menu's are exclusive and simplistic, along with everything being clean and tidy. The presentation of local honeys or jams is such a great touch too! I will be coming here as much as I can, whenever I can! - fallon ;p

A cappucino to go after having one with the meal. I couldn't resist.

Great little place on the North Fork for breakfast, lunch, or the best coffee you will ever find. Spent a week out there and had tasty, fresh bakery goods, hot bacon and egg wraps, prosciutto sandwiches, and the most delicious cappucinos I have ever tasted. I don't think the place has been open for much more than a year, but it's a gem. The service was fast, knowledgable, and friendly. Any time I am out there, I will stop in to this small but comfortable and clean little cafe to sit down for a meal and a cappucino.

Great Espresso, very friendly staff...definitely a hidden gem for the area. My new go to coffee spot for when I'm on the north fork.

Wonderful coffee and baked goods. Owners Tal and Sue are the best. Wish it was closer.

I was looking for a restaurant in the Mattituck area after visiting a nearby farm with the family…read more I found a restaurant that was nearby and we walked aground the area to see what was there. The restaurant we originally picked had a 20 minute wait... and with two hangry toddlers, we crossed the street and saw a restaurant sign on top of a neat looking bar. It is actually next to a bar as well, so we eyeing sure it was for the kids. I stood outside and the clock struck 2pm, and a nice gentleman opened the velvet rope for us and said "come in, we were open." Not knowing if this was for the kids or not, we walked in and saw one of the most interesting interiors I have seen in awhile. It was fun and different. The manager made it fun as well as he has a great attitude and happy to help in terms of recommendations. The menu itself is big and you will need some help. The first thing was needing to get food to two little hangry ones, so we asked for noodles, which he got on immediately, getting in a pancit order. That came out first and my wife and I took a few extended moments as the menu is extensive. I ordered the chicken and waffle with bang bang shrimp and my wife had the steak with rice and onions. Both dishes were flavorful and definitely enjoyable. I could definitely go back in again if I ever head back or East, but maybe taking the Long Island railroad would be better since it is across the street from the train station. Definitely stop in for a drink and enjoy the cool little toys and designs around the restaurant. This restaurant definitely provides variety of you want to try something new!

Lots of parking, unique decor, with a friendly staff. We ordered a few Filipino dishes like sisig, chicken inasal, fried lumpia, and regular stuff like fried mushrooms and disco fries. Everything was wonderful and tasted great. The new place definitely has growing pains, sometimes apps came out with the entrees, silverware and plates came after the courses, took a while for our bill to come, but these are little things that will be taken care of once they have a proper waitstaff. We're definitely going to be back.

Upon entering there were no other customers in the store. The store was neat and clean. A blonde woman standing at the back counter looked up from her phone at us and then went back to her phone. As another couple walked in someone else came out from the back and greeted the new couple. We worked our way back to the woman at the back counter and inquired about a cheese board. She told us we could order one and the amount of time it would take to have one made. We asked if they did cheese boards to sit and have to eat now, and I quote, "No we are not a cafe, we don't serve food in store like that". As we continued around the shop many more couples entered the store. We worked our way back around to the cheese counter to place our order. Once it was our turn the blonde woman, who originally snubbed us as we walked in, asked what we needed. As we started to order she asked us to hold on and called another girl from the back to continue helping us. The other girl was very friendly, and informational and even made some recommendations. We purchased a number of cheeses and other accoutrements. As we were checking out, a couple walked in and asked if they did fondue. The blonde woman was friendly and set them up at a table in the back to have fondue for 2. We proceeded to take our items and leave. If you like Brie you need to try the Truffle Brie! It is absolutely delicious! So much so that my girlfriend went back in to buy more for guests we were having over the next day. The cheese and the selection is great. The shop is cute and clean and apparently depending on who you are or who you're with, depends on how you will be treated.

On our way out on the east end, I spied this coffee shop and vowed to hit it up on my way home. I asked the barista about the brown sugar cinnamon special and she said it was very popular. Another woman grabbing her coffee order piped in that she got it for her friend recently and she loved it. Sign me up! Medium with oat milk, please. They do upcharge for milk subs still here, sigh, this end of the island I guess to be expected but this coffee was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed three chocolate chip cookies for the kids, who gobbled them up and didn't save me nary a bite. While I can't speak to the cookies personally, I'll take the crumbs as a sign that they were excellent. The location itself is bright, clean and spacious with ample parking and clean bathrooms. I think I might have to take another long drive for the coffee and farms before fall is up. They even have a container of milk bone treats for your pup which my daughter was super excited to bring home to our dog. How sweet! Thanks Hampton Coffee!

Buttermilk Fried Chicken had super crisp skin and was executed and presented perfectly, great tasting together with the accompanied pickled vegetables and hot-honey butter. Tequila based El Mariachi was tasty and balanced but not memorable.
