I love wings and Wings Zone is my go to. Their buffalo wings are amazing. The hot wings pack a punch.

We've ordered 5 times and they have NEVER forgotten a single thing. It's consistent. My daughter loves the mozzarella sticks. They are always on time when delivering, about 30-45 minutes wait. They do not deserve so few stars! I do wish they were more environmentally friendly, making an option to forgo utensils, and used less styrofoam boxes. read more

We had the $20 Groupon which we paid $10 for. At that price I would say it was OK. The wings had plenty of meat and sauce, although they were greasier than I tend to like them. The sauce was just OK. Nothing too special, but to be fair we didn't order anything unusual. The regular buffalo was quite a bit less spicy than I have experienced at other restaurants. The honey q sauce was a decent barbecue sauce if a bit bland. If I try this place again I think I'll try different sauce flavors just to see if all the sauces are average or just the ones we tried. We also tried the fried mushrooms, again just OK. These were not overly greasy but the breading was bland. I would order from here again with a deal/Groupon but maybe not pay full price. It is kind of far for me to pick up from but if you're close by it would seem to be more worth it. read more

The owner is disgrace to our COMMUNITY. He owns a restaurant and he thinks he can do whatever he wants there. One time i was ordering delivery and he was very rude on the phone. My delivery took very long time. I called the store back. He said on the phone why the f*** you are calling. I m like where is my food. It has been almost 1 hour 20 mins. He said you have to wait like other customers. I said it is taking too long and i have to leave home. I want to cancel the order. He said you cant. Just leave home, we ll leave the food at your door. I asked for refund. He said he is not going to refund or anything. I said it is not legal. He said i m the owner of the restaurant, i can do whatever I want and hanged up. After calling in, management said we weren't the only ones that called in today about cold wings and the only thing they could do was give us 10% off our next order. Guess what Wing Zone...? This place isnt great. The delivery driver showed up and forgot half our order and claimed it was in his car. Then he just never came back. I called the store and they did not offer to refund or discount the food. They did offer to send a fresh order, but by this time, over an hour had passed from placing my order. Just moved to the area, got Wing Zone delivered for us and our movers. They were here promptly and the food was great! We had boneless wings, cheeseburgers and grilled chicken sandwich. The ranch fries were Delish and the garlic parm sauce is yum too!!! They even accommodated a special 'mushrooms on burger' and it was great. In addition....they saw we were moving in and returned later with free Pepsi and sweet tea along with coupons for free wings. SO thoughtful and nice! Definitely ordering again soon! These people are awful. I live less than five miles away, but after a few deliveries, they decided I was too far away to deliver to. To top it off, they didn't even bother to call to tell me they wouldn't deliver. After an argument on the phone, they agreed to deliver, and the delivery guy said I was far away, but they would deliver if I tipped well. Don't risk delivery!! Order arrived without the SAUCE. Were told the sauce would be rushed right out, which was a blatant lie as it took an hour and 10 minutes to get it. They just didn't care about fixing it. The only way for a wings place to screw up an order more than forgetting the sauce is to just send an empty bag. The best part is they're open late. The wings are scrawny and overpriced, which is the reason for the lower rating. It's great they have all the different flavors and you can ask to taste the sauce first. The burgers seem to be going down in quality. I've always had great service. Has gone downhill over the years. The new menu for this location is disorganized: When I looked at it today, I no longer saw "buffalo shrimp' clearly listed as one of their staple items and assumed they didn't offer shrimp anymore. I ended up ordering food from some other place because of it. I later found 'fried shrimp' buried down in the 'sides' menu. I don't like that they are getting away from what made them famous - wings, tenders, and shrimp and trying to "branch out" with burgers and sandwiches: Normally a restaurant starts to go downhill when it starts to try to do too much. Also gone are the good value combos where you could get tenders + fries, wings +fries, or shrimp+fries at a reasonable price. Now all items have to be ordered separately and cost more: So, not as good of value for the money anymore. read more

It's really too bad, because the food is pretty tasty, but I can't bring myself to give Wing Zone any higher than two stars after my experience with them tonight. I ordered a "Kickin' Ranch Sandwich" online, and it showed up without any ranch on it - or much else, for that matter. It was just chicken and cheese. I called them up, figuring this is something they'd want to know. First, they claimed that they couldn't find any record of my order. I told them that I'd obviously placed the order as it was sitting right in front of me, but it didn't have any ranch. They then thought I was upset because there wasn't any bacon. I didn't even realize there was supposed to be bacon on it. Their excuse was that online orders often don't show 'extras.' The man on the other line seemed perplexed when I pointed out that it was a RANCH sandwich. Finally, they said they'd resend the order. And an hour later, I received... a buffalo chicken sandwich. Chickenstips were dry, not to mention the wrong sauce came with them. had better at other fast food place. Fries were standard fries, with two small ketchup packets for a lot of fries. On the drive home to watch the Caps I stopped at Wing Zone for a classic Hockey dinner. Right idea, wrong choice. The effort of the wing master was lazy at best. Let me start by saying that I'm a chicken wings connoisseur. My first experience with wingzone was a week ago when I ordered 30 wings for delivery. The delivery arrived after an hour and 40 minutes even though on the phone they said it should be 30 to 40 minutes max. I received a phone call later on to appologize about the delay and they offered me an extra 10 wings for my next order. The wings I ordered were so dry and very small to the point where you can just feel like it's all bone.. I made an assumption that maybe it was just due to the busy day and the delay and decided to give them another shot and take advantge of the 10 extra wings. I made another order today and it arrived on time but the wings were still of the same poor quality. Such a shame since you would assume that a place with the name "wing zone" would really know how to make their wings. In fairness their sauces are really good but the final verdict is that I will never order anything from there again. read more

Strike 2 ordered items that were on there mailer with a special price...guess what, when we picked up the order the regular menu price was rung up. Ordered some wings through GrubHub and 1) they came late 2) they weren't that good. They were sitting in a puddle of sauce. Garlic Parmesan didn't taste like garlic or parmesan. I cannot make this up! The owner of this particular franchise store, Mitchko, is horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered through Grubhub at 7:47pm and did not receive my food until 8:41 pm. Mind you I received a notice saying I would receive my food at 8:15pm, I only live 12 minutes away. When I called at 8:30pm, I was told the driver left at 8:16pm and would be there shortly by Aniya who was helpful and respectful. When I called back at 8:40pm, the franchise owner picks up and asks if I want to order, I told him I was calling because the hour wait is not what I expected, guess what he said? "You have to be patient like everyone else." I said excuse me? My food will be cold and I don't mind waiting for my food, but not an hour after I ordered considering what time I was told. "He told me I'm wasting time talking to him and if I want a refund give the food back to the driver otherwise I wait like everyone else." I told him he was being disrespectful. He said to me yelling, "You're disrespectful, you talk to me in a rude manner." I told him I'm the customer who paid for food and was promised a particular time, not estimated time and an apology would be good. He said, "No you can get off the phone now." At this point, I called Grubhub who talked to him, his statement to them was "I will give him his money back if he apologizes and returns the food himself." I was pissed by this point. I drove up to the shop to give him the food back UNEATEN, TOLD him to give me my money back and he said "No". I said a customer who supports your store should not be treated like this. He said "You do nothing for me!". I threatened to call the police, he yells at my girlfriend and then finally when she called Grubhub AFTER hanging up on them he cancels the order so that I can get my money back. WowZers with a capital Z just like the name Wing Zone! I stopped into this establishment a couple days ago and woweeee!!! My wife said "no place with the name wing in it is going to be good" well you proved her wrong! This isn't the first time either. She said there is no way I could chug a whole bottle of jack daniels but I did it! Enough with that old wrinkly sag of a woman and back to the wingy. When I took my first bite I yelled at "YEE YEE!" Probably woke up my brother/cousin and his wife, my sister/niece sleeping in my basement. I just couldn't stop eating them! I tried Wingzone for the first time. The wings were super mediocre- of all the things I ordered, the wings were by far the worst. There wasn't much meat on the wings and they were the kind of wings that feel like they've been out for a good couple of days. One thing to note, I ordered the "hot" wings. I don't like my wings that hot so these were good on the hotness scale but for people who like HOT wings, I'd try the nuclear ones. I also ordered chicken fingers which were pretty good, and a caesar salad that like the wings, wasn't anything special. I'll probably order the chicken fingers again. It's hard to find places that will deliver wings/chicken fingers, and that's the thing this place has going for it. read more

We just ordered the 1/4 burgers for delivery. It was just OK. The bun overwhelmed the thin burger. The condiments, tomato, onions, and lettuce were in a separate container, I guess that's nice and eliminates getting soggy, but I didn't like to have build my burger when it arrived by opening up tiny packets of condiments and each burger was given one skimpy piece of lettuce. I had to add more from my fridge. The regular fries were good. I haven't tried the wings from there yet. And I prob shouldn't have rated a wing place on it's burgers, but they advertise the best burgers delivered which I don't agree with. read more

The food at Wing Zone is consistently fresh and delicious. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I would love to see them offer battered original wings on their menu. It could be because I usually get delivery from them, but I find their original wings don't always do it for me. To get around this, I order their boneless wings and have been satisfied every time. Their corn bites, coleslaw and Caesar salad are also top notch. You won't be disappointed! read more
