Ordered multiple different flavored quesadillas, thinking the reason they asked for the flavor, was because they would add it to the chicken in the quesadilla. Same way they add it to wings/boneless wings, toss the chicken with w/e flavor then go to town in w/e your making. No sir! Went in with low to medium expectations and was surprised to find that the food was really good! The cheese wedge fries were really crispy but soft inside which was perfect and satisfying. The crunch wings were perfectly crunchy and nice in size. The hot buffalo wings were tasty, not very spicy in my opinion. And the funnel cake fries were warm and crispy and so so fun to eat. Topped with powdered sugar, they were sweet but not overly so. We just couldn't stop eating them! The only thing that could have been improved was the lemon pepper sauce that came with the crunch wings. I wish it was more lemon peppery in flavor since it tasted mostly like butter. Terrible service. They took my order and gave me the wrong items. Had to repeat myself at least 3 times to the lady at the front. She didn't seem sober or lucid enough to understand what I was saying. Only found out I got the wrong items in order by the time I opened everything up at home, and when I called, the same lady that was at the front tried to evade responsibility by blaming it on the people in the kitchen who packaged it. I feel as though orders should be double checked by the people in the front, but when I asked for a refund, she said they couldn't issue a refund for their own mistake. Anna took my payment and I waited for 45 minutes in the store. After not getting my order, I asked again and the order was there the entire time just sitting. Don't order from this place it's disgusting . I ordered delivery through Uber, paid $70 for 2 people. The first thing I noticed the fries were missing. The second order of fries less then ten fries for $7. The chicken is unseasoned( not even salt) and dry af, inedible...they may have refried old chicken wings as they taste stale. 10 minutes after eating this old chicken I had stomach pain & diarrhea! DONT ORDER!!! Funnel cakes fries came with HAIR in it!!! When I put in my order the restaurant called me 10 minutes later to tell me that there was no drivers so my order had to be canceled. I said OK and left it at that. However 35 minutes later the driver called me to tell me he was outside. The driver was rude because I didn't answer the phone the first time he called. Two orders of 10 boneless wings with a side of fries and chips. 10 of the wings were burnt and hard as a rock. I've passed by this place many times and after one visit, I'm done. The restaurant was filthy, hence the listed inspection rating. The floor was full of crumbs and the lady taking my order either had allergies or a cold. Giving 3 stars because my 20 wing delivery order arrived well-packaged, on time and warm. The pros, I ordered my wings "Hot Shot" which I found to be a great take on the classic spicy Buffalo sauce we all love. The blue cheese dipping sauce was definately above average and provided a great compliment to the before mentioned sauce! The cons... the wings are breaded! Yes, the wings are breaded... which means once tossed in the sauce (that I previously mentioned was great) means the wings are bye no fault of their own SOGGY! That's only compounded by the fact they offer you an "extra cook" option when ordering. I thought that was gonna mean super crispy wings. They have a good sauces with above average dippers... but the breaded wings kill it for me. When I have breaded wings it tells me they're previously frozen. Pair your sauce and dippers with crispy fried fresh wings and you can kill BW3 or WingStop... until then you're sadly average. read more

I actually love this place!!!!! You can order flats or drums only as well which is a huge plus. The kind lady that is usually up front is so nice and sweet. The food is great, my only piece of advice is that you should order before you come unless you have some time to spare ( they are quite busy and take orders as they come in). If you're looking for filling lunch or just something to hold you over there sides are really yummy, I especially love their homemade crisps *if you dont like it flavoured, I'm not sure if its sour cream & onion, just let them know cause they have a powder flavoring that goes over it which is very good in moderation though. First time ordering from Wing Zone. Ordered on a Sunday, submitting the order about 2 hours ahead of time for a scheduled delivery at 2:45. I did order online, so I did not have any of the unfortunate interactions that other Yelpers described from their interactions with staff. Delivery was about 10 minutes late. For a place half a mile down the road, this was disappointing, but I got my wings by kickoff of the World Cup...so that's what matters. Aside from the slight tardiness, was very happy with the email updates from Wing Zone's website. I received the standard, "Received Your Order" note. But I was very pleased to receive not only the "Out for Delivery" notice, but a "Your Order is Being Prepared" email. Pleased with the frequency and consistency of communication. Got the Buddy Pack, with standard Buffalo Bliss and Honey Q. The wings weren't super crispy, but the sauces were very good. There was a good deal of sauce in the containers with the wings, which was nice to dip into. Additionally, I was happy that they packaged both the BBQ and Buffalo into separate containers. Amount of meat on the wings was average. I did not experience the "bare bones" wing situation that other Yelpers complained about. I get nervous ordering standard buffalo sauce because often it is devoid of flavor. The Buffalo Bliss however was very good. Tons of flavor. Light heat. Very good. The Honey Q BBQ sauce was very tasty. Sometimes wing BBQ sauces taste like ketchup with a little vinegar in it. This sauce however had a very nice depth and flavor to it. Side of mozzarella sticks. Pretty standard. The marinara sauce was good. Ordered a side of ranch and a side of 'Hot Shot' sauce to see how hot their #3 was. Unfortunately, the did not send any ranch. The 'Hot Shot' sauce has a good deal of heat, and was very tasty as well. If you can't tell, I'm quite picky.
