Lamb Tacos

My pick for Mother's Day early dinner, which was not busy (only a few other patrons). There is a sophisticated, intimate vibe with ambient lighting once you step inside. Our server was friendly and helpful as she guided us through the menu. We started with the Artisan Chacuterie Board and the Baked Oyster Sampler. The sampler offers some unique varieties of oyster concoction. We really enjoyed it. We also had the Shrimp & Grits, the Lamb Tacos, and the Seafood Boil in Dirty Butter. Everything is fresh and, it's presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner. The Seafood Boil is heavily seasoned; rather messy, but our server offered gloves which I gladly accepted. I took home a crazy, big portion leftover from the Boil. I do love leftovers! The prices are fair. It was a fulfilling experience.

Very happy that my cravings for oysters got satisfied here. Ordered the two samples, both raw and baked. My favorite was the raw oysters, especially the one with cured salmon. I suggest to utilize the happy hours as you would get more bang for your bucks. Very quiet place. Came here during the middle of the week and only saw 3 tables occupying, including ours. Decorations were superb. Very cute, antique, and fresh. Such a hidden gem in East Orlando area.

An unassuming little hidden gem, this place has tons of unique options for both raw and baked oysters as well as a full menu. I only tried the oysters when I went and decided to order the raw sampler and baked sampler to get a little taste of everything. The Prosecco raw oysters were definitely my favorite of the bunch. Worth a visit!

I love this place! It's always such a great vibe. Wendy is so lovely and helpful. Even understaffed and busy, they were so sweet and attentive.

Baked Oyster Sampler

Went with my wife for lunch and we couldn't figure out why we hadn't been here sooner. If you're an oyster lover and looking for a great atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit. We had the Oysters Rockefeller and the Baked Oyster Sampler. Fabulous. Which was my favorite? Yes. Haha! The Chef's knowledge of pairings gave the service an added touch. The flavors were perfectly balanced. Seasonings were incredible. The meal was soulful and Chef's passion, talent, and dedication were evident. This wasn't just food, it was a work of flavorful art and a truly memorable culinary experience. Thank you!

I been here a few times, I like how the oysters are always so fresh and how many variations of the oysters they have. I also enjoy the wine list. The service is good since a small place and cozy ambiance. They usually have things going on so make sure to check their Instagram to see what they have going on usually trivia.

We made a reservation for Sunday at opening at the Alafaya location, which really wasn't necessary since we were the only party there. They did refund the deposit from the reservation once I asked, after we paid our bill. I do not eat Seafood, but I agreed to try out the restaurant since it was nearby where our matinee was later that afternoon. I probably should have just ordered tapas from the regular menu instead of settling for the only non Seafood option on the Bite30 menu. We agreed to try another visit, maybe for their Happy Hour specials.

Hidden gem for a Friday night kinda empty but the food is delicious as always. The best part is that they are allergy friendly. When I couldn't have soy or dairy they still were able to feed me and same for my friend visiting from Out of town. Customer service is always top notch they triple check all ingredients for allergies and take them seriously. Not to mention the great wine selection

This little place blew me away. I like to keep track of what places nearby are getting social media buzz and are getting voted for with various awards. But Wine 4 Oysters has none of that. What they did have was a killer Bite 30 menu this year. The Bite 30 menus were mostly boring and a way for restaurants to get a little bit of free marketing without actually putting on a show. But not Wine 4 Oysters. They put out a good menu, it got my attention, and it was selected by me as one of the few places I went to for the event this year. Apps: Lobster, Crab, Shrimp Canoe (romain leaves, spiced avocado creme, peanut-horseradish aioli). This was GOOD. The goo was very rich with crab and shrimp, not a lot of filler. The bite from the aioli really made for a nice lettuce wrap. I liked this one. It was unique. And a random lobster claw on top is always appreciated. Salmon Toastini (Nova, capers, guacamole, horseradish aioli and artisan bread). This one was nice. Nothing really in this dish to shine other than the quality taste of the salmon. And it was nice. I'd say a perfect average compared to all the fresh salmon I've ever had in my life. Baked Oyster Sampler (2 of each: Rockefeller, Grill Cheese, On-Fire, Kilpatrick). Now this, was a good dish. This place obviously knows that dates come here and share things, so to provide two of each of these was genius. The Rockefeller was the best, obvi, and the On-Fire was, well, just be careful. Lobster Risotto (with saffron and a splash of sherry wine (non-dairy). This was nice. Not very risotto-like. But it was a good Spanish-ish lobster rice dish. No complaints. Macarons (Assortment of 5). Seasonal Cake (Matcha Cheesecake). Both desserts came from Trader Joe's. I know it. Not knocking their methods. I'm not a small business owner. And I like Trader Joe's. So, good on them. Overall, this was a nice little place. I'm super happy that there's good places to eat in that part of town. And I hope that this place continues to participate in Bite 30, and hopefully also Magical Dining one day!

Went tonight with my Husband for Valentine's Day and had an incredible experience. Tonight was my first visit, and I cannot wait to go back! Wendy, Andre and Nikolai were incredible with their attentiveness and service. It was quiet with light music playing which was perfect for today, I don't feel like we had to yell to talk to each other. And I cannot comment enough on how amazing the food was. We started the meal off with Sake Oyster Shooters, followed by the raw oyster sampler. I then had the Lobster Risotto for dinner which was topped with lobster claws and shredded lobster throughout. I also indulged in the bar tenders choice wine sampler, which were 4 wines based on my taste in wine, picked by them! So fun! Honestly cannot wait to go back again!!

Woke up craving oysters and although we live in Daytona and they are plentiful we wanted more than just raw with lemon or steamed with butter. Drove an hour and let me say Wine4Oysters did not disappoint! Our server was super friendly and attentive while giving us space. We did 1 dozen raw oysters, an order of the green goblin oysters and an order of oysters on fire (my fav) and 1lb of peel and eat shrimp (literally the best I've ever had garlicky goodness was even on the shrimp inside the shell). Their drinks are also well made and delicious we had margaritas, French 75 and a Mai Tai. The ambiance was almost cafe like down to the dessert cooler which threw us for a second but once your nose catches a whiff of the yummy goodness inside and delicious menu items you will know this is no regular cafe. Cannot wait to go back !

Don't sleep on Wine 4 Oysters!! I should take my own advice. Even I forget how good this place is because I just think of it as an oyster place it they have such an awesome menu and wine list!! I tend to only like oysters when I'm "in the mood for it", but every time I'm there I remember how many awesome things are in the menu. From goat cheese crostinis to other non-oyster dishes that are so up my alley!! It's a small spot in an unassuming plaza in East Orlando. But if you're skipping it because it's a hole in the wall type place you're missing out for sure. Bottom line: you don't need to like oysters to enjoy Wine 4 Oysters!!!!

The good thing is there's plenty of free parking, which makes visiting super convenient. I'm a Wine Club member, which is definitely worth it if you go often. Members receive two bottles of wine and two tastings each month, and there are three different membership tiers depending on how much wine you want. The club also comes with a lot of extra perks, which makes the experience even better. My coworker and I recently decided to go for happy hour (Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 PM). Since we're both wine club members, we wanted to do our wine tasting before our dinner reservation. I definitely recommend getting there earlier in the afternoon if you plan to taste. We arrived around 2 PM, and the tasting area wasn't packed yet, which made the experience much more enjoyable. If you plan to do the tasting, I suggest setting aside about an hour so you can really enjoy it without feeling rushed. After our tasting, we headed to our table for our reservation and ordered a few items from the happy hour menu while continuing the wine fun. One thing we learned for next time: the sangria flight during happy hour is only $17, and it's perfect for sharing especially after you've already done a full tasting! Overall, Cooper's Hawk is a great spot for gatherings, date nights, or even meeting up with coworkers for happy hour. The atmosphere is lively, the wine selection is great, and the wine club perks make the experience even more fun.

I'm not big on wine, so a winery aspect is kind of wasted on me, but the food was tasty and came out quickly. The server was friendly and helpful. I'd go back again for dinner and try out their brunch sometime.

They have a few nice craft beers on tap and the most amazing hummus platter ever. So many places give you a tiny dollop of hummus, a few crackers and if you're lucky a few cut up carrots. Not here, you get a giant amount of hummus - you get house made lavash - and you get beautiful baby medium sized carrots and all of that is only $8 on happy hour. The hummus is very flavorful with a tiny kick and the lavash is super crunchy with an amazing seasoning on it that reminds me of "everything bagel seasoning". You'll see two different pictures - these were taken a year or more apart but you can see things have barely changed. You always get the amazing crackers and carrots and a huge amount of hummus. For my entree, I got the chopped elk medium cooked. It was fantastic. Very delicious and almost tasted like a really beefy meatloaf. Not gamey at all. The sauce drizzled on it was so savory. I wished there were more mashed potatoes underneath because those were amazing too. It was also a very big portion. Definitely recommend. Would come back again and try something else or even order that again.

I checked in when I arrived, and was told I could sit anywhere in the bar for faster service. I first sat in the show kitchen area, thinking that was a food bar. However, after not getting acknowledged, I moved to the main bar. My bartender (who goes by the letter H) greeted me and told me the tequila fix (13 dollars) was a good drink. Indeed it was with an ample amount of tequila, watermelon, and lime. It was quite refreshing and sweet. I took the popular pork chop dish (24 dollars), which was a big chop glazed in brown butter. It was pretty tender and flavorful with the glaze, and the romesco sauce made the flavors even better. It did get a bit gamey at the end, but I still enjoyed it. The vegetable was a generous amount of various colored carrots, which were thick and a bit crunchy. It had to be cut with a knife, but it was delicious, that the equestrian in me had a happy whinny. For dessert, the suggested cheesecake (9 dollars) was a winner as it was moist and fluffy, providing a sweet end. I saved some for home to enjoy the next day. My bartender was friendly and helpful. She was pretty busy, but still had a cheerful and engaging attitude. I also love the vibe as it was social and busy. The music kept the rhythm going, and the dining area is quite open and big.
