Wow 10/10 experience at dollys. We stayed til close. It's the perfect place to kick a night off or bring it to a close. They have a lot of wine selections even my friends who claim not to be wine drinkers were recommended and able to find something on the menu. I adore this wine bar. Dolly's is an absolute masterclass in style, service, music, vibe, and, most importantly of all, wine! You won't find these delicious small-production labels anywhere else (at least that I know of!), but I promise you won't mind enjoying them at Dolly's. We came for one bottle, but stayed for three, which was easy to do with the magnificent charcuterie we ordered. The most amazing place in Indialantic. Sam was behind the bar and was the kindest and gave the greatest recommendations for wines to try. The environment is cool in the best way possible. Great spot to visit with friends or even a date or something more upscale. They have a boutique you can check out while drinking, as well as charcuterie snacks to try. Terrible service. From walking in until we paid not a single worker asked us if we needed assistance, we had to walk up and basically order our own drinks and the waitress acted as if we were less than the gum on their shoe. Took us over 10 minutes of standing around to check out, and they were more focused on yapping with the richer customers than helping us out. 100% will not be going back. read more

I went to Dolly's with my two girlfriends a few weeks ago on a Friday night. The natural wine selection was incredible. My only complaint is that an updated menu is not easy to find on the Internet. On the website, it talks a lot about wine clubs, but does not list the current wine or food selection. The pictured menus I was able to find elsewhere online were not current. Having an updated wine list and food menu on the website would be very helpful. It was Friday after a rough work week and I wanted to choose what I wanted before I went and not delay the ordering process by having to make on the spot decisions after I've been making decisions all week if you know what I mean. We ordered a bottle of one of the white blends. I think it was titled orange something which I believe was from Germany? I believe part of the blend was a riesling, but the other two varietals made the blend crispy, dry, light, aromatic, and delicious. It was the second to the bottom under the white blends I believe. I ordered some type of spicy cheese (can't remember the name) and little toasty crackers which both came out on a little plate with a plate with a fork. It was a decent enough set up. The snack was enough for my "girl dinner" on a Friday night.
