Went here for brunch and was very happy I did! I ordered the prime rib omelette with potato hash! Chefs kiss! The omelette was cooked to perfection. The potato hash was amazing! I also had bottomless mimosas to wash it down with complimentary on the house! Least to say I was highly satisfied! read more

Very intimate small restaurant with excellent service and food felt upscale yet homey. The open kitchen layout lets the chef connect with the small crowd. All food and wine we had was great. My only 2 notes would be the music was a little loud and always not a great choice kinda felt like we were at a wedding with the old dance tunes lol and also the front entrance is very underwhelming and unwelcoming it looks closed down! Need to draw people in better bc this place deserves more love!! read more

Extraordinary! This place is beautifully decorated with a mouthwatering menu. We went as a group of four and went all in! We ordered a little bit of everything and shared all of our dishes leaving nothing behind, full to the gills and dopamine filled brains. For wine lovers, you are guaranteed to find a fine bottle to enjoy with your meal. We sat at the chef table and joked around and admired chef Jason's work. He truly is an artist in the kitchen. The night was filled with laughs and one incredible bite after the next. Every dish was not only beautiful, but tasted even grander. Using unique ingredients and gorgeous presentations, everything was cooked to perfection which had my pallet dancing between textures and of course FLAVOUR! This was truly a magical evening, and I count the days to when we can do it again. If you have never been, go! Thank me later. read more

The charcuterie board was not good, 2 small slivers of cheese and a few small slices of smoked sausage and tiny portion of sliced bread and it was served on a chipped kitchen tile. I have had better tasting meals for much less and I was expecting something superb due to the expense. My husband got the beef Wellington($60) and it was soggy and my son's chicken had a pungent unsavory odor. Also, not a fan of loud music( more suitable for a nightclub) and the decor was bland. I just expected more and was disappointed. read more

My husband and I went here for dinner last night and were blown away. Everything was delicious and the chocolate s'mores souffle (with homemade ice cream and two whipped creams) was the best thing I've ever eaten in my life. The service was impeccable and the wine pours generous. We could watch the chef working his magic in the kitchen & he came out to talk to us twice. An incredible evening! read more

This place is out of this world delicious. The food is creative and every bite delicious. The wine list is amazing and you won't find one grocery-store available wines - reminds me of visiting family vineyards in California or Europe. We will definitely be back! read more

Flavour has some of the best food in Cocoa Beach! Atmosphere is laid back with it not being a huge space, tables are limited. Jason, the chef has really curated a menu that is versatile for many palettes. My friends are regulars and suggested Flavour Kitchen for my birthday and I was not let down. We ordered way too much food, but I was eager to try everything. The charcuterie changes daily and it was one of the best quality/variety I've ordered out. My poached lobster with chilli bass, scallops, and rock shrimp over spaghetti was spot on. We will def be back, ready to try more dishes. read more

Went here for a nice dinner one night and the food did not disappoint. The prices were a little high given the ambiance of the restaurant (loud music, very small/crowded) but the flavors were great. We ordered mac and cheese, hush puppies and the octopus for appetizers - the hush puppies were phenomenal. I got the french onion soup (off menu) and it was just okay. A little too salty and the bone marrow was like jelly, not like butter. I'd skip the flatbread too and get a meat or something, the steak and whole snapper were delicious. Our server was really great too, but at the end of our meal another server came around to check out books to make sure we tipped or something and that just rubbed us the wrong way. But, overall it was a good experience. read more

The best meal I have ever had in Brevard County in 30+ years of living here. Great food! Great service! Enjoyed talking with Chef Jason. We will be back. read more

This place has excellent food. I really liked the bone marrow appetizer. The person that greeted us, I believe was the owner. Very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the place it would have to be the size of the restaurant. Extremely small, but he also gave it that quaint atmosphere. read more

This wasn't just eating, it was a dining experience. This is a small intimate place. Open kitchen. You can see the chef work his magic before your eyes. He is a one man show. I dont know how he does it. Small menu because everything is done to perfection. They serve only wine, local beer and their homemade sangria. A must visit for a gourmet dining experience. Service was also amazing. read more

Amazing experience overall! The name of the restaurant says it all. We went for early dinner. Finding the place was a little tricky. We missed it twice and had to go back around the block. As you are coming on N. Orlando ave., the restaurant is on the left. There's parking available along the avenue. As we entered we really enjoyed the nice ambience, and romantic atmosphere with dimmed lighting and real candles on the tables. Service was excellent. Our waitress, Rachel explained everything clearly. We shared the seared artichoke salad, which was delicious, with a not overpowering nice dressing. My wife had the salmon special, accompanied by a rock shrimp, salmon and sea bass cake. I had the paella. Both dishes were delicious and both presentations were beautiful. Thank you Chef Jason. Timing between beverage, appetizer, and entrees was perfect. As the evening progressed, the restaurant became quickly filled, and of course, the noise level highly increased as expected. We really enjoyed our time here, and we are looking forward to come back soon. We highly recommend it. read more

Small restaurant with very poor ventilation. Chef is arrogant and rude, but even he will proudly admit this, so this isn't a swipe at him. But what got us was one of our guests who is elderly and requires hearing aid, politely asked if they can turn the music down due to his hearing issue. Chef responded, "I will not turn the music down, this is my [expletive] place and I can do anything I want." I respect the fact that we are guests at someone's restaurant and they can indeed do what they want, we just did not feel welcomed and not likely to return. read more

The chef gets completely engaged in his artistry and turns an amazing beautifully presented dish! Every bite was absolutely delicious! His combination of flavors, colors, and delightful presentation display an off the beach ambiance and upscale atmosphere, all while keeping us relaxed and continually impressed... "Flavour" Kitchen says it all! This is a must for all to experience. Tips: ignore the noise and acoustics, keep your mind and palate open and expect upscale pricing but well deserved! See photos from appetizers to dessert!! Scrumptious!!! read more

For the TLDR people: Amazing food and excellent wine selection. Everyone else: Happy hour was chill and great music play list. Fried green tomatoes were excellent, and the "shrooms" flatbread is ridiculously delicious. Service was also prompt, but not interruptive. 10 out of 10- will go again. read more

This restaurant made our night! I would call it more than a restaurant an experience. Overall food very unique flavors in a quiet and very intimate experience. We met to celebrate closing for a client with our wives. We were seated as soon as we arrived we have a reservation at 9 pm (they close at 11 on Friday) We ordered: Grilled lollipop lamp chops: Really good but of course they're small as they're lamb chops so not to get full Crispy whole snapper: Very unique Flavour perfect mix with sides it comes over Grilled 14 oz by strip: very tender and amazing size for the price totally worth it Braised beef short ribs: these dissolved in my mouth. Really good and recommended Pan roasted boneless chicken: one of the most tender and juicy chicken I've tried in my life Sides: Truffled blue cheese fries: these were the bomb! A must order when you visit very unique Flavour. They also come with the ny strip Appetizer: Crunchy Mac and cheese What really made this visit a 5 star review was the experience. The chef stopped several times at our table and gave us the history of the restaurant and explained every plate. Supported us throughout our evening and made the best recommendations. The owner and chef is Jason Bunin, I must say his personality, knowledge of flavors and interest in making this a wonderful experience really made a difference. Parking is on the street no cost. Easy to find. Server was very attentive. Beer selection was fabulous. We didn't try dessert because we were so full but I would definitely go back to try. read more

Flavour Kitchen & Wine Bar - Snapper and the best piaya ever Lol !! spelling not as good as meal - Wine Bars Near Me - Cocoa Beach, Florida

We were invited here by a friend for their birthday! Overall over experience was good, I do have some negatives that bumped my review down. I've seen some reviews on here mention the ambiance, I didn't see a problem with it. The music is a bit loud but not over whelming where we couldn't raise our voices a little to talk or lean closer to hear. We arrived a few minutes late due to parking. It was a Saturday so probably a little more busy, so we just ended up parking in the garage across the street. Some friends were already sitting at the table so that was great, that it was already ready for us ahead of time. We started by ordering drinks. I ordered a semi sweet white wine, my husband ordered a wine as well. Drinks were brought out shortly. Right after that our order was taken. I do understand that this is a smaller restaurant and we did have quite a large party, however, it took a little over an hour for everyone to get their food. My husband and I chose to split some plates so we could try different things. We chose the mushroom pizza, blue cheese truffle fries, and the meatballs. I did want to try the asparagus but it was listed as $14??? That's a tad steep for a side vegetable. Our food was really good. I loved the truffle fries but I also really like blue cheese, if you don't, idk if I would order because there is quite a bit. The prices weren't terrible but keep in mind how hungry you are because small plates are visibly a small amount of food and can get pretty expensive. Someone at our table ordered the scallops, which came with 3 and it was $22... the meatballs also came with 3 but were a tad cheaper. The pizza was a good size as well as the fries but not enough to have left overs. The one main thing that kind of threw me off was that at the end of the meal someone had mentioned it was our friend's birthday so you'd think they'd bring out a dessert, something small. A cookie or a brownie... it was a cup of whipped cream with a candle in it. I guess we just figured for the amount and prices for dinner they could spare a small birthday dessert??? I guess not... read more

After hearing great things from friends, we gave it a try (party of 3). First, very accommodating and beautiful relaxing ambiance. Friendly professional staff, and Chef Jeff introduced himself and offered intel on his creations. Outstanding menu and wine/beer selection but no liquor unfortunately. The food was all uniquely prepared and delicious, no issues there. Only shocker was the cost: all items are individually al la carte so it added up quickly. Throw in sautéed spinach for $10 and a few glasses of wine at $18 each and final bill was over $325 with coffee and no desserts. Parking in Cocoa Beach is always a hassle, so add in another $12. Whew. If a next time? Get there early for happy hour and stick to one entree without add-ons. read more

If you like eating with the ambiance of a roller skating rink (music blasting) this place is for you! . We asked the waitress if the music could be turned down and she said, "I can ask, but they like the music this loud." Okay. We should have walked out then, but we wanted to try the food. It's a small place and the kitchen is open. Not great ventilation so the first thing you will notice is that you smell whatever they're cooking in the kitchen. In our case, it was fish. So afterwards, my clothes smelled like fish.... Ordered a bunch of appetizers- bacon (spicy and not in a good way), French fries with blue cheese (okay), lamb chops (okay, but over sauced) and French onion soup with bone marrow (that was delicious!). Also, don't order the sangria. It tastes like grape juice. On the bright side, our waitress was super nice, but we won't be back. read more

Excellent meal. Scallops and crab cakes for appetizers. They were so delicious. Mains were the paella and short ribs. The paella is out of this world! Huge shrimps and scallops along with mussels and sausage. If I lived there, I would be there all the time! Beautiful white wine. The iced tea was incredible! To top it all off, the chocolate mousse was creamy, cold and the best I've had. The owner came by and talked with us. He is fantastic. Thank you for such a great meal! read more

We had a wonderfully enjoyable dinner here. So much above some other recent local experiences in Cocoa Beach. We wound up parking in the garage and walking back north to the restaurant. It is located on the east side of the street just north of the Heidelberg and may not be the easiest to spot as you are driving south on Orlando. We were warmly greeted and seated. We'd made reservations, but they weren't that busy when we first arrived early on a mid week evening. I predict that they will be, however, as more people discover them. Not that they are a new place. They have been open for several years. I found their online posts to be intriguing and began following them in anticipation of our visit. Inside, most of the seats are at high tops -- against one wall or at a chefs table where you can view the kitchen. There are a few regular low tables -- so if these are necessary then do indicate that when making your reservation. Another reviewer mentioned the loud music. We weren't bothered by it -- but then again, we were concentrating on the cuisine and not the conversation. The chef (formerly from New York) is quite creative so even though the regular menu is already appealing, there are always some (changing) innovative specials you may want to explore. Our server Marianne was more than happy to answer any questions and to explain a dish's ingredients. We started out by sharing an organic wedge salad (not on the regular menu) -- with blue cheese, bacon, and tomatoes. It was a good size -- big enough for two. Marianne gave us serrated knives to aid in cutting the wedge of iceberg lettuce. After the salad, we had two other small plates -- their lamb chops and their shrimp fritters. The grilled lamb "lollipops" were four to the order. As my husband likes meat rare and I like more well done, they were very accommodating to cook my two chops a bit more for me. Each plate had a nice amount of balsamic glaze on it. The lamb was tender and flavorful. The shrimp "fritters" were 4 large shrimp that were lightly battered -- similar to a tempura style. They were served over a red pepper sauce (not spicy) and some greens. The shrimp were delicious -- as were the lamb chops. For dessert, he had a strawberry and rhubarb hand pie (our description) served with some whipped cream and a strawberry on the side. He said the pastry was just perfect. And he loved the sweet tart combination of strawberry and rhubarb filling inside. I had their chocolate mousse. This was divine -- with chunks of chocolate and cherries. A dense, rich, not too sweet chocolate indulgence. Not that airy frou frou stuff nor anything remotely like boxed pudding. If you like chocolate, then you absolutely must try this. We can't wait to come back and try some of their other offerings (the short ribs? The whole snapper?). So glad the chef decided to move to Florida! And you will be, too. read more

Let me start off saying, we were sat at a table that was wobbly and if you put any weight on it such as an arm or elbow, your drink would slide off the table. We had reservations and there were other tables available. At first they told us this was our only option. After putting up with it for 25 min we refused to sit there and told them we are going to sit at a different table or leave. The music is way too loud. I was no more than 1-2 feet from my girlfriend and had to shout the whole time. It made me feel like I needed a hearing aide being in there constantly turning my head to get my ear closer to hear. The food was good, but it took around 75 minutes to get our food after ordering. Like I said the food was good, but not $50 a person good if I'm going to be honest. I doubt I will be back unfortunately due to the whole experience. I don't belive it was worth it and rather try other places for the price. We got a bottle of wine to split and drank the complimentary water. The water cups have about 3-4 sips in them. We only had our glasses refilled twice in over an hour and a half of being there. Our glasses were empty a majority of the time trying to get the waiters attention. read more

This is a cute little restaurant, prefect for a date night. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The waitress we had was very informative and knowledgeable. The cheese board was delicious. The truffle cheese was a perfect spreadable cheese. The salami was a little spicy and delicious. The sage cheese was nice and the spicy cheese was fantastic. The Greek salad was very nice, with the right amount of feta, olives, dressing, peppers. The fried green tomatoes were good, except they needed a little salt and pepper. The stroganoff was incredibly good. The meat was tender, and the mushroom cheese raviolis in the stroganoff was so very fantastic. read more
