If anyone that is in management...try going to the table to see what is wrong with the food instead of sending your young waitstaff with your lame message. "It's been on the table a while he should have said something sooner" It was absolutely gross, and I tried to eat it. It just kept leaking more oil like the deep water horizon. You wouldn't have eaten either if you saw it. Looking for decent cheese grits, seeming great staff try it. DO not order the omelette, if you do bring some oil dry.

Having a good service background, my husband and I are always understanding when a place is training staff - everyone starts somewhere. But what makes a difference is that everyone still had a smile on their face no matter how overwhelmed they may have felt! We've never received anything BUT great service. The food is delicious and came out fairly quickly considering it was a busy Saturday. We talked with the owner who's owned the place for the last 8 years and they try hard to preserve the restaurant. He shared that the bar top stools were the original nickel stools, they had the original coffee machines and the original grill/stovetop. Their goal is to make updates to the restaurant while still keeping some of the history, which I feel is really special.

We don't usually head east from our hotel, but we did this morning to try Cafe Bistro. Overall, the…read moreexperience had some positives, but there are a few areas that could be improved. If iced coffee is listed as an option, it would help if the staff were more familiar with how to prepare it. Our server had to come back and ask for clarification, and what I received felt more like a flavored iced coffee with a shot rather than a true iced double espresso. I also had to add my own cream, which made it seem like hot coffee might be more their specialty. The food itself was solid, though a bit on the pricey side. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast were decent. The poached egg with salmon on grilled eggplant and arugula was tasty, and the home fries were a standout--unexpectedly excellent. Service was attentive and kind throughout, which I appreciated. However, the wait time after ordering was noticeably long, and there was a 3% convenience charge for using a debit card, which was noted on the receipt. I don't typically give less than 4 stars, but this feels like a place that could easily improve with some small adjustments.

My first time was enjoying the Club... so big I couldn't finish it in the time I had to, so it was lunch the next day . Recently my wife and I went for breakfast. The staff is very friendly , eager to fill you coffee even when it's not their table . You can see how they all work for the common goal of serving the customers. Today I had an issue with my doordasher (not leisure club), and leisure club did everything they could to help me and fix it. Even being a small business, they were still so kind to help, AND THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING! If you haven't eaten here definitely try it out. They have amazing brunch. That's my favorite, but I've tried their lunch- also good and all of their drinks are amazing. My favorite is their chai milkshake and their cold brew milkshake, they are life-changing. I've been ordering them for like five years. They recently brought them back and I was so so excited. They are worth every penny, they are the most delicious frozen drink drinks in town. Things like this with small businesses being so kind and helpful will always bring me back to a company like this to support and I will always market and tell people this is the kind of place that you want to support!!!!! Thank you leisure club! Today, I ordered takeout, but may I add- their location is super cute. Super fun, always a great time there and they have outside seating to where you could bring your dog as well, which is always a place in town.
