My wife and my first visit for the snowbird season! We chose to sit outside as it was a absolutely gorgeous day in Pensacola! As it was taco Tuesday, we started with their queso and chips! I ordered one of their special margaritas and my wife, a glass of the house cab. Our queso dish came out fairly quickly with our drinks. The queso was delicious! We ordered a side of salsa to go with it. Was surprised that the salsa side was $6. Being taco Tuesday, her tacos were just under Half Off for a bargain of $3each! My wife ordered their steak and blue taco and the California chicken taco. I ordered their pulled pork and shrimp taco. The tacos were absolutely delicious! Must say our margaritas were delicious as well!

Stumbled upon this place. It's my fave part of downtown. Restaurant interior and exterior all lit up for the holidays. Very inviting. I sat at the bar and had a few street tacos for Taco Tuesday and a $6 Marg. Good ambience, food and service. Highly recommended!

Cali chicken flatbread was so good and bursting with flavor.

While on vacation, my family and I were looking for a nice place to enjoy that wasn't touristy. Omg!! This was the place I had hoped it would be. We dined outside and everything we had was so good. The service, food, atmosphere and area was perfect.

Shrimp, Cali Chicken, and Steak + Blue tacos

So I was just introduced to Lucy's In The Square this week. I have a friend who is a regular there and she took me there so I could try them out. Now one thing that is cool about Lucy's is that it's off the path of what seems to be the main downtown streets in Pensacola. We were there during Gallery Night and it was a little bit away from the busyness of that scene. Lucy's has seating outside but we chose to sit inside. We were able to easily find a seat and we were greeted by the staff. I believe the person who waited on us was named Alex. She quickly brought out 2 waters. That was very much appreciated because it was hot outside and I had begun to sweat. Alex got our drink orders and very soon our food orders. I ordered tacos because my friend recommended them or the flatbreads. I had the Steak + Blue, Cali Chicken, and the Shrimp tacos. I will say all the tacos were excellent. If I had to rank them I would say Steak then Chicken and then Shrimp. To be honest I probably ranked Steak the highest because I sate that one first. And in another case of honesty, the only reason I ranked Cali chicken over the Shrimp was because of the sauce on the Cali chicken taco. It was really good. I would definitely like to try more items here. I love the food and atmosphere here.

Food was good. Its a quaint little restaurant. Nice area to explore. Next time I would like to try something else on the menu.

We were downtown for a photo shoot and the photographer suggested we have dinner here. I'm glad we did because the food was very good and a little different from your normal fare. I had the Yard Bird Nachos and they were delicious! They have roasted chicken, black beans, corn, red onions, cilantro, spicy bbq sauce and lime crema. My wife opted for the Piggy Mac n Cheese. It was pulled pork, crispy fried onions, Mac n cheese of course and bbq sauce. All mixed together in a cute dish. Our friend had the wild mushroom flatbread and added steak to it and it was very good too. Our server was very attentive and didn't leave us wanting for anything. It's a really cool place as lots of places are in that area. Definitely give it a shot when you're in the area. Very small menu but they do the items that are on it well!

Was visiting Pensacola and wanted to have a quick snack / drink . We had to drive to Pensacola downtown ... was roaming around and chose this restaurant based on google reviews . Actually a very casual place .. we liked the outdoor seating more than indoor . Indoor was a bit cold and the looks wasn't much colorful. Parking is tough. Had to park and pay too ! They had some amazing lineups of beers/IPAs. Had a hazy IPA and it was just awesome .. margaritas were average ... we learnt that they don't use actual Liquors and they make their own wine based liquors . Tasted good but it was more like a mocktail than a cocktail. In food menu, we didn't find much of chicken items. The only one they had was nachos . It tasted good .

What a cool spot this is!! We were there the night BEFORE crazy ~ as the Crawfish Festival started the next day. Parking can be tough ~ but there is free street parking (if you can find it) and paid parking nearby. On this gorgeous spring evening, hubs and I elected to sit outside (pre-bug season in Florida!) The waitstaff were attentive and prompt! Thursday is all day happy hour ~ so that was a bonus! Hubs ordered the Picnic Piggy Mac N Cheese, and I ordered the Yardbird salad. Both were delicious and not a smidge was left on either plate. The salad tasted fresh and light ~ roasted corn and peppers, crisp lettuce, savory chicken. So good! Darling Daughter joined us and ordered the tacos. They looked great and nothing was left by the time I remembered I should take a photo! Lauren was a most attentive without being intrusive server! This is a great laid back ~ two streets off crazy (except that may be different during the festival) ~ easy place to relax and converse and eat dinner. Love this Pensacola gem!

I've been going to Lucy's since 2017 and I am never disappointed. The atmosphere is friendly and the food is great. Madeline & Alex who are the managers are so wonderful along with the rest of the staff. The wine pops are my fav and the flavors change frequently!

Stumbled in here for their weekday happy hour. Wish I would've checked out their dishes for lunch or dinner. Overall a quaint place with friendly service. They had a special where their champagne was served with a frozen popsicle and it was honestly fantastic. They also have a wide selection of wine and draft or can beers. Stop by if you're in Seville Square

My friends and I stopped in last Tuesday to get tacos and drinks. I ordered the steak taco and the Cali chicken. Both were very good! The restaurant was a little hot, it may have been cooler to sit outside.

We were acknowledged when we first walked in "Sit wherever you would like". The vibe is relaxed. No complaints on the food or menu good options. There was a lot of wait staff hanging around. We sat at table by restroom and bartender was our waitress. The staff hung close to our table. We would return

I'm sorry, I want it to be better but every time we come here no matter what dinner entrée I get, it's gross. I had the grouper piccata and it was inedible. The fish stunk like fish, badly. It was stomach turning. The pasta was no better. Some sort of gross lemon flavoring or something, I'm not sure, but after a couple of bites I couldn't eat another bite. $47 in the garbage. To add insult to injury, the prices are stupid high. They also add some BS 3.5% "operational charge". It's minor compared to the price of the food, but it's just a shameless money grab. I'm beyond tired of businesses using COVID era nonsense as an excuse to completely fleece patrons. The prices don't even remotely reflect the quality of the food or the location or the atmosphere. It's in a liquor store for goodness sake.

This is complimented by the large, striking art pieces that occupy the entire wall along the north side of the store. And I'm declaring right now the lovely patio area to be one of the most, if not the most, delightful al fresco dining venues in Pensacola. And right now in early May, the patio is graced with the lovely fragrance of the blooming jasmine vines that adorn the trellises of the patio. Though most of the wines on EHWB's list are unfamiliar to me our lovely, efficient, and attentive server, Nadia, was quite knowledgeable and able to steer us to exactly what we were looking for to accompany the Muffuletta we had our sights on. The list consists of a nice variety of moderately priced wines. And at lunch, there are several wines offered at half off per glass. As we're old timers we shared a half Muffuletta. We could have shared a quarter. LOL. It is large. It is served on a bun that looks like a Gambino's, and may be. The bun seemed rather dry to us, not perfectly fresh, but nonetheless the sandwich was quite good. Loaded with all the traditional ingredients and very enjoyable. Would definitely do again, though for next week we've got the Cuban Press locked in on our radar screen. There are several things on the dinner menu here that are calling out to us so we very well work an evening visit in while here. I'm saying this store is going to a winner and a mighty fine replacement and more here in East Hill for City Grocery.

Once we were seated, our server Rick was right there. He is pretty funny so ask for Rick on the weekends. He gave us some great ideas and we went with what he suggested. We had the Grits A Ya Ya and the Catfish Meuniere. The grits were probably some of the best we have had. They were creamy, smooth and cheesy all at the same time. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and made that dish rock. The catfish had a pecan crust and the sauce that was over it made it an amazing dish. For dessert, we had an amazing bread pudding and key lime pie. The only this about the desserts that need correcting is the green sauce on the key lime pie. It doesn't do anything for the pie . The manager Dean came over and apologized for the delay in getting our meals and we really appreciated that. He was really nice and made up for our delay in dinner. Looking back at my previous review, I ordered it last time too. Normally I'd try something different, but I'm not even mad that I circled back for the same dish. That says a lot. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the boat dock and the Bay Bridge -- a nice view whether you're with family or on a date night. Definitely add this one to the list.
