I went with the Three Little Pigs omelette and it was very tasty. The homemade biscuits and grits were the perfect complement to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and honestly I wish I could have tried more dishes on the menu. They have plenty of indoor seating and it wasn't noisy at all, which made it easy to relax and enjoy brunch. There's also outdoor seating if you'd rather sit outside and enjoy the weather. I visited this location recently since it was a spot my friends and I would visit frequently 9 years ago when I was in the area for school. The place hasn't changed a bit which I love, the bacon Bloody Mary is a must have and you can't go wrong with any of the food items. The Benedict combos are the absolute best so you can have a variety of great choices. I went for the biscuits and gravy to have something more light, but it's still a good size portion and packed with flavor. Visited this location on a Saturday around noon. We had a wait time of 25-30 minutes and ended up sitting at the bar (which is first come first serve). Our server was nice and was able to place our order relatively quickly. The mimosa flight was okay. We all agreed the two middle drinks were the best and could have done without the green and red! The smash burger lacked flavor and the fries were cold. Overall service was quick and we had a pleasant experience. Katie was superb for taking care of us! We received it right away and the service was excellent from the time we sat down till the time we left. Our food was top notch. The loaded tater tots were excellent. I had the mixed Benny and my husband had the biscuits and gravy which the plate was clean when we got out from the table. This place gets really busy and I'd recommend getting there before you want to eat so you can get through the waitlist. I don't think they do reservations though. Trifecta Bennies Sampler 5 of 5 Eggs Conchon Benny Bayou Shrimp Benny Chicken St Charles Benny Each of these were delicious with the eggs Conchon being the best. The braised pork definitely did the heavy lifting. As for the other two, they were great in there own right. However, I'd say the bayou Shrimp needed a bit more seasoning to tet that Cajun flavor through. The hollandaise sauce was delicious on each of them and may be the reason for all the deliciousness. I'll have to visit again to verify. The coffee here was good, but nothing special. If the other food is as good as the Benny's were, I'll have to return for sure. read more

Disclaimer: Not reviewing the food only the service. The service was the worst service I've ever experienced at a small restaurant in my lifetime. The owner really should find more professional and respectful people to represent that place. Upon entering, I kindly greeted the hostess and was immediately met with a nasty attitude. I was asked how many for my family and I to be seated. As she sat us, the table was extremely sticky. She did not provide the two high chairs that I informed her we would be needing. While my mother in law was standing with my infant for about 5 minutes, that same hostess was running around to each server clearly speaking about my family and I laughing, pointing and just watching us as we stood there waiting for a high chair. Finally, a younger blonde server just got them for me. I then realized the hostess didn't give us enough menus. I walked over to her in the front and just let her know I needed a menu and she held on to it as she handed it outward, forcing me to snatch it out her hands. My family and I decided that we could not trust the service or the food that would come out and we decided to leave. As we were walking out the male bartender was laughing at us saying have a great day more than once in a sarcastic tone. I was extremely disappointed, as I was looking forward to trying out the food because of the good reviews I had read prior to coming. I will never set foot in that business again. The omelet was a rubbery, greasy mass of overcooked eggs stuffed with soggy vegetables, undercooked meat, and clumps of half-melted cheese that smells like dirty feet. But the pancakes were excellent like good buttery and smooth but expensive as hell. My girlfriend had the plate with the plantains on it. They told us FRESH PLANTAINS. They were as hard paint chips. She was so sad. There was also a lot of flies around the restaurant. Hostess was rude and it's one of those restaurants that wants you out lmao while the server uses one of those greasy phones to order. We also waited like an hour for a table that was sticky. I really was confused when this happened because of how highly rated this place is. I seriously love all the other restaurants I've been to in pensacola.
