    Eggs Benedict :)

We came in a little bit before church and ordered our food to-go. It ended up taking a little longer than expected (like 5 minutes, we were on a little bit of a time crunch), so we told them we had to leave unfortunately, and we decided we'd just go ahead and come back afterwards since we didn't want them to go through the trouble of refunding it. We came back and there was a little confusion within the order since it was placed a while ago, but the staff handled it extremely well. They even went so far as to serve our food for free as the manager refunded our purchase, and the food was absolutely spectacular. Mistakes are going to happen no matter where you go, but the way it was handled was very professional and I will say the food is AMAZING. Our server Alyssa (I believe that was her name), was very very sweet. 100% recommend this place.

Waited 45 mins for our food , which arrived cold. The food itself would have been good if if came to the table hot.

I wish the cold brew had refills since it was a small portion for the price, but it was still delicious. I will definitely be back here whenever I'm in Pensacola!

There's very little that feels "simple" here--almost everything has an elevated twist, and it's worth leaning into those upgrades. Take the grits, for example--adding Gouda, chorizo, green onion, and pico turned something basic into a standout dish. From the chorizo and cheese omelette to the crawfish and shrimp omelette, everything felt thoughtfully built. Even the sides impressed--the biscuits and gravy were solid, and the pancakes had subtle touches of cinnamon and what tasted like anise that set them apart. Drinks followed the same pattern. Whether it was the half-price mimosa or a caramel cold brew, nothing felt standard--everything had a bit of a "foodie" upgrade to it. This is a great stop if you like variety and creative takes on breakfast. There's something slightly off-center (in a good way) for just about everyone, and it's worth checking out if you want more than the usual breakfast lineup. Kudos to the service Jenny provided. Thank you

Whether going to a gate or deplaning, there aren't too many food options. In this situation, I was deplaning and the snacks served on two Southwest segments did not amount to a meal. I was hungry. I spotted this Epstein Brothers Bagels on the way out of the concourse, right before going down the escalators to street level. It's a name I know. I'm not really a fan, except of the store in Fort Lauderdale's downtown and financial area at Broward Blvd. and Federal Highway. That's because that store has the entertaining "everything and the kitchen sink" dynamic of South Florida. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll and a small plastic bottle of orange juice. It wasn't as high as some airport's prices, but definitely higher than what I recall Epstein Brothers on terra ferma charging. The small sandwich was served warm, its ingredients were good, and a bottle of orange juice is a bottle of orange juice. The store wasn't particularly crowded at mid-day, so I was attended to quickly. The service was forgettable, so that means there were no issues. The store is clean and gets a lot of borrowed illumination from the well-lit concourse. The small meal did what it needed to do and because the chain is no longer featuring those delicious sun-dried tomato bagels, it's 3 stars.
