The menu is varied and we found out that you can order anything at anytime. We had ordered the Spicy Pulled Pork omelette and Shrimp and Grits. Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

It also happened to be my boyfriend's and my anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary chocolate cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I was on my way to the airport and needed some breakfast before flying out . This was the perfect spot. It's a food truck nestled in a plaza next to Waffle House and a kava bar. I was surprised that Waffle House didn't drive them out but the men running the food truck are so friendly and kind I can't imagine this happening ! They have an array of breakfast sandwiches . You can get them on a Kaiser roll, a brioche bun or an onion brioche bun. I opted to get a bacon egg sandwich on the onion brioche bun. It came out piping hot with perfectly cooked eggs (they are done medium unless asked otherwise), bacon and just the right amount of cheese . After tip it was almost 10.00 which feels steep for an egg sandwich but inflation is getting the best of all Of us. Nonetheless, I inhaled it . It was scrumptious ! It's a food truck... so it's an order to go deal with nowhere to sit which is fine. They don't sell coffee to not take away from a coffee shop nearby. I thought that was very diplomatic of them. After asking for an update on how much longer will the wait be after I waited 1hr and 30 mins. She was completely unprofessional and rude right in front of the customers faces. It's unacceptable and if I would've known prior I would've cancelled my order and not have tipped. If she can't have a pleasant attitude in the service industry while working on a food truck. I couldn't imagine her working in a restaurant and she doesn't have to choose this profession if she hates it. The guys kept their cool and had decent attitudes even while working right in front of the hot grills. If they ever get rid of her their business may sail in the right direction.
