Parlor Doughnuts is one of my favorite spots in Pensacola. This location on Palafox in downtown is great, and depending on the day and weather, you might run into a line. I recommend going earlier for the best selection. The layered, super-unique donut flavors really stand out, and the prices match the artisanal quality. Coffee was good too. You'll see plenty of people walking around downtown with guarded Parlor boxes. After trying it myself, I get why. Highly recommended.

First time in and we were SO VERY impressed!!! Parlor doughnuts are unlike any other donuts we have had! They are layered and so delicious! The flavor combinations are unique and numerous!! My personal favorite was the maple pecan but we tried several and all were so tasty! Parlor also has a few other breakfast options, coffees and plenty of tasty treats! Inside the shop is super cute!! Service was friendly and attentive! Not your usual doughnut shop, worth the trip in to visit!!

Ambiance - still clean. Still tastefully decorated. No gimmicks. Service - the line moved fast. They had people moving while not being rude. Food - I had the peach cobbler donut and the turtle cheesecake donut. The peach cobbler donut took be back to my childhood memories of mom's peach cobbler. It was more a dessert than a breakfast food. The turtle cheesecake donut was rich and decadent like candy. Both are a must try item!

Some of the best donuts I've ever had. Staff is incredibly friendly. If you don't see the donut you want out they will make them fresh for you. It's also a great place to study! Quiet but noisy enough if you need that. The honey glazed is my favorite!

The doughnuts were amazing. It was our first time there. The staff were super patient and helpful. There was a huge selection of doughnuts - everything fresh and prepared well. They even made a few filled doughnuts for us that were sold out. It was hard to pick our favorite. Everything was delicious.

I didn't know that Parlor Doughnuts was also in Houston so when we were walking around Pensacola, we stopped in for a doughnut since my fiance wanted something sweet. They didn't have many options as their display didn't carry everything but the cashier told us they had more donuts in the back so just to let them know what we wanted to order and they'd get it from the back. I ordered a few mini donuts to share with my fiance, and I enjoyed the cinnamon sugar one. My bridesmaid got the maple bacon doughnut and that doughnut was so massive!! We were able to share it with everyone but I was not a fan of that combo so I didn't try it. Everyone else enjoyed the doughnut. I did really like the merch they sold! Super cute shop on the interior! I definitely will plan to visit the houston locations when I'm back in town!

Absolutely amazing staff! Someone with my same name took my order by accident and they completely remade it & apologized! (Even though it was clearly not their fault) The food is absolutely amazing, the place/vibes are nice & chill. 10/10 recommend

Walked here this morning with my dog. Very busy at 9:45, all outside seats were taken and the line was out the door. Cabinets were full of tasty treats. I got Boston Crème, Churro, and Lemon Bar - plus a doggy donut. The coffee was notable, rich and smooth, not burnt or weak. Absolutely worth the value. Donut consistency was like a soft baked airy sourdough , not the typical wimpy yeasty Kk or dense cake brick style of Dd. There was body and structure to hold toppings and filling. These creative treats are stand alone and will feed a hungry adult male. Am absolutely coming back before I leave PCola!!!

Wow! These doughnuts are far and above a usual donut! Parlor offers a delicacy that is more like a cross between a croissant and traditional donut. Light, fluffy, airy, but most importantly DELICIOUS! Aaron, the owner is all too happy to take the time to describe each of the myriad of delectable delights he offers. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee are also excellent! The store has plenty of small tables if you wish to eat on site, but even if you do, you'll probably want to take some with you when you leave (I sure did!).

Absolutely love this place. The maple bacon and coconut cream ones are so good. We just walked by this place and cannot resist to go inside. There's also plenty seats for dine in

Feeling like a Gen Xer owns this chain. Cream soda, black cherry soda, raspberry jelly filled donuts are taking me back. Love the tea and refresher selection. And of course the huge doughnuts.

We arrived around 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and we were wrong to think that the place would be empty after an early breakfast rush. We were seating upon entering by Brooke who also was our server. The menu is varied and we found out that you can order anything at anytime. We had ordered the Spicy Pulled Pork omelette and Shrimp and Grits. Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

They hit that mark, but it cost me $40 with tax & tip. That is for just a salad and an order of french fries! The water came quickly in a real glass and tasted excellent. Very clean and cold, and greatly appreciated. Since it was a real glass I did not ask for a straw which is unusual for me. I enjoyed a nice view of the skatepark across the street as I dined, and watching all the people having a good time in the outdoors was refreshing. Most restaurants don't offer a view like this. There are a set of dining bars with chairs at the windows on either side of the door to amplify the view, but I opted for a traditional table since there were many available when I entered. As for the food... well, it was good, but not great. The $14 iceberg wedge was dotted with some delicious pancetta and gorgonzola cheese, and the lettuce was super fresh and crisp. Where it missed the mark was the overly mayonnaisey dressing. It really needed some more seasoning or something and I could not taste any buttermilk at all, even though it is called a "herb buttermilk dressing." The single cherry tomato (halved) was delicious and sweet, as were the 4 thin slices of radish. While the presentation was nice, it really needed more tomatoes and radish in my opinion, and a stoutly buttermilk dressing. The duck fat fries were crisp, too crisp. I enjoy the soft mushy potato inside the crispness of lard-fried potatoes, but very few of these offered that. They were generally too crisp, and some were crispy all the way thru making them a solid crisp. They came mostly unseasoned so I had to use the salt shaker generously. The sausage bits were good but a bit on the greasy side. The dipping sauce was mild, bland and oily, and I wished they had offered a ketchup alongside as well. Whether homemade or store bought, ketchup would have added color and some much needed acidity to the plate. Your mileage will vary, but for me, there are better options in my price range and this is not a place I can take hungry teenagers.
