Ample parking, the fireplace was blazing, very nice atmosphere. We were greeted and sat right away, and our orders came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We told our server to just bring them out as they were ready. A couple pints of Guinness and Loaded Nachos came first, then a Beet & Goat Cheese salad, and a Smash Burger w bacon followed shortly after. We ate everything. The food was great, the nachos were fairly loaded (beef), the beet and goat cheese salad was perfect, and the burger was done just right. Fries were ok. They also had live music that evening, and I didn't get the name of the performer but she was amazing. She played continuously for the whole time we were there, no breaks, and she just transitioned from one song to the next. We'll be back.

Don't expect any spice or heat from those jerk wings, there's no rub on them, they're just covered in a gross sweet sauce.

I would recommend to anyone and most certainly to dog owners, as the area in general is not as dog friendly as NYC is. So let's go to my usual three areas of reviews: Food (4/5): Everything looks incredible, but the items that I would want to go back to try as I didn't have chance are the Little Fish Corn Breads and Hot Honey Spare Ribs. They looked out of this world! Now for what I did try - 1) local catch striped bass - wonderful! Went next day again to have the same dish. The chimichurri sauce it's served with is just absolutely amazing; so much flavor without overpowering the fish and a great addition to the rice that comes as a side. It also comes with green and yellow zucchini that truly round out the dish for a healthy, yet flavorful meal. 2) Piri Piri Half Chicken - also very flavorful; the only thing to be cognizant about is that it does take about half hour to get this dish as they roast it as it's ordered. Only reason it's not 5 stars it's because it's a more casual restaurant, but everything I had was finger-licking good. Ambiance (4/5): Great laid back restaurant, with island feel. It has indoor and outdoors table and they accept dogs to sit outside. There are 2 picnic tables and all other are high tops. They also have a few low chairs that would be great for apps and drinks. Overall, it's a cozy, inviting setting. Service (5/5): Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. It's a place to go when you're on vacation because it will just make a relaxing experience even better. It's also very timely and they are always checking on the tables so definitely taking good care of customers. In addition to all the above, the restaurant has the plus that it's a block away from the beach. If you time it right, you can have dinner and immediately after walk 1 minute and be on the beach to watch the sunset.

We began with cocktails, which were expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. The appetizer, mussels in a light white wine sauce and a hunk of sourdough bread for sopping up the broth, was fresh, flavorful, and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For the main course, the hanger steak was perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I didn't love the chimichurri but it was easily wiped off... We also had the fish and chips, with big hunks of tender white fish and crispy homemade fries. We ended our meal with the only dessert offering, key lime pie that was fresh and tasty! If possible make your reservations for an outdoor table, so many beautiful birds and boats traveling slowly through. It was a really special experience and we are looking forward to returning soon!

The place was packed and bustling, with live music in the front bar area and a more relaxed dining room in the back overlooking the water. Great atmosphere all around, and our waitress was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and on top of everything despite how busy it was. The menu was surprisingly affordable, with most entrées in the $30-$40 range. We started with the lobster bisque, which was delicious--rich, creamy, and loaded with chunks of lobster. I had the broiled seafood platter with scallops, shrimp, fish, rice, and broccoli. Everything was fresh and tasty. Friends raved about the scallop risotto, and the cod was another hit. The chicken parm was just okay, maybe a little dry, but hey, you're at a seafood restaurant! My sisters and I, party of 3, were celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend, did my research early July and was beyond excited to dine here. We had a 715 reservation on the patio, it was starting to drizzle around 615 when we left our house. We arrived at the restaurant at 705 and the host checked the weather and said it will stop shortly, we were fine even if we had to wait 20 mins + ;the weather was out of their control. Then she says, "yeah it's not stopping, you should go across the street our sister restaurant". And my sister, also industry and bride to be asked if there was a way to move inside even with a wait or accommodate and the host said, "no we're booked." Which was disheartening bc I don't think her or I have ever turned away a guest and encouraged them to leave- even since we were on time, early may I add, to a reservation we had for a month! When I asked what the cuisine was across the street her response, " oh burrata, fish, some of the same fish from here and you'll definitely be able to get in".
