    Bob is the best man in the auto glass industry!! I had a crack that manifested across my whole front windshield that I ended up replacing and he was able to drive out to Everett and replace it while I was at work! He goes above and beyond to assist and answer questions in regards to service. Not only that within 10 hours of getting my whole windshield replaced I got a rock chip on my window that spread into a 6 inch crack and bob offered to repair it for free. Bob is a gem in this industry and a stand up guy overall!!

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Bob's service. I called ten different glass repair businesses in the Seattle area and he was the only one that was able to deliver. Communication was clear and consistent. He was able to find replacement glass when others couldn't. The repair itself only took about 30 minutes, and he vacuumed/cleaned up leftover glass.

    My 2015 Jetta is Good as new  Bob is EXCELLENT!! I am definitely calling him again next time I Need my windshield replaced!

    Wow! What an amazing experience I had with Bob! Not only was he honest, got back to me in a timely manner, had excellent customer service skills, but his actual work replacing my windshield exceeded my expectations! Bob was flexible with my schedule. He traveled to me and I appreciated that he cleaned up his work area (unlike past windshield repairs i have experienced). He is a friendly guy who I felt at ease in trusting to be alone with my vehicle. I would totally call Bob again next time I need my windshield replaced!!

I have been coming here for about 5 years for windshield repairs and the service is always quick and friendly. They are also upfront about cost and what may be covered under car insurance and what isn't. As long as they continue doing business this way, they have a customer for life.

    Speedy installed a windshield in our truck a few years ago. Recently, it began to leak, as in…read morewater pouring out the sun glass holder at the top of the cab. We took it to a professional leak detector, who discovered that the windshield was loose. He was able to push it in and out. He showed us where the adhesive had failed and explained why (which had to do with misapplication of adhesives used by Speedy). When I went to Speedy, explained what had happened and asked for a refund, what I heard was "we don't have that invoice in our system anymore" (never mind that my copy was right in front of them); the manager says he doesn't have authority to give a refund and that I could email information to corporate (essentially, not my problem); "you should have brought it to us as soon as you knew there was a leak," even though I didn't know that the leak was related to their faulty windshield installation (once again, making it my fault, not their problem). "If the installation was faulty, it would have been leaking right away" (not true and, again, denial of responsibility). I should have brought it to them to repair as soon as I knew it was leaking so they could make the repair (unrealistic expectation - how would I know that the leak was related to the windshield? So whenever there's a leak, I should just automatically take it to Speedy to find the source instead of to a professional who does leak detection for a living?) The manager was more interested in finding reasons to avoid responsibility than in providing good customer service. They didn't do a good job in the first place, and then expected me to trust them? They pushed back on everything and essentially refused to take responsibility for faulty workmanship, and made it my fault for not following the letter of their warranty rules, which are designed to ensure that they will never be held accountable for shoddy workmanship. The manager did not think that being able to move the windshield in and out when pushed constitutes a failure. They would neither acknowledge nor show concern that their faulty installation caused a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE - driving down the highway with a loose windshield. Airbags are designed to hit the windshield and curl back to protect you. An airbag deployed with a loose windshield would have been no protection at all. I could have been hurt. Others could have been hurt. And still, they will not stand by their work. Their "lifetime" warranty is meaningless; a faulty installation is a faulty installation and they are looking for any excuse to refuse to make it right. I never agreed to be put in harms' way. Oh, and then there was the employee who pulled the plug on the computer/phone system, disconnecting me from talking to the manager. IRRESPONSIBLE. DISHONORABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. In response to the requirement that I should have brought my vehicle to you to inspect the leak, I repeat - I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE LEAK WAS DUE TO THE WINDSHIELD BEING IMPROPERLY INSTALLED WHEN i HIRED A PROFESSIONAL LEAK DETECTOR. Your website does not mention leak detection, so why would I have brought it to you under these circumstances? Your requirements are onerous and unreasonable. It was obviously a faulty installment or the "lifetime windshield" would not have come loose. You have a copy of the leak detector's invoice with his findings. He is a professional and is not lying. Would you like me to bring you the windshield and glue so you can see where it failed? I'd be happy to do that. The fact is, someone in your shop botched the installation. Whether or not I asked you or someone else to identify the source of the leak, whether or not you will take responsibility, the fact remains that someone in your shop botched the installation.

The technician showed up at my house at the scheduled time and the repair took between 20-30 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am also very pleased with how the repair looks. The price of the repair with the technician coming to my home was reasonable and the payment process was easy. Would recommend and use Auto Glass Solutions if I neeed it!

I talked to experienced acquaintances who told me not to buy from the dealer, but to get a pro specialist to do the job. I'm so glad I did that. I looked around and got some quotes. I found this place by reputation and they were competitive on price, professional, and knew their business. They helped me with ideas on how to improve the look of the car with chrome blackout and other aesthetic suggestions. They didn't charge much extra for those and really helped me like the look of the car better. They also did some extras gratis. They sent me pictures as they did the job and really helped me to get excited about their excellent work. I enjoyed the car for a year, did the proper care for it by hand washing regularly, reapplying the coating every few washes. Was really blown away at our 1 year appointment--they got a few stains out of the interior for a modest fee and now my car looks like new both inside and out again. The normal fee for the annual appointment to refresh the coating was $165 and they charged me just a fraction of that extra to take care of the minor interior stains and professionally condition the leather. They earned not only their fee but great tips each time I went because they far exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I chose to give this shop my business.
