Free parking in their parking garages While visiting my dad, this was the last stop on our casino crawl, lol. It's safe to say, we saved the best for last. This is a VERY big casino (for it not being in Atlantic City or Vegas) so I asked a worker where the players card area was. She pointed us in the direction. She said, make sure you tell them it's your first time so you get ALL the rewards and benefits As we made our way over to the players card area. There was no line, I believe his name was Sean who helped us. He was absolutely amazing. We ended up telling him all of our information and he ended up giving us two players cards each. when I asked why? He told me that a lot of the times the cards can be very, very sensitive and stop working. Unfortunately, mine did stop working about one hour into me using them, but I really appreciate him giving me two. It wasn't anybody's fault. So I wasn't mad at all. When it came time to give my dad his cards, my dad realized his last name was misspelled and asked for it to be fixed. There was a line behind us now. And the people were YELLING at us. Saying time is money and everything else in the book. I kept telling the nice worker it's ok and I told my dad to get over it, people were yelling at us. (Again, I should have gotten his name. But I believe it was Sean.) he told me - it is our TURN and do not even worry about them. And he helped calm me down. As our rewards, my dad and I both got 30 dollars free slot play and we each got 10 dollars off food. (We used it at the buffet and was able to combine it and got 20 off our total bill) Now my favorite part! The high roller area At all the other casinos there wasn't a huge decoration or anything special . Just a sign saying high rollers. However, at this place there was a nice decoration outside. They had a sign and then really nice decor outside showing that it was the high roller area and separated it from the rest of the casino floor. This is always my father's and my favorite place at the casinos. We made out like bandits here. Besides making money, every single worker here was amazing. The people working security and checking people's bags / walking through the metal detectors were great. The workers who had to scan the ID cards were great The waiters at the buffet were great and incredibly fast at refills and taking away plates They also have a spa And they also have an outlet mall inside as well. I don't gamble. I have, however, been here for dinner and a show, and even an overnight at some point. To me, the real problem with this place is that it feels like a warehouse. This includes the "event center" as well. There is zero character to the place, and the food offerings on site are just okay. Downtown Bethlehem is just a car ride past the decaying steel mill, and though the town is quiet, at least there is some character to it. If you need to burn time here or find a better meal offering, that small detour might become your best friend. On the positive side, they do get some great shows here. Though the venue is not top-notch, it is a great alternative place to consider when getting tickets to one of your favorites. read more

Wind Creek Bethlehem is one great property with spacious rooms. The staff is both happy and dedicated. Clean and welcoming, the hotel is fantastic. The outlet area, however, is a bit lackluster and the food court could do with a little pizzazz. I found it strange that with everything available, I couldn't find one place that offered allergy medication or even Tylenol. The casino is vast with exceptional security staff. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Although not a gambler, I enjoyed a great three-day escape with excellent food at Urban Table and Chop House, photographing the remains of Bethlehem Steel, and working out in Wind Creek's stellar fitness center, which is the best I've ever seen outside of a regular gym. When Sands ran the casino, patrons complained about the smoke , so they added more smoke-free tables on the outskirts of the other tables which was tolerable, though I still had to strip and shower as soon as I returned home. Since Wind Creek took over, they surrounded the "smoke-free" tables with smokers and the smoke-free tables remain closed most of the time. They recommend you can ask a table in the smoking area be turned into a non-smoking table, but what good is that being surrounded by smokers, who even walk behind you while you're playing cards. The ventilation system does little to alleviate the problem. I used to go here every month. Thanks for keeping me away! read more

This is one of my favorite casinos. The slots are always changing and moved as they get out dated. Some days the no smoking rule is ignored or not enforced but for the most part it's not bad. The tables are pretty good. For each winner, there will be a few losers. That's the casino! I have not stayed here as of yet. But I will get a room this summer some time. More to come on the room! The staff is always friendly. And will interact if you stop them. Parking is plentiful and free unless you use valet as I do. And the valet here is cheaper than at any PA casino that I've been to. For the 55 minute drive. It beats the drive to Atlanta City or other PA casino. However I come here cause I win more than anywhere. The decor in the valet lobby is always worth taking photos in. I've been to Wind Creek twice; once for a wedding and once to stay, and I'm looking forward to returning for more stays. The Wind Creek resort is comprised of a hotel, restaurants, a food court, a casino, spa, and outlets. So there is a lot to do. My cousin had her wedding reception here and it was beautiful. Drinks and appetizers were great; the main course was somewhat inedible, so they can improve on that. This was on a Saturday and the place was very busy. We recently stayed here for an overnight and it was mostly great. Front desk staff were friendly, however, we did request extra pillows, and those never showed, so that could be better. Also, the tub in the suite needed cleaning, though everything else was very clean, so maybe they just forgot. But I wasn't happy about having to clean it myself. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't want to leave. And the suite itself was spacious. Drinks at The Mixx, which is their lobby bar, were great. Cindy is a fun bartender. We enjoyed some appetizers from the food court. My partner enjoys the casino. I'm looking forward to checking out the spa on my next visit, and we will probably eat at one of their full-service restaurants as well. The Wind Creek has excellent, easy parking, which is appreciated. And it's close enough to downtown Bethlehem that you could walk. And if you wanted a longer walk, you could also walk into historic Bethlehem, so the location is great. It's a nice option in the Lehigh Valley. read more

Great venue, shopping, and comfortable rooms... I love Wind Creek Bethlehem for the concert venue, shopping, and rooms -- lots of good memories here. Plenty of bathrooms so you never have to wait in line, and I've never had to wait for a drink. The rooms are nice, but not very quiet. Unfortunately you can hear people in the halls and outside. Came for a work conference and enjoyed it. The Conference center is huge. Very clean facility and bathrooms are pristine. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided great snacks all with huge smiles. The casino is cool but a basic casino. It smells of cigarettes everywhere even though only a small section is smoking. There's a cool bar in the middle of the casino floor and another bar on the side of the casino floor named Molten with a live DJ and dancing. Sports book spot too. The hotel room was wonderful. Huge room, beautiful, and very clean. I have a serious down feather allergy and the housekeeping did a fantastic job making the room hypoallergenic/ feather free for me. They even checked in to make sure I was ok and that everything was clean for me. read more

Major modern renovation with all the luxe amenities, comforts, and fantastic service a resort should deliver...and very thin walls between rooms. We had a perfect stay from the moment we arrived (super sweet valet and check in host), everything we ate and drank (lounge cocktails were strong but emphasis on the lounge) and steak dinner was phenomenal. The rooms are truly special- they put together a hotel experience that lets you enjoy modern shower comforts, lights for service/do not disturb, plenty of modern outlets everywhere, full curtains, along with fluffy pillows, lush colors and fabrics in the Very New rooms, while also the standard desk, fridge, mirror, closet combos for what you need. The views and hallways are splendid and we did not get much noise there. Unfortunately IN the room we could hear every word of our neighbors conversations AND their tv was kept on all night. They weren't talking loud or blasting the tv at all or we would have called to have someone knock. Just normal vibrations going directly through the walls and us getting very little sleep. Not sure if different areas have this issue, I truly wish this could become a regular haunt but can't give it the praise it obviously works very hard and is very smart about otherwise! read more

Why so complicated! It frustrated me for a while, so I decided to shop at the outlets instead. It's nice that the outlet mall opens into the casino and vice versa. Coming back I tried it again and still it didn't work. I was able to flag down a casino worker who told me comps and free play do not work on "cards" and this applies even if your cards are in a Slot machine! Oh well! I decided to insert some good ole cash. I didn't find the poker machines returning good decks, but it was fun! I played a Lion Link Slot for one penny but the lowest bet was 88 cents. The highest you can go is $2 in value but you can play up to 488 credits. Sounds complicated! It is! Trying to figure out these machines would take me longer than my one visit. Down to two bucks in comps, I hit something because the machine went into auto drive and kept going for free 8 games adding money to my pot! I didn't question how I won. It just happened and I cashed out and more Kaching! It certainly didn't put a dent in the casino but it was enough for me to go buy that on sale sweater I desperately wanted! The front of the casino was nicely decorated inside with Christmas decorations! Security guards are there to ensure no weapons get in! I enjoyed the Wind Creek Bethlehem. The site has very good restaurants... MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE GOING..... and plenty of parking. I'm going to assume, that the parking is always free, because on the day that we went, we did not see any booths or pay stations upon exiting. We tried to eat at the Urban Table restaurant, but the wait time was close to 2 hours.  Instead, we went to the buffet. The buffet was a great decision and it did not disappoint. They had everything from salad, pizza, chicken, pasta, cod, green beans, bread, and.....ahhhh, dessert. The dessert bar had various pies, cakes, and an ice cream station, with toppings. Our server was very courteous, attentive, and quickly cleared our dishware after every round. I recommend the Wind Creek Bethlehem to either dine, stay, gamble, or people watch. read more

Awful experience tonight! This is a typical weekend spot for us but we were treated incredibly negative on Super Bowl Sunday... We arrived to an essentially barren parking garage and casino around 11pm. The front staff security welcomed us with no problem. Within five minutes after purchasing drinks, a poorly trained red headed female security guard informed my tall sober friend that he must leave because he was "swaying." After her partner was unable to articulate a consistent reason for the request, I asked to speak to a manager. A tall confrontational individual arrived and recommended we leave without any knowledge of the incident. After being escorted to multiple exits with no clear consensus on casino protocol, we were walked to the main casino entrance. An individual was being arrested by local PD and multiple other patrons were being denied entry for vague reasons. I understand the difficult job that the casino staff has, but the interaction, communication, and enforcement was terribly unprofessional, inconsistent, and poorly executed. As a near weekly patron of the establishment, I had expected better. We will definitely not be returning, and I hope the training for the casino employees is improved. read more

I booked this resort through booking.com. I booked a Deluxe King room. Upon check-in, they tried to nonchalantly tell me that I had a "smoking room." I did NOT book this, but they tried to tell me that it was a "third party" booking and that's how it was reserved. What they meant was that because they were sold out, they decided to just bump me to a smoking room because they weren't making as much from me. This was a BIG DEAL because who wants to be a in a smoking room unless you're a smoker? YUCK! This was wrong of them to do and I wanted to warn others that this could be pulled on you as well. After I refused the non-smoking room, they put me in a handicapped 2-bed room, but I was still disappointed that I did not get what I wanted and paid $364 for the night! Just be aware. read more

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was last year, and there was a lot of construction going on, so it wasn't a pleasant experience. However, I went back as there was a great deal going on and found it to be a much better time. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the check-in experience wasn't that fast, but maybe it was due to the fact that there was a rush of ppl at that exact time. I wished we could've been able to stay at one of the newer rooms and the new tower. I did ask and was told that only the accessible room was available and declined it. They did give free drink vouchers for the lounge that's by the lobby. It said up to $15 per drink, which is a steal. I explored every nook and cranny of this place, I did forget to ask how to get to the gift shop. But the fitness room and the indoor pool area were both super nice. You do need the key card in order to gain access. The fitness room is opened 24/7, which is nice, and there are unlimited towels plus water bottles for guests. The hotel is connected to the casino, outlet, and food court, which is convenient. All in all. I'll probably return as there's always some event happening at the steelstacks. read more

I had never heard of this place before, but I spent two nights here-- it was a little under an hour drive and I had a pretty decent time here. The staff here was welcoming and the room was pretty decent. Two Queen bed room and It was pretty standard. They did not clean the room while I stayed, which I didn't mind because I arrived really late on my first date, and left early on my last day, but I know some folks may take issue with that. They had several stores, several eateries inside the premises. On to the actual casino, it appeared about 25% of the tables were not filled. I over heard an employee say they didn't have enough staff. With that being said, most of the tables that were available had too many people, so I stay away from blackjack. Luckily for me, I did happen to win a few bucks on the slot machine! I would return here-- it's a much shorter trip than going to Atlantic City, but you probably won't be as lucky here. read more

When you stay over, you are given a voucher for a free drink, then the we were served a free petite dessert at the restaurant. We came here for 1 night on a whim for the 4th of July and it was a such lovely stay. We went to see the fireworks at the Steel Stacks and decided to make a night of it at Wind Creek. Keep on eye on their prices, because we got a last-minute deal paying the same price for a suite as we would for a standard room. Lucky already! The room exceeded expectations. We frequent the Venetian in Vegas so that is our baseline. The room is impeccable, and I especially liked the live plant in the bedroom. I don't think I've ever seen a live plant in a hotel room or suite. The bathroom is huge, the toiletries are luxurious, and there is another half bathroom with just a toilet and sink in the living area. The casino was slightly disappointing; by the time we got back from the Steel Stacks, all the tables were full and 2/3 of the electronic tables were down. 99% of the complaints are about this exact problem in the casino, and I hope they address it soon. This is why I'm giving 4/5 stars. The outlets are impressive and I hope they can add more shops soon. They're opening a pirate-themed escape room. The food court rivals those in Vegas and the staff is very sweet even in the dead of night. We will be back, with friends and family, as soon as possible. I find Wind Creek's current average rating unfair. This is a contemporary establishment with a lot to offer. I just hope that they can mobilize the casino to better serve the clientele, and I have faith that they will. May Lady Luck be on your side if you decide to stay at Wind Creek. read more

Don't get me wrong. The place is packed and it's a well oiled business. It's thriving. And I was so happy to see that. People think that all Casinos are the same. It's simply not true. Went there in March of 2024 for my sister in law's 40th. The Chop House was ok; they would not allow an accommodation for one more guest who initially was unable to attend but was able to cut her trip short and flew in from Tennessee. They absolutely could have added one more chair but absolutely refused. They overcharged $600 and would not provide a refund but instead offered a "free" night Lol! Not exactly free! Management on the premises was absolutely USELESS not could they have cared less to help in any way. The worst was poop in the pool. Yup. Pool. You know what they did about it...? Nothing. My ex boyfriend and I came to this casino in 2012 when it was still fairly new. This casino was built in 2009 so everything was brand new from the furnishings and the atmosphere. Usually casinos are very hard to breathe in since everywhere you go there is smoke. Talk about 2nd hand smoke everywhere! Ugh! Luckily this place did not have that and there was the 2nd part of the casino that was for non smokers! It was like heaven because there was no smoking but then it was kind of boring because all we did was play slot machines and the nonsmoking section was super empty.
