We stayed here one night for my husband's work trip. Be aware that the parking garage is across the street. Thankfully you can pull up to the hotel and temporarily park there but that can probably accommodate only about half a dozen cars so if it's a busy day, you might end having to lug all your stuff across the street from the garage. The hotel does validate parking which is nice. Breakfast is included which is nice. It does end at 9 AM on weekdays. I thought they had a nice selection of hot foods. There were eggs, bacon bits, sausage, pancakes. My husband went back for more pancakes. There was also hot oatmeal and toppings, not just those cheap instant oatmeal packets. My husband also enjoyed the coffee. Apart from the usual half and half for creamer, they also have oat milk. There was a nice selection of teas for tea drinkers like me. We had a room with a king bed which was fairly spacious. It had a mini fridge, a desk and chair and a sitting area. The drawback about the shower was at the shower "door" didn't actually extend the full length also water squashes everywhere after a shower. My husband also saw an enormous smushed cockroach near the lobby elevator. We arrived relatively late at night due to travel. I called to head to the hotel to let them know that we were going to be delayed and they said to call back if we were even more delayed to avoid being marked as no shows. I was a little taken aback as we had already paid for that night's day and I'd never heard of being marked by a hotel for being a no-show simply for arriving late in the evening. My girlfriend and I love the Hyatt, but this property fell a little short. Tucked away from the noise yet right next to the heart of Bethlehem and the city's Main Street, the location couldn't be better. Right across the street is a garage where hotel guests park for free with validation. The lobby is wonderful with seating, front desk, breakfast dining area, and an on-site eatery and bar. (The breakfast looked amazing but we can't get up that early.) Pamela and Krishna were exceptional front desk staff that made our stay enjoyable. Our room was large and clean with a great heating and cooling system. There was a problem with the bathroom: The inside door handle was broken. The shower was too small with a strange half-door that even if angled properly, still sent water to the floor. The water remained warm and never got hot. The fitness center isn't much and we passed on the pool and it's milky water. It really looked sickly. Sleeping was great but the major problems occurred on the morning of our departure. Check-out is at noon yet, even with our "do not disturb" sign out, a housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:30 AM while we were sleeping. I think she wanted to make sure we were up to check out on time because she didn't knock on anyone else's door. At checkout, there was no way for me to pick up my girlfriend because six vehicles blocked the small entrance/exit to the property. Even though there's a parking sign for 15 minutes, one SUV remained there for over a half-hour. We will give this property another shot because Hyatt's are usually a step above. read more

I love a Hyatt Place, but was disappointed in this one. The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive, especially Kevin, who is a rockstar. He was so friendly and helpful, and really made our experience great. He helped my disabled father, which I really appreciate. Everyone else we interacted with was great too. I really do think Hyatt Place hires the best staff and this was no exception. But the low rating is due to cleanliness. Our bathroom had not seen a vacuum or cleaning spray in who knows how long. The floors and shower were not super clean. The vent was absolutely disgusting. The phone was covered in dust. And our do not disturb sign looked like a rodent had chewed it. Normally, I would say something to the staff, but we had a ton of luggage and were tired, plus we had a packed weekend. I just didn't have time. The staff is excellent so I know our room would have been switched. But it's more concerning to me that this was considered an acceptable condition for a room. So whether we had switched rooms or not, the issue is the cleaning standards. The bed was super comfortable but I hate that it was next to the HVAC unit. I think the rooms are in need of renovating and I didn't love the layout. Recommend requesting a high floor. However, the accessible rooms are great, as my dad loved his, and it was well-suited to his needs. We didn't eat breakfast but did get drinks at the bar. Be sure to have cash to tip, because if you charge it to your room, you can't tip at checkout. There is an ATM in the lobby, which is helpful. Parking was easy to manage in the parking garage across the street. Location was great to walk around Historic Bethlehem and we even walked over the river to the south side. Since I love Hyatt Places, I want better for this location. But don't change the front desk staff because they are fantastic. read more

This Hyatt Place was clean and very quiet. Very close to the Moravian College, Lehigh, St. Luke's and Windcreek Casino if you are in the area visiting those places. Check in was seamless, the front desk clerk was professional and kind. Good for the price and the area. Parking is in the garage across the street so a little inconvenient when cold and rainy and scary at night but easy in and out. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired but safe. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection and quality was ok...what is expected for the price and location. I got it 5 stars but probably closer to 4.5 (couldn't give it 4). read more

I had a great stay here. Parking is not included, but $10 a night at garage directly across street. You validate your ticket when leaving at front desk of hotel in scanner & then scan to get out of garage. It's a thin slip of paper so easy to lose! If you park on 3rd level you can walk right out to hotel. Hotel is across from the bus station, so some people can be distracted by this, but it was not an issue for me. My room was quite large & very clean. I liked the different open layout. Bed comfy. I liked that it had a fridge & bar area & separated couch sitting area. Vanity was large & outside bathroom separated from shower/toilet. Best part is that the hotel is walkable to many local restaurants, bars & shops. They have an airport shuttle too. This location is not 24x7. It is 1:30 am and I am working on a proposal that is due at 8:30 am. I'm working at a long desk off the lobby that's about as close to a business center as this Hyatt location has. I'm working here so as not to keep my family awake upstairs, and because the desk in the room is too small to accommodate two computers, my hotspot, references, etc. The manager just told me that the lobby is closing at 2:00 am and so I have to go back upstairs to my room, regardless of the impact to my work. Even cheap motels on the interstate keep their front desks staffed at night. Guests can have emergencies, the facility could suffer all kinds of issues requiring immediate attention, etc. But not so here. I have no idea whether they are going to lock the front door, turn out the lights, etc. but I was told very clearly that I cannot be downstairs after 2:00 am. I will not stay here again. The hotel Bethlehem is a lovely place down the street and I never faced anything like this there; or anywhere else for that matter. Unprofessional and unfriendly to business travelers. read more

Garage is completely separate from the hotel and is across the street, $15/night and so you need to drag your luggage through a parking garage and across the street to even get to the hotel. The pool is smaller than any I've ever seen at a Hyatt. The Peloton bike in the fitness center doesn't have pedal cages and so the only way to use it is to remember to pack your clip in Peloton shoes. This is also the first Hyatt where I've encountered that problem so I wasn't expecting it. There wasn't any decaf coffee...it's not served because it's "not popular enough". I grabbed a plate to use at breakfast and was told "we're not using plates today, please use a paper plate instead" as it was already in my hands and touched by me. There weren't any apples or fruit in the waiting area. The only good things: there was a nice male hotel manager (?) who came in to wish all of the dads a happy fathers day and the potatoes were delicious. read more

As soon as we were greeted by Kevin, I knew we made the right decision in booking a night at the Hyatt Place, Bethlehem. After seeing the room we were also pleased with its cleanliness. I have been to the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem many times over the years and find this to be a really solid place to stay when visiting the Lehigh Valley. It is centrally located in Bethlehem and near the down town area, where many popular restaurants are. There is a parking garage, which does cost $10 (discounted price) a day, but that feels overall manageable. Sadly it appears that the homeless population is growing here like much of America and several folks do congregate to shelter and charge their phones at the parking garage as it is next to a bus stop, but I have never ever felt unsafe. Just something that I have observed in terms of a change throughout my several visits. Here is why I like Hyatt Place Bethlehem: - Reasonable rates and a great deal if you're a Hyatt Rewards Member - Extremely friendly staff. Like genuinely friendly folks who truly care about your stay. The front desk staff, folks serving breakfast, and cleaning staff all took the time to say hello or have a conversation. You do really feel welcomed. - Solid breakfast offerings included with room rate. - Decent pool and gym with usable equipment. - The rooms and common areas are very clean! - The rooms are very spacious with plenty of space to lounge and unpack. - They are attempting to be a tad more environmentally friendly with large bottles of soaps/shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms and turning over rooms every 2 days. I know that in part this is because there is a labor shortage of cleaning staff, but I don't need to have my linens replaced daily or my bed made because I am a semi responsible adult. My only negatives are that they don't recycle and use disposable plates and utensils for breakfast. Prior to COVID they used true flatware and plates and it doesn't feel unreasonable to bring that back at this point, but that is a higher level system management issue and not necessarily a reflection of this local hotel. Overall Hyatt Place Bethlehem is an economical place to stay for business and families when visiting the area with consistently excellent customer service, clean rooms, and decent amenities. Hyatt place took care of us. Granted this is down town, and if I were in Bethlehem again I would not hesitate to stay here. We got in late, didn't have reservations for any place and looked at two other places before calling them and getting a room. The good, comfortable room, with a great bed. They offer a military rate and they do accept pets. Everything about this was standard fair for a Hyatt. And so was the price, a bit higher than what you want to pay etc.. The bad, be prepared to pay a NON Refundable fee for your pet to the tune of $75. The excuse is the cleaning agents needed for pets or so I was told. I am guessing that maybe they actually have to ensure the rooms are vacuumed between guests using them. Our room had grease stains in the carpet, and it just kind chapped me the wrong way with that non refundable fee. I asked about this at check out and the front desk was kind enough to credit us back some of the fee. I felt it was a much more fair deal and feel that they handled it right. I didn't like the excuses, after all this is hospitality. But in the end I am very satisfied with the outcome. I do wish they offered a better deal for the parking. $10 for overnight across the street parking garage or $8 if they validate your ticket. read more

BUYER BEWARE The room we excellent and very clean. Staff very friendly and respectful. However, the whole experience was ruined when I returned home and looked at the e-mailed bill. THEY HAD CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE $75 PET CLEANING FEE. This was not obvious on their website when I booked. I also question exactly what type of cleaning costs $75.00!!!!!! Buyer beware. This is an outrageous extra cost. I have never paid more than $30 to stay with my small dog or sometimes it's been free. And we have travelled through the US and Mexico with our dog. Friendly staff, good selection for breakfast and for those that take the bus to get here(like us), it is conveniently located across from the Transbridge Transport bus depot. Victor is very tentative at the breakfast area and very courteous. Sarai, Heather and Kevin at the front desk are helpful and courteous. Hotel is located within many historical sites as well as the town main street. They have a small pool and gym, though the gym is only comprised of two treadmills, a bike and workout bench it will do if you just want to get some fitness in. Please note there is some homeless at the depot but nothing like on NY and we never felt in danger or condition overwhelming. All in all a great experience. Terrible service. I'd made a reservation over a month in advance only to find upon arrival that they'd cancelled my reservation. I called multiple times to make sure there would be no issues and was told everything was setup. When I got to the hotel, I was told they were over booked and my room had been given away. The woman at the desk blamed the night shift for the cancellation and would do nothing to remedy the situation. She even tried to tell me that I'd probably called the wrong number to confirm the reservation. So I left the lobby, dialed the number, and came back in as she answered. This is a standard Hyatt Place - they are pretty much the same where you go. Good sized rooms with a separate sitting area and desk, plenty of plugs, fridge, and other amenities. The bed is reasonably comfortable. They have a decent free breakfast in the morning and 24 hour food service (call and order, then go down to pick it up). Hotel is conveniently located to Broad street with several good places to eat for when you venture out of the hotel. Also, Wifi was free. Parking is in a garage across the street - just walk past the seedy crowd hanging out at the bus terminal. Had some issues with the thermostat settings. In the end had to set it at 78 to keep the room at a reasonable temperature - but once I figured that out it was fine. read more

Wow! Hallelujah! Thank you so much Hyatt Place!!!! This has been a whirlwind of a trip to Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Although the beginning of the trip was rocky, the Hyatt Place in Bethlehem came in and saved us. While there were no rooms that were available when looking online, they went out of their way to find a vacancy, and they told us they would happily help find us a room there. They did whatever they could to get us in and then, to go above and beyond, they accommodated for us with a super early check in. We came into town for a wedding. We were hustling and they made us feel right at home. When we walked in, we were greeted so kindly by Heather at the front desk and we were taken care of immediately. Heather and her manager gave us their undivided attention and also gave lots of love to my pup Hank. When we walked into our room for the first time it was beautiful. It was bright and clean and fresh. We were so happy to have a nice clean place to stay. We are also delighted to be within walking distance of the wedding reception. I would 100% recommend the Hyatt Place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bethlehem. The staff was super hospitable, which is not true for everywhere these days. You will feel like family and you will be well taken care of. Glass half shower doors are weird And the parking is a nightmare Because you have to park in a parking garage across the street and it does not feel safe at night. Drunk guy came up and creeped me out when I was waiting for my husband to come back to the hotel after parking the car. If I was travelling alone I don't know what I would do. Creepy. Anyway. The pool is tiny so we didn't waste our time but the room is nice with the exception of the shower (it is almost impossible to shower and not get water all over the bathroom floors.) Pick a shower curtain or glass sliding doors but this half ass shower door flap thing is not working, sorry. I might come back if there was closer parking and I got a 1st floor room with a bathtub. Going up and down the elevators and to and from the parking garage is too much for my back. I have chronic pain. I am actually in Bethlehem so I can see my pelvic pain specialist and get lidocaine trigger point injections so hopefully tomorrow I will feel better. But after a long drive and having to check in, park, carry luggage and then walk back to the hotel, get parking validated, and then get some food, I am exhausted. I don't really wake up early enough to eat breakfast (it ends at 9 am) so I am not going to review that. The staff was friendly and the rooms are nice. But I do not like the parking garage and creepy bus / homeless people and the glass shower doors that don't actually keep the water from getting all over the floors. read more

Such an amazing place to stay. I stayed here for the first time in November on one of my frequent Bethlehem trips and was blown away with everything. So I stayed here a 2nd time in January and I had the same experience. Most of the staff is easily accessible when needed and are REALLY friendly. Rooms were super clean and neat, as were all the areas accessible to visitors. The main lobby and gym were also clean as well. My girlfriend and I had drinks at their bar on both trips. Not too expensive and the drinks were decent. Definitely more affordable than most places in Bethlehem. An employee named Pam was so nice to us and we conversed a lot into the night. First of all just gotta say I have been to a few different places in my life and there is nothing like the town of Bethlehem, PA. It is such a great little quaint and historic town. Now for my review: The ladies (especially Donna :)) and gents who work at the Hyatt Place made me feel like I was home. I was traveling for the week for work and they had a lot of ideas for great places to go eat, explore and shop all in walking distance. My room was a great size with a comfy bed, nice sitting area and a great shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again too. They also have food that is available for purchase any time of day and a bar which is always a plus. read more

I give this hotel 2 stars for location, breakfast and friendly staff. The room however had too many issues to warrant kudos. The biggest issue was the humidity in the room. Everything was wet throughout our week long stay.....bedding was damp and cold, clothes were so uncomfortable to put on I used the hair dryer to get rid of some of the dampness and wrinkles, we had to get new towels daily because our towels would not dry (even a little) overnight....about 3/4 through the week I started randomly coughing and by the time we returned home I ended up with bronchitis, a sinus infection and 102° fever. Makes me wonder what is growing in those AC units???!!! read more

I am writing this review at 6:11 am. Why so early you may ask? It's because the alarm clock next to our bed has gone off twice (TWICE) I have tried to unplug it but it feels hardwired in and I did t want to turn on a light to awake my fiancé who somehow slept through the initial air horn blast. The hotel otherwise is fine. We are in an ADA suite (not requested- it's fine) I will say the shower feels weirdly narrow (and not ADA Accessible if I am being honest here) between a stationary glass wall and a grab bar. And the coffee included in your room is 2 packages of decaf and one package of regular which - that's the opposite of what you normally find, right? Am I crazy? I usually need two cups to get out the door of my hotel room to get to the lobby for more coffee. Which, by the way, was worse than the coffee you make in your room. Between that and the fact breakfast is not included (oh it's there, it's just another add-on) No thanks, Hyatt. So to sum it up, this place is great if you like unexpected wake ups and decaffeinated coffee. read more

We stayed here one night before college visits in the area the next day. First, the positives. We had a room facing away from the bus station on the top floor. Our booking requests were honored to be on top floor away from elevator and ice machine. The room was super quiet. No traffic noise. Probably one of the quietest hotel rooms we've had (it was Thursday night so take that into context). The room was also very spacious with a couch/sitting area and two queen beds. The room had everything we needed (except a microwave which we would have wanted if this were a longer stay). There was one elevator but we didn't have to wait for it and it was easy enough to get down to the floor level. Most of the staff was friendly and nice. The hotel was clean and in a decent area and walkable to restaurants. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Fresh eggs, real thick bacon, zucchini bread, oatmeal with lots of toppings to choose from, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juices and good Seattle's Best coffee. Now, the negatives. The tattooed man who helped me check out in the morning was super indifferent. No eye contact, and he only used polite words (thank you) after it was apparent that he internally had to remind himself to do so. He was really curt in his interaction and it was totally off-putting. We are so used to warm and friendly staff at every hotel we've been to. The other negative is that they have different rates listed depending on whether you wanted breakfast included or not. What is not public knowledge is that you can book the lower rate and still get breakfast included if you are a rewards member. Glad I called and asked before booking. Hyatt's policy of breakfast only for members is totally off-putting and I probably wouldn't book Hyatt again. The last negative was parking. It's in a garage across the street. While they do validate so there is no cost, it is a total hassle if you have to run to get something you forgot out of your car. It also made packing the car at the end of the stay a bit more of a hassle because we had to drop the stuff in the lobby and one of us had to go get the car rather than schlep all the stuff to the garage across the street. It also would have been nice if the tea was available for guests in the evening. Instead I had to ask at the bar and wasn't sure if there would be a charge for it or not so I skipped it. Overall, we would probably stay here again since it was very comfortable with a good breakfast. read more

Other than the mediocre beds, our stay at this hotel was great. Parking is fairly easy and the hotel was clean. However, after we checked out and went home I looked on my card and saw that they had charged me for an extra night. I called them back, they reversed the charge. Two weeks later I saw another extra night charge on my account. Called them again and the receptionist told me they had left my account open & someone went ahead and charged it again. Super frustrating as I'm not sure why my account and card information are all subject to getting charged nearly 3 weeks after my check out date. Still waiting for the second refund to hit my account. Not worth staying here as if I wasn't monitoring my account on a consistent basis I would have had no idea it was charged. Stay somewhere more trustworthy. read more

I am originally from the area but no longer live there. I recently had a business trip in the Lehigh Valley and stayed at Hyatt Place Bethlehem. The hotel was excellent. It's a new hotel (in fact, I didn't even know they opened!). Parking is complimentary and directly across the street in a city parking garage. The location is excellent as well, just one block off Main Street in Downtown Bethlehem. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you well occupied in this really charming, historic town. If your interested in the Casino, that is very nearby as well in South Bethlehem (5 min drive?). We stayed on the 6th floor in one of the rooms on the end. It was huge! It had a sectional couch and ottoman and a desk in the "foyer". A flat screen TV on a swivel that faced the sectional, then turned 180 degrees to face the bed. The bathroom was spacious wit a nice shower, good water pressure and the sink located outside the bathroom next to a large closet. The whole place is new and very clean - this should not be a concern for everyone. As Hyatt Place does, they serve complimentary breakfast in a pretty nice and large breakfast room. It looks like you can sit outside too in nicer weather. The hotel also has conference room, gym and pool amenities as expected. Breakfast was pretty good and they also served some hot items like eggs. There were also computers and printers accessible, and I believe free WiFi. The computers were in the library but not separated into a business center if you need privacy. The service was also terrific. Friendly staff, offered a tour of the facility and helpful with all questions. Top notch stay. I would recommend this place to any visitors in the area and would definitely stay again. read more

The hotel is ok. The rooms are large and even has a full couch and coffee bar. As nice as these are the thermostat doesn't go belong 68* and since it's winter even at 68* it is very hot on the top floors. The heater itself is incredibly loud and located directly next to the bed. The hairdryer located in the rooms has one setting...low. There is food and drink available 24 hrs which is advertised everywhere. There is no place to buy small items you may have forgotten like band aides or gum and no stores within walking distance for these items. Since I traveled alone I am not a fan of the parking garage being across the street and having to walk the neighborhood to get there All this being said staff is incredibly nice and willing to help with any requests. read more

I thought this hotel was really good and much better than the other posters described! I was shocked to walk in and see how HUGE the room was. It was like a suite, with a whole large sitting area complete with sectional and ottoman, desk, and cabinet with a mini fridge. Wow. Wasn't expecting it! There was a small screen that separated the bed. The bathroom was spacious and it had a huge walk in showed with a glass partition. Everything was clean and new. The sitting area comfortably held 6 of us hanging out in the evening. We had no problem with the AC/heat. FREE internet, parking and breakfast, unlike most Hyatts. You can't dispute free. The breakfast was very standard but again, FREE. It was really fresh. No stale bagels or cereal. The area was kept well stocked and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was big and had ample seating. The parking is across the street, like RIGHT across, no problem at all to get there. I disagree with the other person who said the area was seedy. We didn't see any cops and walked around the whole area on both days we were there, both during day and night, and had no issues. Felt safe. The price was right for what we got! read more

Rooms are really big. I have been here twice and stayed in a double room both times. Two queen beds and a pull out couch can easily sleep 6 people. The room is split by a screen separating the beds and a living room. The TV is in a bit of an awkward place as it splits the area between the living room area and the bed area, but the TV does pivot so it can be viewed in each area. They validate parking in the garage across the street, so make sure to take your parking card out if your car. There is a shuttle that can take you over to the casino or around the bethlahem area, but I think you have to find your own way back depending on the time (the shuttle driver gave us taxi info, which was helpful). The rooms were quiet and comfortable but you need to mess with the thermostat to find the sweet spot that won't keep the room too hot or cold. Provided "hot continental breakfast" meaning oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels, doughnuts, fruit cocktail, coffee and tea. If that isn't to your breakfast liking, there is a little bar in the lobby where you can buy a real meal. Can't really speak much about the price, I went with large groups both times. You can tell it was renovated but they cut corners everywhere in the room. Dead bugs, sheets have holes in them, place wasn't cleaned properly... now the pros is the lobby is nice, the room is huge (although it's wasted space), there is a nice tv, they tried to make it look ok.... in conclusion if you must stay in Bethlehem for a short stay then by all means this hotel isn't the worst in the area read more

I visited the Hyatt Place Bethlehem on July 23, 2013 for a one-night stay with my mother and sister to go to a concert in the area. We found the hotel to be clean and nicely decorated. The room had two queen sized beds, a sectional sofa and ottoman, a desk, a fridge, a television, and other standard amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap were provided, though we brought and used our own products, and there were plentiful towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable, as was the sofa. We found the climate control in the room to be a bit odd: it was either freezing cold or crazy hot, and a difference of one or two degrees on the thermostat in the living room area meant we were shivering or melting. We ordered from the 24/7 gallery menu for lunch after we arrived and we were a bit disappointed in the meal. My mother ordered the four cheese pizza, and while the cheese was melted the dough was completely uncooked and largely inedible. My sister had the bacon cheeseburger, which she felt was fine. I had the southwest quesadilla, which was pretty soggy and sloppily put together, and was just okay when slathered with salsa, sour cream, and/or guacamole. Overpriced for what it was. The continental breakfast was free, though it ended at 9am, so we missed a fair bit of it. Overall, it was decent though. Parking is available in a public garage across the street and is free with validation. There is a bus stop sort of built into the side of the parking garage and it stunk of urine. There were some... interesting... people waiting for the bus pretty often. Check in and check out were simple and quick. The area is okay. It's a bit sketchy, but nice on the main drag one block up from the hotel. It's pretty residential to one side of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. Overall, we weren't blown away, but we did enjoy our stay and would absolutely consider Hyatt Place again in the future. read more

I stayed 3 months at this hotel for a project. Staff is extremely nice. Rooms are ok, they are all the same. They smell a little, I think it is the leather that smells a little too much. There is a fridge and a coffee maker. Bathroom is functional, there is soap, shampoo, and conditioner. No lotion (you need to ask the front desk if you want lotion). Breakfast is OK, the Gallery is good. read more

Clean, spacious, modern hotel; pictures and descriptions are exactly as shown on their website. All the staff we encountered were friendly, informative, and helpful; the exact service you'd like to receive! Arrived late and hungry, which was easy fix as they have a great selection of quality foods available on their 24/7 gallery menu. Ordered their chicken quesadilla which was tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. They have a nice breakfast selection which was always stocked, and fresh! We had a little trouble with the ac and their staff was very efficient in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay again wherever in the area! read more

Love this hotel. My wife and I spent the weekend in Bethlehem & we feel very fortunate to have booked our stay here. The staff is excellent, rooms are spacious & clean, bed is comfortable, free wifi & compt parking across the street. Excellent check in!! Quick and super knowledgable. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Pool is close to lobby - slightly loud. But I wasn't sleeping in the lobby. :) The room was really great EXCEPT for a small rolled up diaper we found on the floor:( Sitting area with couch was comfortable! Mini fridge and entire room was set up very nice. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants & shops. Speedy check out and free parking with validation. Lastly was super excited about the free shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles of hotel till 11pm!! Excellent perk!!! read more
