So we have a full suite, kitchen table, kitchen bathroom there's a sink outside the bathroom too so if you're in the bathroom, you have the extra sink living room fireplace in the living room bedroom is big two closets. It's really nice everything here you can stay for like a week. And the girl at the front counter very polite asked me if anything else I need and enjoy my stay. Do I need housekeeping? Supreme and stunning! From the lobby to the breakfast area, outside fire pit, to the rooms and reception hosting, this Hampton Inn looks like it just opened yesterday with flawless service to match. The location is amazing, close to Lehigh but a literal 5 minute walk from a huge shopping, eating, cinema complex. Plenty of parking and great views of the hills nearby. Check in was easy online and matched when we arrived. Having a fully decked out kitchen with two tvs and a door made a long group weekend easy to manage. Even down to the hangers in the closet, the towels at the pool, and the water in the gym you could tell the details still mattered. We also had a large event hosted by the hotel and the service and food was excellent from top to bottom. The lighting touches are spectacular as well. I wish I had more reasons to stay in the area because it's the best hotel experience I've had this year. read more

Housekeeping did not clean our room until we called front desk and even then it was another 40 min before someone showed up. Most hotels have rooms cleaned by 3pm. This hotel is not that large and this should Not have been an issue. Front desk was not very helpful and to be honest she was a little rude and very dismissive. The room was comfortable and the experience really excellent, but it was all due to the front desk clerk--Taji. I had trouble with my reservations (booked through Expedia-NEVER AGAIN) and he made it his personal mission to figure it out. We were very weary travelers and he made our reservation problem go away. He was simply nice. He was welcoming and he cared. If not for him, we would have given up and gone to another hotel. We had a great night's sleep in comfortable beds in a very clean room. Pets are welcome, place is clean and comfortable, could use some upgrades, refresh.. I love when they do away with the carpet and put vinyl flooring just feels cleaner when we allow pets. The breakfast needs work, might as well make the changes needed now before none of this "fake ultra processed junk is available." Hampton Inn can do better. The parking lot at night has too many dark areas, need some more lighting out there criminals do not like light. Other than that this is our favorite place to stay when in the area! I am shocked at the room I am in. The Hampton Inn is ALWAYS my go to whenever I travel. It's always clean , neat and comfortable. Besides that we weren't even greeted when we walked in and the counter staff took their time to even look up at us, we were given a room on the first floor and the room was freezing. We put our things down and left for the day. When we came back we noticed there were crumbs and a peanut on the floor. Then I asked my friend if the sick on the floor was hers. She said no so that meant it was the previous guests dirty sock on the floor. Obviously the floor wasn't vacuumed or clean. I am having a hard time sleeping bc I don't think the sheets were changed. We called to tell them and they said we only have a king bed room left We are friends traveling and don't want to share a bed. So disgusting and disappointing. It was pretty pricey too. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. This room was the most dirtiest hotel room I had ever experienced in my life. Might as well have went to a motel. When we initially came in, some of the towels were soiled with stains on them. In addition to that when I went as the first person to shower during my stay, there were previous people who stood in this rooms shaving hairs stuck onto the wall. Our toilets kept getting flooded where we had to call workers to fix the overflow of our toilets constantly. The icing on top of everything was the fact that we had bed bugs in our bed. One good thing is we got a complete refund. We have came here in the past and never had this issue. BEWARE DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Not safe. The breakfast was gross too. Great hotel right off the highway. Good for a quick nights sleep after a long drive through the mountains. A clean and fresh room, good water pressure and a full breakfast is all I need. This checked all those boxes. It is a bit of a ride to food however; but overall convenient for my morning commute. I did notice that there is a Wegmans food store within and mile or so if you wanted some room snacks or dinner. read more

We stayed over President's Day weekend at the Hampton Inn while visiting the Crayola Experience in Easton and hitting the slopes at Blue Mountain, so it was a good location for us that sat between both attractions. The key criteria it fulfilled was location, they had served breakfast, had an indoor pool for our 4 yo, and decent standard of quality. We had a standard size room which was on the smaller side for even a family of three. The pool was average size. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but I liked the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station that was available throughout the day. They also had a decent business center with two computers that I used in the mornings. It was a little packed that weekend. There was a girl's volleyball team that was staying as well as a large party of Asians (pot calling the kettle black :-D) who were also there, thus, the dining hall was packed and difficult to find seating. The gripes I had was that we had a room that had a shared doorway with another family which you could hear everything, public bathrooms weren't maintained as frequently as they should and the pool has heavily chlorinated. But overall had a generally positive stay. read more

Nice place. Nicer than I thought it would be. As for my towel test (I expect hotels to give me absolutely HUGE towels for showering), they failed. It was small. But was a nice-sized room for 2 (daughter and I took a 1-night road trip). Easy to get to just off of the main highway. Complimentary breakfast was quite big and nice. Only downside: Our room was first floor, evidently near the custodial rooms, Around 6 or 7 a.m. we were awakened by the entire hotel's custodial staff getting their things and laughing and joking. Good for them, not so much for us. Would definitely stay there again, *on another floor*, if we're ever in town again. read more

I stayed in room 339 of this hotel between 7/21/21 and 7/27/21. The negative aspects of my stay included: * room smelled terribly of smoke, * tan dried liquid residue which resembled vomit was on bathroom toilet seat and bathroom door, * bathroom ceiling was spotted with what looked like mold stains, * patch on the wall as I walked in the room on the right near the floor needed to be properly painted, * television remote control was encrusted, * television channel guide did not display the programming content properly, * television's Netflix and Amazon Prime apps were nonfunctional, * I requested extra towels which were promptly brought up to me, but the wash cloth had dried dark red residue on it, which looked like blood, * I needed an extra room key card at one point and that was also encrusted with something, * the continental breakfast the first day featured near-black bananas and eggs among other things, and no bananas and no eggs the second day, * the staff seemed begrudgingly polite -- the cleaning person referred to me as "blanco" into her speaker phone when I smiled and waved hi, * the fitness room is tiny, cramped, and poorly lit, and * the swimming pool is very small and poorly lit. Positive aspects of my stay included: * the bed was very comfortable, and * the location of the hotel was very convenient. Overall this was my worst stay in a hotel ever (thus far). I have traveled all over the U.S., Europe, and to China. I was extremely disappointed and it was far below my expectations for a Hilton-brand hotel. I lodged my complaints at checkout, and was told there was not a manager there to speak with (this was at 11 AM on Tuesday). I was told I would receive a call today from the manager, but no call has arrived. There is another Hampton in the Nazareth/Easton area that relatives stayed in for a wedding that they tell me was very good. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. read more

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed here on a Saturday night and had a one bedroom suite. Very nice and clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen had full size refrigerator, sink, glasses, plates and even a wine bottle opener (thank God because I forgot mine!!). Parking is plentiful even on a busy Saturday. There is a club in the neighboring hotel, which was ok. This is about 7 miles from the Sands casino as well. Really nice room and we would definitely stay here again! read more

Horrible location. Had booked a room for the night before my wedding. Last minute change made me cancel the room at 9:30am. They still charged me as if I stayed in the room. There was NOTHING indicating I had to cancel 24 hours before. And we used this location for our wedding guests. Corporate wanted to give me points instead of a refund. I will try NEVER USE Hilton / Hampton again. My then fiancé had to change rooms while she was there. Her first room had a soiled sofa and the refrigerator was dirty. The overnight clerk was rude when she asked for a change. They get 0ne star for having a hotel license. read more

Do not stay at this Hampton Inn in Bethlehem. I was staying there for a week for work and an employee broke into my room while I was at work and stole items from my room. The maintenance people were able to find out which employee BROKE INTO MY ROOM. The GM was absolutely unhelpful and hid in his office while I tried to explain. I had to have the police arrive and create a report. To date, this hotel has taken zero corrective actions. As far as I know the employee is still employee. Do not stay at this facility. If you do, LOCK YOUR BELONGINGS. I have tried numerous times to work with Hilton Corporate and local Hilton but come up empty. DO NOT STAY HERE! spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at another hotel close by. There is even another Hampton Inn owned by a different franchiser not far away. This is a Best Western with Hampton Inn written across the front. As far as the hotel itself, it was old and had an older layout but was updated. It was a standard Hampton Inn Room. The staff is what makes this place unsafe to stay. Keep your kids and family members safe. You do not know who will enter the room here. read more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn over Easter weekend. I love that Hampton now offers online check-in 24 hours in advance. This feature affords you the chance to pick your room before you get there and is similar to flight check in. Because I was pre checked in, the process upon arriving at the hotel after midnight was very simple. I just picked up the room keys and was on my way. The room was clean, but slightly dated and worn out (the dresser drawer bottom was splintered and only attached by two corners). The large fridge was a bonus, but it and the air conditioner unit were very noisy. However the bed was extremely comfortable and the Waterpic shower head had fantastic water pressure! The hotel has a nice gym and an indoor pool that we didn't have time to enjoy, but we did partake in our free daily breakfast! Each day there was an egg dish and a protein (turkey sausage, ham, and bacon were our three days) plus two waffle makers, pastries, bagels, toast, coffee/ tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal. There was plenty of table seating inside, plus a couple of tables on the patio, and a nice sofa area by the fire place that we enjoyed. The one negative of our stay was that they neglected to clean our room one day so I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels late at night. The lady at the front desk was snarky and that said we must have had the Do not Disturb sign on- which we didn't. I was not a fan being blamed for the error instead of receiving an apology. The mistake didn't bother me until she started the blame game. Other than this gaffe, the stay was what you'd expect at this chain. I do hope they update the rooms soon though. read more

We stayed here the Saturday before Easter for a concert at Sands. The location is in close proximity to everything in Bethlehem.Parking is easy to find during the day but it is pretty packed at night. I decided to park in a well lit area away from the bank due to a review here staying there were some break-ins to a few cars parked on the hill near the bank. Check in was a breeze and there were tasty cookies at the front desk when we arrived. While checking in I noticed the beautiful lounge area which also had a fireplace. We're were informed that there is a gym and indoor pool, although we didn't have time to check either one out. Our room was the very last room on the second floor in the left wing - right in the corner. The hallways smelled funny, like BO, but the carpet looked clean with the exception of a few spots. Our room was clean, nothing too special or modern, but it looked nice. The bathroom was clean and neat, although there was a small hole in the shower curtain. I appreciated the large fridge and microwave, although we didn't really use them. The wifi was relatively easy to get into, although I'm not sure if it would have been free if you stay more than one night (I think wifi should always be free, but that is just my opinion). The cable was quite basic. We went to the concert and came back early the next morning no muss no fuss. Our King bed was super comfy and we feel asleep quickly. In the morning I set my alarm to get up in time for the complementary breakfast. They had a good variety of food - cheese omelets, cereal, oatmeal, egg whites, waffles, etc. They even had cooled eggs for easter which were a cute touch. Waffles are DIY so as long as you read the directions it's pretty fool proof, although I found it odd that I had to make my own Waffles. Oh well, at least it was free! They also had a nice variety of coffee and packaged teas. After eating we packed everything up for check out, which was very simple. Overall, we had a great time! I travel to the Lehigh Valley about twice per year. This particular Hampton has become like my "home" away from home. I have come to know the area and have always felt comfortable staying here. It is in a great location with easy access to almost anywhere in the valley. I get my FREE wireless internet and FREE hot breakfast each morning. Take that more upscale hotels! In your face!! I have tried staying other places in the past but always come back to this Hampton. It is also a bonus that the staff is very friendly. Oh yeah, and the rooms here have a microwave and a fridge. Not all Hampton Inns have that. Take that!! To clarify, this 4 stars is not when compared to all hotels everywhere. I am a fan of staying in this hotel while in the Lehigh Valley. read more

The person who took our reservation was unclear about the address/directions, causing us quite a bit of extra hassle when trying to find the place. She also neglected to note our request for a sofa bed, which meant that the wrong room was waiting for us and more scrambling had to be done. The room that we finally got - after being given two rooms that had clearly had smokers as the last people in - was very clean and had lots of nice extras: magnifying mirror, microwave w/ popcorn, etc. The indoor pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Besides the snafus previously mentioned, my biggest complaint is that this very large hotel (110 rooms according to their website) has only nine breakfast tables. Yes, you read that right: 9 !! And three of these tables are outside on the patio, which allows smoking. So if you are a non-smoker, or if it is raining, the table count goes down to SIX! Even with nine tables, a lot of people end up standing with their plates of breakfast and out of luck. Overall, the pluses of this hotel come with some real drawbacks. read more

Check in was efficient, but cold (I thought maybe the clerk was having a bad day, but when i returned to buy snacks later that evening, her disposition had not changed...I can only hope for her sake that she is not going into a career in hospitality (please don't).) The rooms are standard; not all my light switches work, the TV is dimming itself into oblivion (super annoying) and the un-life guarded pool is locked down at, I can only assume, 7pm? (C'Mon..!) I would recommend if there were no other options... Love the little town of Bethlehem, though... well, the downtown, that is. read more

Everything was as we would expect of a Hampton: friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a decent breakfast with plenty of seating. I often enjoy Hampton Inns, but this location left some to be desired. The bathroom was cleaned, but still dirty. A woman's strands of hair were still in the tub, floor still had visible dirt. The thermostat had no visible readout, so no way to tell what temp it was set to. Complimentary breakfast was good. read more

Nice place and location! Breakfast starts at 6am, but normally the food (free) is available before 6am. Front/ desk and food staff friendly. Room and bathroom are clean. Parking in front of hotel is limited, some side and larger rear parking available. Outside is fairly well illuminated. Hotel has travel "necessities" and some snacks for sale, but its closely guarded and hidden near the front desk. Ask front desk associate for its location. Overall, its a good hotel. read more

The person at check in was great. I got to my room what a disappointment. I had a nonsmoking room and I could smell smoke. Next I sit on the bed and I feel the bed springs and the bed makes noise. I travel often and have been a Hilton Honors member since 1999. This hotel has a very pleasant staff all around. We arrived at 10pm after a 9 hour drive from Cincinnati to find the indoor pool closed. My wife asked if the kids could blowoff some energy for a short dip and was told they can swim until 11pm. BRAVO! The person closing the pool after we left asked the kids if they had fun and didn't seem to mind at all he was an hour behind schedule. Kids thanked the gentleman for allowing them to swim and he gave them a high five. AWESOME! Breakfast the next morning at 9 was warm and fresh, again SWEET! Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaints would be the pillows being feather, being allergic made for a restless night and the AC unit never turned off despite being set to 72 degrees and fan to AUTO. Recently stayed at this hotel for business with a large group. Six of our rooms had bugs; millipedes and box elder bugs. Rooms were musty, outdated and the mattresses were brutal. They were very accommodating with our travel schedule and shuttles, but I will not go back to this hotel based strictly on cleanliness. Doors were routinely propped open, probably the cause of why there were so many bugs. Also does not make me feel very secure. read more

The lobby area is nice and standard hampton amenities, however my room felt very outdated compared to the other Hamptons I've stayed at. Convenient location and breakfast here is always a plus. The only negative thing I could think of was they are in the process of redoing rooms so when we arrived the hall had a bunch of room furniture in it. However it was all cleaned up by 4pm. Not a pleasant stay. Bathtub was dirty...specks of some kind of crud inside, hopefully coffee grounds but we're not sure. TP roll holder fell off the wall. TV was stupid; channel numbers didn't show on screen so impossible to know what channel was on and remote was too basic. Breakfast very disappointing. Not well stocked. Open till ten but didn't refill after 8:30 so nothing decent to eat (except key lime yogurt and apples). Out of everything, tables dirty, just not a good way to start the day. Thankfully bed was comfy queen size but otherwise not a good stay. read more
