We stopped in for drinks around Christmas to look at the decorations. They decorate the lobby so beautifully. The drinks were delicious & strong. There were no tables or bar space on a Sunday evening, but we were able to sit in the lobby and enjoy the ambiance. We had a wonderful experience

Hotel Bethlehem is beautiful inside and out. Stayed one night while in town visiting friends. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The couch is looking a little worn and dirty. There was also some blue tape on the ceiling covering an opening. There is a small fridge you can use to store items. One down side is the TV. No Netflix or up to date TV available. We had breakfast in the Taproom. Food was delicious and service was great. Valet parking only at this time as they are updating the hotels parking lot. We were taken by shuttle to get our car which was parked a little way away.

The interior decor and service was great. You get an amazing view of the mountains afar from the dining hall. Service was amazing. We had a special celebration of 2 birthdays so, they brought complimentary desserts for us. Chef also offered complimentary appetizer. Very friendly environment. Crabcake I got for entree was amazing. The clam chowder was ok though. I would come again for celebration in Bethlehem.

A lovely place to go for Christmas brunch! Many options and seasonal drinks available. They werent allowing brunch guests to park in the lot and offered a bus with overflow parking, that could have been communicated to guests when booking the brunch instead of day of. The decorations and tree were stunning and music during the brunch and caricatures were a nice touch.

Susan, Francoise, Nina, Faith, and the entire Hotel B team were at it again, making my stay an awesome, memorable experience. When I'm here, I'm home...among family and friends. Spacious, beautiful rooms. Need a quiet oasis, ask for rooms 629 or 829. Or request a room overlooking Main Street for a spectacular, historic view. The food is amazing and the service is truly top notch! See you next year!

Very cozy historic hotel in the center of Bethlehem. My husband and I came here for job interviews and this hotel was located perfectly just a short drive from most places. Tons of stores, restaurants in the area. Our room was really comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service was 10/10. I finished a bit early and grabbed a bite at the tavern in the lobby of the hotel. Very affordable and delicious food. Would come back !

We just got back from our 2 night stay at The Historic Bethlehem hotel. What an amazing time we had at this magical place. The hotel was decorated for the holidays, 2 gigantic Christmas trees in the main lobby, the energy was in the air! We were greeted by the front desk staff. Suzie was working the front desk and greeted us with a big smile and hello. Maria was there as well and greeted us the same way. They both were so nice and were able to get us our room earlier than expected. Suzie moved us to the 7th floor and told us that we had a room with a wonderful view. Our room was dressed so beautifully. The linens and bed were perfect, the room a decent size and the bathroom with marble floors. (Not too big). Our view was looking out to the Lehigh Valley, and the Main Street with all the wonderful historic buildings. You can hear the sound of the freight engines whistle and just take it all in. Up in the mountains, you can see the star brightly lit at the mountain top! In the hotel, besides the catering functions that they do, the lobby of filled with piano music by Gary Mies which was amazing. The lobby led you to the stairs up to their restaurant. The main dining restaurant was decorated as well with elves on flying geese, palm trees, wall lighting and huge windows (chilly). Chelsea's our waitress actually took care of us for the amazing brunch (OMG)! And our dinner. She was pleasant and social with our table, her service was good are well. Across the lobby to the other side is their tap room bar. Spiros was tending bar and took great care of its as we sat for a while, watching the game and just enjoying the experience. We really had an amazing time at the hotel and I am looking forward to going back next year again with my kids and their families.

Bethlehem is known as The Christmas City and while there, lunch at The Hotel Bethlehem is a must! We ate there today. We had wonderful cocktails, delicious chicken salad sandwiches and delectable desserts of chocolate mousse and pumpkin cake a la mode with our coffee and tea (total bill $83). Plus, the whole place is decorated for the holidays. Don't miss a visit to their little store too!

I give this place seven stars, the atmosphere was all so lovely. Live music . Reservations are a complete must in this hotel, Bethlehem, we didn't get an opportunity to make reservations, but we were lucky enough to be seated at the bar where we met our bartender Sirios And Courtney Jo, We ordered a lovely dinner. I had a beautiful spinach salad with pecans, feta cheese, and the vinaigrette dressing that was drizzled on top with beautiful raspberries. This salad was so delicious. We also had a beautiful lobster bisque soup. Then the grand finale was a lobster roll on a buttery brioche rolls. It was so buttery and delicious that the butter was all over my eyeglasses. That's how I deeply involved in this delicious lobster roll I was lol lol. For our beverage, he chose Hoegarden beer , And I had a Cupid love, Prosecco and raspberry. So delicious the atmosphere was so romantic.

We have the Hilton Honors app, so check-in was easy, picked our own room, and used the digital key feature on our phone. We got the Queen Suite, which has 2 queen beds, 1 couch, full size fridge, sink, and microwave. The room was spacious, beds seem fresh, and bathroom was clean! Bathroom came with full-size shampoo and conditioner bottles on the shower wall. The water pressure was strong, temperature was perfect- only thing is there was no fan in the bathroom. The stay offers free hot breakfast, which included waffles with various toppings, omelettes, oatmeal, cereal, bread, bagel, fruits, and of course coffee and juice varieties. The dining attendees seemed pleasant and hardworking. Breakfast was available from 6am to 10am on weekends, and 6am to 9am on weekdays. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both days we stayed, although they didn't change out any items- both days (Sunday & Monday) offered same food items. The facility also has a small gym and inside pool. No outside pool but there was a big fire-pit that stayed lit out in front entrance patio area. The only complaint is that the room walls are pretty thin, so we heard our neighbors' conversations very clearly. Either walls were thin, or our neighbors spoke very loudly. Also heard running and stomping on the hallways throughout the stay. We did stay on the first floor, so maybe it was typical due to high traffic in the lobby area.

Thankfully you can pull up to the hotel and temporarily park there but that can probably accommodate only about half a dozen cars so if it's a busy day, you might end having to lug all your stuff across the street from the garage. The hotel does validate parking which is nice. Breakfast is included which is nice. It does end at 9 AM on weekdays. I thought they had a nice selection of hot foods. There were eggs, bacon bits, sausage, pancakes. My husband went back for more pancakes. There was also hot oatmeal and toppings, not just those cheap instant oatmeal packets. My husband also enjoyed the coffee. Apart from the usual half and half for creamer, they also have oat milk. There was a nice selection of teas for tea drinkers like me. We had a room with a king bed which was fairly spacious. It had a mini fridge, a desk and chair and a sitting area. The drawback about the shower was at the shower "door" didn't actually extend the full length also water squashes everywhere after a shower. My husband also saw an enormous smushed cockroach near the lobby elevator. We arrived relatively late at night due to travel. I called to head to the hotel to let them know that we were going to be delayed and they said to call back if we were even more delayed to avoid being marked as no shows. I was a little taken aback as we had already paid for that night's day and I'd never heard of being marked by a hotel for being a no-show simply for arriving late in the evening. Overall we had a decent stay and would consider staying again. I'm just glad I wasn't the one who saw the smushed cockroach or when it was alive.

Right across the street is a garage where hotel guests park for free with validation. The lobby is wonderful with seating, front desk, breakfast dining area, and an on-site eatery and bar. (The breakfast looked amazing but we can't get up that early.) Pamela and Krishna were exceptional front desk staff that made our stay enjoyable. Our room was large and clean with a great heating and cooling system. There was a problem with the bathroom: The inside door handle was broken. The shower was too small with a strange half-door that even if angled properly, still sent water to the floor. The water remained warm and never got hot. The fitness center isn't much and we passed on the pool and it's milky water. It really looked sickly. Sleeping was great but the major problems occurred on the morning of our departure. Check-out is at noon yet, even with our "do not disturb" sign out, a housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:30 AM while we were sleeping. I think she wanted to make sure we were up to check out on time because she didn't knock on anyone else's door. At checkout, there was no way for me to pick up my girlfriend because six vehicles blocked the small entrance/exit to the property. Even though there's a parking sign for 15 minutes, one SUV remained there for over a half-hour. We will give this property another shot because Hyatt's are usually a step above.

In this room, we went to use the toilet and the bathroom light was out. Again, I called the front desk and I was moved to a 3rd room. The 3rd room was adequate. The hotel rooms are pretty worn down. The quality touch in cleaning and replenishing the room is lacking. The kitchenette did not have any soap or sponges. When we went to eat there were no forks. I went to the front desk to get some plastic ones. The front desk clerk suggested I check the dishwasher. When I opened it was full of plates and the rest of the utensils. I selected this hotel because it was pet friendly and in a good area, however the cleanliness and attention to detail was lacking.
