I've seen everything here from rock concerts to traveling shows like Cirque du Soleil, and they always bring in a solid lineup of events. It's about an hour and a half from my house, which makes it a really convenient spot for bigger shows without having to go all the way into a major city. The venue itself is well organized and the staff always do a good job keeping things running smoothly. I've always felt safe here, even when the crowd gets packed for sold out shows. Depending on the event, the setup can be seated or general admission, which keeps it flexible for different types of performances. Normally the acoustics are really good, although at the most recent show they were a little bit off compared to what I've experienced before. Ticket prices are pretty average overall not cheap, but not outrageous either for the artists they bring in. Overall, it's a great venue with a consistently good lineup, and I'll definitely keep coming back for shows here.

Being part Irish and just turning 21 2 months before, I knew I had to go check it out. We usually start off with the awesome parade on Main Street then go and check out the festival afterwards. I was impressed by the beer, live shows, sporting events and vendors, this is where I found an awesome sword and one of my favorite hoodies which I wear to this day! (It had my family crest and saying on it and is comfy as heck). I loved the experience so much, I came back for the 2017 festival. Although we had to miss 2018, we came back yesterday for the 2019 festival and it was a welcome return! I found a Irish flat cap I loved and wore around the festival as well. I love coming to Bethlehem for the festival, it's a area and there are many reasons to return. Beer, food, music, and you can always find something at the vendors that's completely awesome. I can't wait to return for 2020!

It is an intimate and inexpensive place to see an artist perform. The place seats about 200 people on folding metal chairs, with tickets at $20-$25. The headline act, last night, was the great Rory Block, a soulful blues singer and amazing guitarist who has been playing traditional country blues and old-timey-influenced folk music since the 1960's. She covered classic blues songs by Robert Johnson, Missisippi John Hurt, Son House, Muddy Waters,and others, as well as her original songs, plus she performed a couple of brilliant, acapella gospel numbers. She was captivating, as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed her performance. I was able to meet her after the show, and she autographed an instructional guitar DVD for me. Venue Atmosphere & Layout If you're into a club-style concert vibe, this place nails it. It's basically a big black rectangle of a room in the best waywith a wide open floor that gives you a clear line of sight from almost anywhere. There's also a slightly elevated second-tier area behind the main floor with its own bar and standing space. Great if you want a little more breathing room without sacrificing the view. Bars run almost the full length of the building on both sides, which makes grabbing a drink pretty convenient (I didn't grab any this time, so can't speak to pricing). Security & Entry Here's the one thing you must plan for: entry takes time. Both times I've been here, I missed the first song of the opening band even though I arrived around 6:20 for a 7 PM show. Security is thorough but slow-moving, so if you want to see the opener or get a good spot, show up earlier than you think. Sound Quality & Experience The sound inside Archer is surprisingly good for a venue of this size. I've seen: * Magnolia Park * From Ashes to New * Set It Off * Autumn Kings * Vana * Fame On Fire And every show felt tight, loud, and balanced not the usual muddy wall of noise you get at some club venues.
