Sunset cocktail

Wanderlust Beer Garden offers a chill outdoor experience with a variety of unique seating options, including creative repurposed setups like converted pickup truck beds. When we visited, the covered area was being used for a group to celebrate a birthday. The dog-friendly environment with water bowls adds to the welcoming vibe. The amiable bartenders provided a pleasant experience. They were open to providing suggestions and samples. The diverse drink selection includes beers on tap, ciders, canned cocktails, and draft cocktails. They have separate beverage and food trailers. Some food offerings are: flatbreads, sandwiches, soft pretzels, chicken tenders (to name a few!). The charcuterie board was a highlight that exceeded our expectations! It was amazing: Plentiful, great selection of meat and cheese, super fresh, and shareable. Great live music and clean bathrooms complete the enjoyable experience. I look forward to making the hour drive from NJ to Easton to visit again soon!

The venue

I was the DJ for a wedding yesterday at this venue. I can't tell you how great all the staff was to work with. I wish I could remember everyone's name I would thank you each by name. I can't speak for the restaurant, as I hadn't been here before, but thanks for a great experience as an outside vendor. @dj_ronkelly (instagram) I recommend anyone to have your event here!

I really like Wanderlust Beer Garden. It's a unique place. It's a relaxed setting, totally outdoors. There are food trucks where you order your food and drinks, and there is a band area, they have live music there. There's cornhole and I think there is quoits there as well for people to play, a kids area with a small playground, and a dog area. Overall a relaxed environment for people to get together and catch up with some drinks and food. We had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the cheesesteak. I thought the cheesesteak was good, really cheesy. The flatbread was ok. Drink was great! It was the Caribbean Sea drink.

Seating in front of stage and food trucks

This place is awesome! It's an open beer garden with permanent food trucks and a drink bus. When you walk in, you see random seats and tables all over in such a unique order. There are big tables, small high tops, booths, even covered seating. Sit wherever you like! There's little quirks throughout the garden. A nice size stage in the center for live music. Behind the stage is a playground area for children and even a doggie area. Super dog friendly pups and water bowls everywhere! My cousin and I came around 4:30 on a Friday night. Parked in the same lot as Richards Drive in. We found 2 seats and a table right by the drink bus. Our table was an ironing board! They sell high noons, beers, seltzers, they even have a tap system. The food trucks offer burgers, fries, chicken fingers, different flatbread pizzas and other classics. They even have a gluten free pizza! We got a plain pizza and chicken fingers and fries to share and it was plenty. The live band was funky and fun. They played songs for everyone. It got packed by 5:30. When we left there were people circling the lot looking for parking. Get there early folks! Can't wait to come back and bring the whole family

How the heck did I not know of this place earlier. Unique vibe. Live music. What a great way to spend the afternoon. A hidden gem!

Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich & chips

Wanderlust is a beer garden located in Forks Township in Easton. It's situated right off Sullivan Trail & has a large private parking lot. The new owners of this building have transformed it from sitting unused for years, to opening an eclectic beer garden with food service. Plenty of seating areas which include picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, truck beds transformed into tables- there's definitely plenty of seating. There are several fire pits & even covered seating as well. There is an air stream that is the bar serving draft beers, canned beers, and wines. There are even several canned cocktails, but none made to order. There is a separate food trailer which has offerings of sandwiches, snacks, burgers, flatbreads. I went with a bleu cheeseburger which was awesome. I loved the onion jam & Gorgonzola sauce on my meal. My mom went for the bacon chicken ranch sandwich which she said she also really enjoyed. There are several games laying out for guests to enjoy and there is even a playground for children to enjoy! The venue just built a wedding chapel on site which is large enough to host a wedding. There is live music here for guests to enjoy- but usually only on the weekend days. Guests can check their instagram page to see a schedule for that. So wait a minute- you loved it! Why the four stars instead of five? I really don't enjoy "smoking areas" at establishments. Especially when the parking lot is only about 500 more paces from the designated smoking area. On the other side of the fence from the smoking area is picnic tables of people sitting that do not wish to be smoking, but inevitably you still are consumed by it anyway. The smoking area is also close by to games & the playground that other guests may wish to enjoy. Upon walking in there's a sign that reads something along the lines of leaving outside food & beverage behind & water bottles- they make their money from you ordering here. It's 2023, I'm a firm believer in carrying my reusable water bottle everywhere- especially when it gets hot in the summer. I get the idea of people that ruin it for everyone bringing outside drinks that shouldn't be in a bottle inside, but it's just always nice to have it with me while hanging out at a spot like this. The smokers can bring in their cigarettes, but I couldn't bring my water... Aside from those 2 small things- I still loved my time here. The decor is incredible & you'd never know you're situated in forks township when you look around. The staff was friendly, especially the bartender at the air stream trailer! My family comes here a lot, and I'll definitely be wanting to come back here when I visit.

Outside cozy barn for events

Amazing lobster roll! It was actually big and filling! Lots of lobster. We were outside in the barn with the loft and it was warm and cozy even though we had rain and 40 degree weather. We explored around the property and it's just as beautiful. Love to wall of pumpkins! So festive and creative.

It's a nice place to sit outside when there's music thanks for the children to do. Food trucks are bad and the poor pretty well.

Drink responsibly. Thankfully, they offer different sizes, from tasters to pints. Great to know, especially if you love good beer - Weyerbacher has a varied selection and they're all superior. I've been chasing good Belgian beer since my trip to Belgium two years ago, but nothing stateside has ever compared. Weyerbacher is, arguably, some of the best beer in PA, if not the entire country. Yep - I said it. Their brewery location is huge, with indoor and outdoor seating. Food is BYO, and there was an onsite food truck the day we visited. On the Saturday afternoon we visited, there was a man with a guitar who was very pleasant to listen to. I'm not one for loud music, but I found his playlist and musicality added to the experience. The bartender was super kind and personable, and there is plentiful parking onsite. The space is accessible, and there is merch, beer to go, and other fun things for sale - besides the rotating 20 or so beers on tap. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Weyerbacher.

Outdoor seating area would've been nice if it wasn't for the fact that the food truck compressor was running maybe 20 feet away making an abysmal noise so we sat inside. There was plenty of parking.

The brewpub is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday until 11:00 PM, and Sunday until 9:00 PM. My friend and I stopped in for the first time early Thursday evening. The space has a relaxed, modern vibe, and aside from a few people at the bar, we had the place to ourselves. We started with the wings, which are beer-brined for 24 hours. Hot and tender, coated in a tasty BBQ sauce, they were enjoyable, but could have used a bit more crisp. Next were the chicken nachos, made with corn tortilla chips topped with beer cheese fondue, chipotle aioli, mango pico de gallo, hibiscus pickled onion, and micro cilantro. The ingredients were fresh, well-proportioned, and evenly distributed. This is exactly how nachos should be done. For my main, I went with the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, crispy chicken topped with hot honey, buttermilk ranch, and dill pickles. My friend went with the Vault Burger, cooked to a perfect medium and topped with caramelized onions, Vault sauce, dill pickles, cooper sharp, lettuce, and tomato. All handhelds come with a salad, but we upgraded to fries, which arrived fresh out the fryer. Everything we tried was solid, the service was on point, and there are plenty of dishes I still want to try. I'll be back.
