Won of the only eatable and drinkable places in all of eastern PA put all others to shame

This place is such a huge hit everything was great never have any luck in Pa this changed it

Lunch special - southwestern salad and brisket flatbread

I came across this place after my bridal hair and makeup trial and what a cute spot! I love the rustic set up and the women were friendly and welcoming. I had the lunch special - southwestern salad with the brisket onion flatbread and enjoyed it! It was light and not too heavy which is exactly what I was looking for.

While traveling to Cape Cod, MA, we decided to make a stop in Easton, PA for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I had never been there before, and secondly, we were intrigued by this particular winery. It seemed unique, urban, and had the kind of city vibe we enjoy. Plus, it felt like a great way to kick off our vacation. We made reservations, which was an easy process, although it turned out they weren't necessary. Better safe than sorry, though. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, and our waiter was incredible. We started off with two wine flights. I requested the Rover Red, which had peppery notes reminiscent of a Syrah; the Legacy, a medium-bodied wine aged on oak chips with hints of cherry and blackberry, likely a Pinot Noir; Cab Franc; and the Tradition, another medium-bodied wine bursting with flavors. Unfortunately, the Tradition was sold out, which I took as a good sign. Instead, our waiter brought us the Cabernet Sauvignon, and that turned out to be a fantastic substitute--it was amazing. The food was equally impressive. Everything on the menu looked terrific. We tried the margarita flatbread and a handheld sandwich, both of which were delicious. The wine was reasonably priced at $10 per glass or $26 per bottle. After enjoying a couple of glasses, we decided to purchase two bottles to take home. The ambiance of the place was charming, with a lovely brick-and-mortar aesthetic both inside and out. The winery is situated in a plaza that used to be some sort of mill and now houses a variety of shops. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The combination of excellent wine, tasty food, and a unique urban setting made it a perfect start to our vacation.

BEAUTIFUL place with exposed brick & industrial farm doors. A lot of repurposed material. Very nice aesthetics. But when e got there, our reservation was given away & it took 3 ppl to figure it out. We chose the Mimosa flight and a flight of wines. Asked the server what her suggestions were and she was very informative. The grapefruit and sage mimosa had me thinking I was drinking a candle but the complexity of the flavors made me fall in love with it. The wines we chose were just ok. The food was good. I got the Spinach & Artichoke Flatbread. Yum! And we shared the Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait. It was a Saturday so it was super loud. Plus, they sat us right in front of the live musician. Maybe next time, a seat on the perimeter would be better if you wanna have a conversation.

Beautiful place with high ceilings. They offer $11 wine flights which is a great price. Their food was surprisingly very good. It is more of appetizer style food, but done very well. Charcuterie board - lots of different cheeses (including local!), different meats, etc. Nachos - huge portion, the cheese is super thick (beer cheese), delicious would recommend adding the meat Buffalo chicken dip - tasty but not a huge dip but lots of chips (would choose the nachos over this) Baked Brie - if you're a fan of Brie this is awesome. The puff pastry is very well done If you like sweet wine the Cayuga is very sweet. Less sweet but also good is the Niagara. They have some pretty unique and tasty cocktails as well. Service was good, nothing crazy. They didn't charge us a large party fee which was nice, otherwise was a very enjoyable place with surprisingly good food (little price on the food but reasonably priced alcohol!) Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

Great environment for meeting to catch up with friends, which was the reason for our visit. They quickly sat our table of 5 and Jennifer took good care of us- always making sure we were topped up on drinks and food. For food we had the french onion soup and nachors with pork. In addition to their wide-ranging list of wine there's also craft cocktails and local draft and canned beer. This is a lovely option with a large dining room and plenty of parking if you don't want to venture the extra mile downtown.

We came here last month with a good friend when we were visiting and this was a very nice restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing and you could easily spend a while in here. The food was really, really good and we enjoyed the baked brie, giant pretzel, and crab dip and the flavors were all robust and tantalizing. The beer selection was surprisingly pretty good given that this is a winery, but the wine overall was just so-so. We tried several of the wines (red and white) and nothing truly stood out or was good enough that we'd want to take home a bottle. Hopefully they keep improving on the wine as everything else here is great and we'd definitely come here again.

What a gem- Easton Wine Project is an urban winery located in the historic Simon Silk Mill area in Easton, Pennsylvania . Enjoy local wine that is produced on-site, craft beers from breweries throughout Pennsylvania, and cocktails featuring spirits from local distilleries. They have 16 types of wine from dry reds and dry whites to rose and sweet, fruit varieties. The have wine for every palate. You can always order the wine sampler, which you get to sample Any 5 wines for $11 and receive there wine glass with there name is engraved into the glass for free. And don't forget there food. The have great appetizers-meals and don't forget desserts. Friday and Saturday evening they have live music. Recommend to reserve a table. We had the honor to have waitress Paige who was fabulous, on a Saturday night , we had a party of 10, celebrating my daughters birthday, and reserved a large table. Everything was above par. Paige went above and beyond for our party.

Im visiting from Houston and my friends took me here for our date night. The drinks were phenomenal, the atmosphere was very chill and upbeat. There was live music (every Friday and Saturday). The gentleman singing had a beautiful voice! I wanted to stay and listen to him all night. I got the mushroom ravioli. It wasn't bad, but wasn't anything special. Everything else my table got was perfect. I'd recommend the pretzel, crab dip, slider appetizers, black and bleu burger, and any flatbread. Their wine tasting is only $11 and you get a souvenir glass! Our server was attentive and very sweet. I'll make sure to stop here next time I'm in town!

    Birthday Tasting? Yes. Please.

The service and ambiance is impeccable. And a trip to the Silk Mill area is a treat. Our server, Marissa was tremendous! I'm fact one of the best I've come in contact with in years! The wine is good and the Rose was worth it. I'm not even a Rose Gal but it was refreshing and not too sweet. If it's simmer, don't hesitate to order the Lobster Roll but the rest was meh. I recommended lemon and salt for the Buddha Bowl and the Guac, while fresh was under seasoned and needed garlic, lemon and salt. They were incredibly kind though and I would return to give it another go!

One of the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. I love going back and ordering it a majority of the time I go.

Easton Wine Project is a great addition to the silk mill area of Easton. The atmosphere when you walk in instantly calms you & puts you in a great mood. The seating options range from couches to high tops & low tops. It's a great place to meet up with friends and hang out, go on a date night, or have an event. As soon as you seat yourself a service member comes to your table with water & will help you place an order. They offer a great flight of wine, and also offer several local beers as well. The food menu looks amazing although we didn't try any of it out while we were there. Our server was excellent and our cups never went empty of whatever we were drinking! Easton Wine Project is such a great spot and I'm so glad that our area has added something like this!

Cozy little table behind the wooden slats.

So great place, nice people but wasn't impressed with wine. The food is different and worth a try but we ate already. Hopefully wine will improve as I really want to try the food. The area is amazing!

Nowt a bad experience. The menu is appropriate to the wine. This is a Wine Bar- that is the focus. Jason, the proprietor knows his trade very well, and is not bashful to discuss it, his passion for it, and his history in said trade. Said passion runs thoroughly deep, and his wealth of knowledge may even supersede this. The monthly Wine Dinners showcase his unending search for lesser known, and often hard to find wines within the contiguous United States- Jason being an ex-pat Aussie. I've come to expect a bit of a story and charade with each dinner- and experience. I like that the sampled wines are all generally for sale. The food is usually paired very well, and executed as such. There do seem to be a regularly rotating staff, but that's irrelevant to the experiences. It's his show. Sometimes the portions can be a bit too large at the dinners, and that says a lot for the price- very fair. As for the restaurant proper, the portions are fine. His curated charcuterie board is spectacular, and local. The Bavarian aspect is appreciated quite well. I miss Zum Stammtisch in NY- now, that does not mean this is a German Restaurant, but there are enough influences and pop-up fare that ist es wunderbar! His schnitzels are always thin as paper, crispy as seashells, and delightfully tasty. We always have the German Fare when it's available, as it so often it. For a state populated by/with so many Germans, this is THE ONLY good true German food around. The overall decor is a bit dim (lighting) and old world European- this is not negative- I prefer this to modern settings. There is a 'secret' Narnia room which is reserved for parties of 12 or more. I quite like the concept- though have not used it- had the tour. Again, the wine list is incredibly extensive, and you can always find what you want. Ask. Then, visit the curated wine shop next door! Truly one of a kind. That's another review. Book the specialty dinners weeks in advance as they generally sell out, but pop on a standard night, as there are usually a few tables open. Sit at the bar and chat with the staff about the wines- it's an adventure.

While the food wasn't personally my favorite, a few dishes stood out--especially the Roman-style grilled artichoke, which had the perfect crispness, along with the lobster ravioli and the German apple cake, which was nicely balanced and not overly sweet. The flavors overall leaned earthy, which may just not be my personal preference, as my parents love this place and are regulars. I would definitely come back for wine and appetizers. The restaurant offers authentic German cuisine and is truly unique, with nothing else quite like it in the Lehigh Valley.

The aged steaks are well prepared, and the 500-degree plate presentation does what it is designed to do. The sizzling plate may impress first-timers, but it is straight from the national chain playbook and no longer feels special. It preserves heat, not originality. Sides are à la carte and priced aggressively for what are essentially standard steakhouse accompaniments. They are fine. They are not memorable. At this price point, diners reasonably expect at least one dish that shows some imagination. The wine list is the biggest disappointment. It reads like a Pennsylvania "Chairman's Selection" circular rather than a curated cellar. Safe, widely available bottles dominate, with little depth or personality. For a restaurant positioning itself as an upscale destination, that lack of curation is hard to ignore. Service was professional and the dining room attractive. If you want a reliable local steakhouse and do not mind paying for it, Three Oaks will meet expectations. If you are looking for distinction or a reason to return beyond convenience, you may find it difficult to justify the bill.
