EWP is one of my favorite spots for a more upscale meal in the LV. I'm not a wine drinker so I appreciate the cocktails and sangrias on their menu. My go to is the pub pretzel, apple harvest salad, and the focaccia grilled cheese. Highly recommend checking this place out. read more

Stopped here for a quick drink on a Tuesday afternoon. The wine bar is located in a super cute, historic mill building. So the atmosphere is great. We didn't eat so I can't speak to the food. However we mostly enjoyed our drinks. We got a wine flight, a beer, a glass of wine, and a couple of wine slushees while we were there. The best thing we drank was the Concord grape wine slushee. It was so good. The 1752 sparkling wine was our favorite from the flight. The transmission IPA was better than the citrus IPA. The main reason I only gave four stars was because the service was slow. One star knocked off because we appreciate some interaction with staff during a tasting, but here they just drop the flight and let you fend for yourself. While traveling to Cape Cod, MA, we decided to make a stop in Easton, PA for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I had never been there before, and secondly, we were intrigued by this particular winery. It seemed unique, urban, and had the kind of city vibe we enjoy. Plus, it felt like a great way to kick off our vacation. We made reservations, which was an easy process, although it turned out they weren't necessary. Better safe than sorry, though. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, and our waiter was incredible. We started off with two wine flights. I requested the Rover Red, which had peppery notes reminiscent of a Syrah; the Legacy, a medium-bodied wine aged on oak chips with hints of cherry and blackberry, likely a Pinot Noir; Cab Franc; and the Tradition, another medium-bodied wine bursting with flavors. Unfortunately, the Tradition was sold out, which I took as a good sign. Instead, our waiter brought us the Cabernet Sauvignon, and that turned out to be a fantastic substitute--it was amazing. The food was equally impressive. Everything on the menu looked terrific. We tried the margarita flatbread and a handheld sandwich, both of which were delicious. The wine was reasonably priced at $10 per glass or $26 per bottle. After enjoying a couple of glasses, we decided to purchase two bottles to take home. The ambiance of the place was charming, with a lovely brick-and-mortar aesthetic both inside and out. The winery is situated in a plaza that used to be some sort of mill and now houses a variety of shops. Overall, it was a delightful experience. We chose the Mimosa flight and a flight of wines. Asked the server what her suggestions were and she was very informative. The grapefruit and sage mimosa had me thinking I was drinking a candle but the complexity of the flavors made me fall in love with it. The wines we chose were just ok. The food was good. I got the Spinach & Artichoke Flatbread. Yum! And we shared the Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait. It was a Saturday so it was super loud. Plus, they sat us right in front of the live musician. Beautiful place with high ceilings. They offer $11 wine flights which is a great price. Their food was surprisingly very good. It is more of appetizer style food, but done very well. Charcuterie board - lots of different cheeses (including local!), different meats, etc. Nachos - huge portion, the cheese is super thick (beer cheese), delicious would recommend adding the meat Buffalo chicken dip - tasty but not a huge dip but lots of chips (would choose the nachos over this) Baked Brie - if you're a fan of Brie this is awesome. The puff pastry is very well done If you like sweet wine the Cayuga is very sweet. Less sweet but also good is the Niagara. They have some pretty unique and tasty cocktails as well. Service was good, nothing crazy. They didn't charge us a large party fee which was nice, otherwise was a very enjoyable place with surprisingly good food (little price on the food but reasonably priced alcohol!) Great environment for meeting to catch up with friends, which was the reason for our visit. They quickly sat our table of 5 and Jennifer took good care of us- always making sure we were topped up on drinks and food. For food we had the french onion soup and nachors with pork. In addition to their wide-ranging list of wine there's also craft cocktails and local draft and canned beer. We came here last month with a good friend when we were visiting and this was a very nice restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing and you could easily spend a while in here. The food was really, really good and we enjoyed the baked brie, giant pretzel, and crab dip and the flavors were all robust and tantalizing. The beer selection was surprisingly pretty good given that this is a winery, but the wine overall was just so-so. We tried several of the wines (red and white) and nothing truly stood out or was good enough that we'd want to take home a bottle. Im visiting from Houston and my friends took me here for our date night. The drinks were phenomenal, the atmosphere was very chill and upbeat. There was live music (every Friday and Saturday). The gentleman singing had a beautiful voice! I wanted to stay and listen to him all night. I got the mushroom ravioli. It wasn't bad, but wasn't anything special. Everything else my table got was perfect. I'd recommend the pretzel, crab dip, slider appetizers, black and bleu burger, and any flatbread. The wine is good and the Rose was worth it. I'm not even a Rose Gal but it was refreshing and not too sweet. If it's simmer, don't hesitate to order the Lobster Roll but the rest was meh. I recommended lemon and salt for the Buddha Bowl and the Guac, while fresh was under seasoned and needed garlic, lemon and salt. The seating options range from couches to high tops & low tops. It's a great place to meet up with friends and hang out, go on a date night, or have an event. As soon as you seat yourself a service member comes to your table with water & will help you place an order. They offer a great flight of wine, and also offer several local beers as well. However, I'm really glad my friend had a chance to introduce me to this lovely establishment pre-quarantine - just so I could come back and introduce it to other wine-loving friends when restaurants reopened. It's been especially difficult staying connected in person with people, and I'm really appreciative of Easton Wine Project taking the necessary precautions to keep the business running safely for everyone to enjoy. There was outdoor seating the last time I visited earlier this fall. Tables were spaced apart, and even though we were seated outside, the staff made sure to check on us often. The food as usual was delicious! I really love their paninis. I got one with turkey, arugula, melted cheese, and blueberry chili. Paired with the wine tasting, dinner was divine. My wife and I went with friends for lunch. I ordered chili as an appetizer and their spicy mac and cheese as my entree. Service was good and the ambience maintained a very cool industrial vibe. We were looking for a new place to go for date night, some friends of ours said that Easton Wine Project was their new go to place, so we decided to give it a try. Easton Wine Project brings the best parts of California's tasting room experiences into an unlikely place, Easton. Fear not, trepidatious oenophiles, the grapes used in Easton Wine Project are not from downtown Easton, the grapes are outsourced. The result is delicious-tasting wines that span from crisp whites to spicy reds. Aside from the awesome product, the venue is super cool. It has a relaxed vibe, chill enough for a casual drink on a weekend, but is still nice enough that that you can bring a date here for a nice night out. They keep everything clean (restrooms included) and every staff member I have met is sociable and knowledgeable about the product. The food was good, the highlight for me was the pretzel charcuterie board, what ever the spicy cheese on there was it was amazing. The Bacon Ranch Flatbread and the Lobster Mac & Cheese were good, but not great. I kind of wish the best thing we ate was not the appetizer. Overall another fine addition to the Date night rotation. I don't know what happened to the service and back kitchen but we had reservations at noon for a business lunch. It took over an hour to get our food. My coworker had to go over and ask them to box up our lunches. The waitstaff was apologizing profusely. I came back to the office to eat a cold lunch with uncooked rice from a spring bowl. We finally got to try out EWP about 2 weeks ago and we are looking forward to another visit to try more wine and food! We shared the Red Rover wine which was delicious (grabbed a bottle for home to go!). We shared the crab dip which was OK but not great. It came out so close to our entrees that we wasted about half of it and the crostini was stale. The focaccia grilled cheese with tomato soup was indulgent and satisfying! This was a pretty cool place to hang in a very cool area that also has other good places to hang out...it's an old industrial site with restored buildings... We saw Seth Witcher (local artist) who is very good and lots of fun... So much potential because of the wonderful converted Easton Silk Mill. The red brick decor, spacious interior and easy parking should result in a perfect experience. However, our experience was the opposite of that. We ordered two glasses of Cabernet and on a 40 degree night the wine was served to us in two hot glasses that clearly just came out of the dishwasher. It was at least 75 degrees causing my wife to put ice in her glass which instantly melted. When we pointed this out to the waitress she seemed nonplussed and a short black haired female manager arrived on the scene and I explained to her that Cabernet should not be served at over 64 degrees. She acted like this is the first time she ever heard this and that we were the problem even after I had her touch the warm glass. Either this woman knows nothing about wine working at the WINE PROJECT or operates under the management philosophy that the customer is always wrong. When I tried to explain the problem again after more attitude she graciously agreed to take our glasses and put them in an ice bucket and return them to us in 15 minutes. Never was there an apology or any acknowledgment of wrongdoing. Needless to say we found the door shortly thereafter. read more

The place was nice & quaint with a friendly staff. There were some hits and misses on the wine but the hits were really good such as the Traminnette (Dry White) and the Traditions (Dry Reds). Finally a true wine bar in the Lehigh Valley! This place is great, albeit a little hard to find. Upon entering the silk mill complex, head all the way back, the building will be on your left, the door is mid way down. The sign is very small and it's easy to miss in broad daylight so I can imagine its impossible at night. Once you find the entrance you'll be pleasantly surprised as to what you see inside. The space is stunning. Its cozy, rustic yet modern and some of the coolest art work adorns the walls... I see you Kurt Cobain. We stopped in on a random Tuesday afternoon and we basically had the place to ourselves. The bartender was sweet and very knowledgeable. We opted for a tasting which is 5 tastes of different wines for $6. A good way to decide what you like. My only gripe is that the wine menu is very heavy on sweet wines. I am a dry red drinker and they only had 3 reds on the entire list. The fruit wines were way too sweet for my liking. We also tried two of their wine cocktails, I was bummed they were out of red sangria. So we opted for white sangria and a holiday drink that I forget the name of but had wine, pomegranate vodka and a cinnamon stick in it. That drink was delicious but the while sangria was again too sweet and tasted like watermelon which isn't exactly a winter flavor. They also serve food which is awesome. We shared a chucutterie board and it had a great variety of meats and cheeses, some dried cranberries and crackers. They even had gluten free crackers as an option (hooray!). On Friday nights they have live music so I'd love to come back for that when I'm in town again. read more

I have now been to the Easton Wine Project several times with my girl where I cannot say enough positives! The wine, food, and friendly / attentive service have consistently been great! The ambience is quite hip and chill. Prices are very fair. In addition, the live musicians have all been talented and very enjoyable. Lastly, when sitting at the bar it is blast seeing the Bob Ross "The Joy of Painting" classics playing with no volume. Have been here several times and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Came today for the Spring You Pick 2 special. First off want to say we don't know who was actually our server since we were approached by one for our order who we never saw again, approached by another to tell us an item was not available. We were never checked on during our entire lunch to see if everything was ok, if we needed anything more etc. The brisket sandwich was more like a quarter of a sandwich with hardly any meat, mushy and warm - the soup was watery and piping hot. Usually we would order another bottle of wine or at least another glass of wine but at this point we sat unnoticed for the entire remainder of our time there, even had to ask for our check. We both work in the industry and typically would raise our concern but we weren't even given the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately this may have been our last visit . read more
