(This was for the show last month with Everclear. As most people do, I'm going to mix two things together here. Partially mumbling about the show and partially mumbling about the venue/experience.) A few things worth noting: I had been here once prior for a seated show but never for a GA one. I'm not really an Everclear fan. Nothing wrong with the music, it just never caught my ear. My daughter is a huge fan so this was totally for her. Part of the GA issue was a non-issue as I forked out for the meet & great package so we were guaranteed to be on the rail as close as you could be. Everything in the email from the 3rd party company that handles the meet & greet stuff was all spot on: Show up at time X. Buy merch if you want before you are let in. You are let in at time X. You are given bag of swag. Band plays a single acoustic song. You line up the 1st time and the band will sign whatever and briefly talk to you about whatever you want. Art loved that I wasn't bringing the kid and that it was more that the kid brought me. You line up the 2nd time for pix with the blast furnaces in the background. This was well all executed. At time Y, the rest of crowd is let in and then you wait an hour until it's time to start except it wasn't really time to start as there was an opening act that no one seemed to know about. The show was the show. When you're that close, the sound is hard to judge. To me, it's all a sludgy mess musically although Art's vocals were, all things considered, excellent. At the end of the show the band came down to the rail and they were talking/selfie taking with everyone there. Art was beyond generous and gave my kid his setlist and a pick. Overall this was good. The staff got everyone in and out easily. Parking was a non-issue as we got there early and parked strategically to get out quickly. Art and the guys are pros-pros who know what they are doing. Another show here? Yep. Why not. read more

8-9-26 Musikfest Cafe was absolutely Fun!!! ... The Staff were oh so very helpful and friendly they walked me through with my cane safely and the Concert goers understood!. The Band AJR was absolutely Dope!!& a colorful experience. Parking level 5A sucked tho we waited for an Hour or so but the two cars in line & their kids were funny even up til we finally moved ( we were parked. We plan to return! ... The Vendors were pricey an IPA can was 12$, Dasani water 5$, a Beer refill was 11$ the beer itself was 2 six packs from the store! But that's how these concerts work now I was telling my bf. A great venue for a show. The seats have a reasonable amount of space. The view of the old steel foundry is memorable, particularly at night. There is a large parking area nearby. There is a $10 minimum per person. The food is adequate and the service is attentive. The pierogis are baked, but the onions served with them are good. read more

This was a great place for a comedy show! We had awesome seats for $35 each which was my type of budget!! It is a huge place, very clean with a bar. Tables were pretty close together (almost felt like you were sitting on the other party) but I guess that's how they place the tables for more space. Food was excellent! I had a margarita flatbread and my boyfriend had the chicken tenders basket. The flatbread was AWESOME! The chicken tenders were HUGE and juicy! Now, the drinks. First I got a cosmo - it was okay. Then I switched to a DOUBLE absolute with seltzer. It was not good. I swear it tasted like no liquor was poured into it. The drinks were extremely weak which is why I resorted to four stars. However, overall the experience was great and I would definitely come back to see another show. read more

We came for the Yellow Brick Road Show--it was great! I had purchased tickets ahead of time and we had pretty decent seats in the 400 section. I only purchased two tickets and we were sat at a table that fit four. I asked if there was a possibility that strangers would be seated with us and the waitress told us that yes, it is a possibility. With us never being there before, we didn't know, but now we do! No one ended up at our table, thankfully, as it would have been just a little awkward! The tables are very close together so plan on making new friends! We are social so we didn't mind. There was a $10 minimum purchase, which isn't a problem as most drinks cost that much (per drink). The food was HORRIBLE and I didn't finish my Southern Fried Chicken tenders and my husband said his burger wasn't good at all. The Mango Habanero sauce was the bomb though and great on my fries! We got our food so fast after ordering that I'm pretty sure they have the food already cooked and waiting in the back under heat lamps. The menu isn't that big. With the amount of people that fit in the Café, I can't say I blame them for trying to serve people as quick as possible but it definitely had an effect on the quality. If ever attending a show here again, we will eat somewhere else first. Parking kind of sucked...there was no parking in the lot that is designated for Musikfest so we found ourselves going down a little road nearby that had a sign that said "Authorized Vehicles Only" where we found a parking lot where many other people were parking (shoulder shrug!). Overall the venue was really nice and when we left our show and went outside, there was a band playing on a stage. We would visit again! read more

My boyfriend and I went to RUBIX KUBE: THE EIGHTIES STRIKE BACK SHOW at the Musikfest Cafe. The performance was amazing and so was the food. Per the recommendation of our waiter, my boyfriend and I both ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The waiter warned us that the portions were large and the chicken was spicy! He was not lying! The sandwich had two large chicken tenders that were lathered in Buffalo sauce and a unique blue cheese slaw. We came hungry and left happy! read more

I went here and saw hoobastank, lit, and alien ant farm. The place is gorgeous and new. Great set up and view of of the steel stacks outside. Two full bars that are enough to accommodate everyone on the floor. They have a balcony section with a good view view and seating(at least when for this show). The downsides are it is on the third floor so you have to either walk up the stairs or wait to take the elevator which can be a bit congested around show time. You aren't allowed to smoke or vape on the outdoor balcony so if you are a smoker prepare to make the trek downstairs. For the particular show I attended it was staffed by a lot of straight lace boomers who try to herd the concert goers around like your at a middle school dance. But all things considered this is a great little venue. read more

Was intrigued by the souperbowl so I had to see what all the hype was about. Very steep pricing just for soup: $43 regular admission, $65 for hour early entry after (in)convenience fees. I will say there was soup for every type of taste bud from pickle flavored soup to roasted garlic, shrimp, tomato, chicken and soups ive never heard of. My favorite was the picklini soup. Amazing taste and it won an honorable mention. The good thing about the steep pricing is that it is all you can eat sampling. So if you get there at noon, take a lap, get a tasting of what you want, take a walk on the hoover mason trestle or casino then come back at 2 for more soup. Lines at opening and towards closing were never long since there are so many vendors. Never had more than a 2 or 3 person wait. Drinks arent included sneak in your own or get drinks from either side of the two bars. read more

So,loved the venue for the concert. Tables arranged for great views from all angles. A lot of people ended up standing in front of the stage but it didn't hurt our view. It always loud but stage right was not overwhelming. The service started slow but ended up very nice. Apparently our waitress didn't know she had us. The food was really mediocre. I had a pot roast sandwich with a jus. No flavor in the a jus and the beef was dry. The sweet potato fries were ok. My husband had the flat bread. Way too much toppings! Like an open face sandwich. Wine choices very cheap but taste free! Very nice craft beers! Can't wait to go again but probably eat before! Oh, valet parking!!! read more

I visited the venue when my fiance had a performance scheduled with Who's Bad. My ticket was at will call and I was immediately escorted to my reserved seat. This event was sponsored so the tickets were for a seated dinner as well. However, I didn't intend on ordering dinner and I came fairly close to the start of the show so my fiance was able to bring me upstairs into their pre-show room. I was even able to watch the show from upstairs, which had a great view. The staff that I encountered were all very friendly but that was the extent my interaction and time there. However, overall, this venue seemed well kept, was cleaned quickly, and wasn't overcrowded. read more

Great venue! Intimate setting to see a show with beautiful view of the blast furnaces behind the stage. Bar and table service is nice. Good quality but very limited food menu-eat before your show and plan to snack here if you want. Ushers were very friendly and explained the venue while showing us to our seats. We've been to the event center many times but this was our first show (Splintered Sunlight) in the music fest cafe. We definitely will be watching the schedule and look forward to coming back soon! read more

So I am giving this a 4-star review because of how NICE this venue is. The service could definitely use some work. The staff are very sweet and accommodating...but only when you get a chance to flag them down. And therein lies the problem. I'm not sure if there just aren't enough people working here or if they don't prepare for their acts well beforehand but it takes forever and a day to be served by a waiter/waitress. I was a server so I know how the job is...and although it didn't seem to be their fault, it is always a turn-off if someone can't provide you good service for shows. Customers are just looking forward to having a good time with their friends/family. I will certainly be back to visit, SteelStacks/ArtsQuest has way too many events and entertaining things going on that it's hard to stay away from. But the reason for the 4-star rating is because of the aforementioned staff. As I said before, I'm not sure what the real issue is but my guess is that it lies within the prepared-ness of the venue rather than the talent of it's servers. As a performance venue, this place is exceptional. I saw the Patton Oswalt show on 9/28, and even Patton remarked that the stage setup in front of the lit steel stacks was really cool. Where this place flops, badly, is with the food. I had the worst, most obviously frozen burger I've eaten since the h/s cafeteria. Dry,terrible and overpriced.....as were the 'famous' Parmesan/ garlic fries...perfectly passable fries dredged in crummy, generic grated cheese. Gross. Beer selection is extensive and good. By all means see a show here, but eat somewhere else and just buy drinks in the venue. read more

Recently came here for a concert. Loved the atmosphere - very clean and modern. Seat options were stage level seating at dinner tables, lofted seating at dinner tables, or standing room. We opted for standing room, but immediately got seats at the bar to eat and drink at. We stayed seated at the bar until the third band came on stage and headed over to stand in front of the stage. The bar wasn't bad for the bands we didn't care as much about but definitely not a head-on view if you really care about the band. Food was good but pricy. Next time would probably eat before coming for a show and just do drinks here. As for show ambiance - it was amazing. Roomy and though not RIGHT in front of the stage, could see everything. Acoustics were great too. Hope to return for another show. read more

Let me preface my review by saying that the food served here is the absolute worst I have ever eaten.... Now if you can get past that statement, read on. I went to Steel Stacks Musikfest Café to see Dennis Deyoung. The tickets had a mandatory $10.00 per person food/beverage charge. OK, I can deal with that if the food was at the minimum, edible. This food is not. I ordered the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad. The menu describes the salad as being made with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction and BASIL. Notice how I emphasized "basil?" The salad was covered in mico greens of coriander or cilantro-it both tastes the same and doesn't belong on a tomato and mozzarella salad. The flavor is overpowering. BASIL, BASIL, BASIL belongs on a mozzarella salad. The tomatoes were nasty tasting and mushy. I could have gone to Giant food store and gotten fresher on the vine tomatoes than these. The mozzarella had no fresh taste-I know what fresh mozzarella should taste like because I've made it myself-many, many times. The balsamic reduction was nonexistent and lacked flavor. How can you take away the flavor of balsamic vinegar? I couldn't wait to push the plate away and stop eating. The waitress, Melissa, was rude It took her a long time to come to the table to ask us our beverages then she and didn't even offer a wine list or beer list. I kept hinting at what they have and she just stared at me as though I have three heads. It wasn't until another diner at our table asked for the list to give to us. I was intentionally waiting for her to step up and get the damn list! When she returned for our plates I told her my dish was the worst I have ever eaten. Her response: " Oh OK!" What? Oh, OK??? No apology no asking if I wanted something else. Horrible, horrible service. Needless to say, she got no gratuity and I left her a note. I usually tip in the range of 25-30% even if the service was OK and not exceptional. But, it's obvious she has not a clue what good service is. I wish you well in your "career," Melissa. I know I will receive a lot of comments about how it's not her fault that the food was awful, but she is the person who can make it right and she had an epic fail. It's as if she just didn't care. I will never again step foot in Steel Stacks. Even with free tickets. read more

I drove from the Phila. area up to Bethlehem for a Citizen Cope concert. Never been to Bethlehem before that. I'm assuming the venue is new? Anyways, it was an awesome experience. Parking is FREE! The place is clean, the workers are nice. The layout makes sense; two full bars, one on each side as you walk in, tables and chairs on the next floor, overlooking the stage. Prices at the bar were not bad at all. Usually people take advantage of events such as these & jack their prices up. I really appreciate it when they don't. They had a lot PA beers on tap which was pretty awesome; nice to see all Yuengling's in addition to Victory! They also had a small selection of food! Bavarian pretzels, hummus & pita, and chips & salsa. Citizen Cope did an acoustic session and from where my seat was, I was probably about 30-40ft away. The backdrop of the stage was essentially just a black curtain but the steel mills with colored lights lighting them were visible through these tall glass-windows. It was a really awesome view and backdrop. I really enjoyed the industrial style of it all. I'm definitely driving up here again for an event. read more

Been here several times with my wife for various musical groups. This is the first time I came to eat then take in the act. Also this was the first time I sat in the upper floor area. Nice seating! Roomy! The higher seats at tables for two were OK for me but keep that in mind. Rest of the tables are seating four people and are regular seats. Had the Reuben Pressed Wrap with the fries. Wow was that good! Had a few Yuengling's and my wife had the Spinach Salad. She like it also! Fries were not crunch, and that is the way I like them! Service & waitress were great. Parking means about a two block walk, not lighted all that well. Can't beat this place for something 10 minute drive from my house! read more

This is a great venue to see a show. However, do not be confused when you get an email saying dinner begins at one time and the concert begins at another (the times are true but showing up at the time for food guarantees you nothing!). Unless, you are one of the first 20 people, you are not getting seats. So, be prepared to stand and eat. As for the food-- it is bar food (and because of the lack of seating, you really can only make the appetizers work to eat easily). The fries are amazing (seriously, if you get nothing else, these are a must). We also tried the hot honey wings-- they were honey (nothing about them were hot). I would advise against trying to eat these standing up! Overall, I loved the space. The people working there were fantastic. The food-- ehhh. Grab something before you come in! read more

I have no idea why anyone would give this place a bad review. It's an incredible place to see a concert. If you're here primarily for the food, you are here for the wrong reason. We've been here 3 times. Twice to see Jon Anderson (Yes). There isn't a bad seat in the house. They serve a great variety of drinks, and it was fun being able to sit at a table and eat and catch a good concert. And we enjoyed our food, and service. The place is intimate and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The worst seat is only like 60 feet from the stage. (We've never sat upstairs, but have heard good reviews.) In my lifetime I've been to about 100 shows, and can say this place is the most unique, and one of the coolest. The acoustics are good, and the view of the steel stacks lit up at night, behind the performer, is amazing. Even Jon Anderson (who I bet has played thousands of shows) noted it was one of neatest places he's played. Maybe that's why he's been back to play again. If there is an act playing here that you are interested in seeing, catch them here. Tip: if you are sitting stage left, or get up,at the end and wander toward the far back, stage left, you might be able to talk to the performer after they leave the stage. Overall, an absolute gem of a concert venue. read more

I've come here a few times for concerts. I saw Bromberg here, also Chris Smither a few years ago. We sat on the upper level. The sound was terrific, and the food was not bad, with an extensive and reasonably-priced beer menu. I also got to meet Chris after the show. He signed a few CD's for me, and we had a nice conversation. Last night, we returned to the MusikFest Cafe to see Robert Cray, one of my favorite artists. This time, we sat downstairs at a table right in front of the stage. The stage is on risers, so my view of the band was obscured by their monitor speakers, except for Robert, who stood only about six feet away from me for the entire show. As a guitarist, I really got to see what he was doing when he plays. I was so close, I could even identify the brand of guitar picks he was using (Dunlop Tortex 1.0mm). However, the front of the stage is ringed with powerful PA speakers every few feet, in addition to the larger sound system suspended in the air above. My head was, literally, twelve inches away from a speaker. I didn't realize when I picked the seats, and, needless to say, since I didn't think to bring foam earplugs, the sound was WAY too loud, and my ears are still ringing this morning. All the seats here are reserved in advance when you purchase your tickets, so if your seats are close to the stage, bring earplugs. You're going to need them. read more

Building/Atmosphere: 5 stars Food: 3 stars Visited during an Amish Outlaws concert and had a great time with the show, but the dinner before hand we did not enjoy. I ordered fish tacos. The description did not mention they were spicy (even mildly). I get terrible heartburn and stay away from anything that could contribute to it, and the description didn't give any indication of the 'sauce' they had the fish in. After one bite, I had to push the plate aside and felt extremely embarrassed with the wasted food. The waitress did not charge us for the plate and apologized. read more

Gorgeous venue with fabulous food, free parking and amazing views. The service was stellar and prices very reasonable. My only complaint is that the waitress kept my credit card after closing my tab and I didn't realize it until the next day. I called the venue and left a message and still received no callback....two days later. Had to cancel the card and have one re-issued. Minor setback that was partially my fault. Can't wait to attend my next show here! read more

But to see a show it's terrific - I think I read the "worst" seat in the house is 60 feet from the stage. Great view of The Stacks. Bathrooms are large and pretty clean. I've been to Musikfest Cafe a few times for shows and have been pleased each time. Depending on the venue, you have the option of standing room or seating by the stage, or seats up on the balcony. When you chose seats, you are able to go early and order dinner to enjoy while watching the show. The set up of Musikfest Cafe is wonderful. Behind the stage are huge glass windows, and you can see the Steel Stacks lit up at night. The venue isn't that big, so you have a great view of the stage no matter where you are standing or sitting. There are bars on either side of the venue which offer a ton of options, although the drinks can be a little pricey. read more

This rating is for the food/service not the venue, the venue is fine 3 stars. You must buy food so this is why the food rating. Our server was nice but it's hard to tell if the food was slow or if he was slow, to be fair. It was 40min for fries and the squash. Both were cold, we were told the squash is served cold if that is true they should change it it was terrible. It took another 20 minutes, after asking the waiter again for our fries, to return with hot fries. Hot some salt but not flavored as indicated. The food was just bad. For a small, intimate concert, it would be very difficult to beat the Musikfest Café. This was my first visit to the Bethlehem and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It turns out this area is a thriving entertainment complex built around the renovated ruins of the old Bethlehem Steel mill with industrial design elements throughout. On my way into the café, I saw multiple stages with a swing band in one area and an oldies band in another. It made for an interesting atmosphere and set a pleasant tone for the evening. The café is part of a larger building that also houses a gift shop, walk-up bar, Mike & Ike's, gift shop, and a theater that seems to focus on independent faire. Stopping to chat with a few staff members along the way, everyone was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The building and surrounding area was decidedly clean and well looked after - had I been told this place was just a few months old, I would have believed it readily. I had eaten elsewhere before the show, so can't comment on the quality of the food here. Spying other tables, the food appeared to be quality and I regret not sampling a few options. Instead of food, I ordered a flight of Yuengling and was pleased with the quality and price. Cold drinks, served quickly, in signature Yuengling glasses. The waiter brought these to us from the downstairs bars (there appeared to be two bars on either side of the stage floor). Another review states that there's not a bad seat in the house and I'm inclined to agree. I had balcony seats at center stage. It was an unobstructed view fairly close to the stage and the volume was perfect for this type of show. My only complaint involves the sound of one of the outside stages bleeding slightly into the café during a quiet interlude (Colin Hay tells a lot of stories between songs, so this happened a few times). This didn't detract from the experience, but it was something I noted. After the show I got to meet Colin Hay in the lobby for a picture (see him if you get the chance) and everyone was very accommodating. On the way out, I sat for a few moments at the free band performance that was set up outside before making my way back to the hotel. It was a bit of drive from Maryland, but I'll make the trip for another show in this venue if a compelling act comes along. In fact, I'll probably get there a day early and take in the other sites there area has to offer. read more

I'm actually a little surprised by some of the low reviews for this venue. This place is freakin' awesome. It's a great venue and located about a mile or so past the Sands Casino in Bethlehem. It's set right in front of the Steel Stacks and the place looks absolutely brand new inside. I'm going to break my review up into 3 parts - the venue itself, the food and the service. Venue This venue is awesome - for me, it's easily a 5-star + venue. As said before, it's brand new, there's plenty of seating, the sound is great and the lighting is great, as well. There's a bar on both ends, so you don't have to walk too far to get a drink. Of course, you can always from your waitress, too. The tables are definitely pushed together pretty close, but I get it - they're trying to maximize the amount of people they can get in. The stage is absolutely huge and there really is not a bad seat in the house. Bathrooms are new and modern. I think it'd be cool if they had speakers in the bathroom so you don't miss any of the show. This is a perfect place for a comedian or a smaller type of band. I will definitely be returning to see some type of show here again. Food/Bar For the food/bar/drinks, I'll give this place 3 stars. It's a comedy club type of place so don't expect the food to be outstanding. If you do, you'll be disappointed. It's pretty much all bar food but they do try to class it up a bit with some entrees, too. I'd never order an entree at a place like this. We started off with an order of the loaded tater tots - they came with "truffled cheddar", bacon and scallions. The truffled cheddar was nothing more than a white cheddar sauce but it was actually pretty good. They didn't give you a ton but it was actually a perfect sized app and I'd order again. I was torn between a barbecue chicken sandwich and their special burger for the night. I ended up going with the special burger - the Steelstack burger and it came with cheddar, bacon, jalapenos and BBQ sauce. My wife actually went with the BBQ chicken sandwich and it came on a ciabatta roll. I had a bite - it was good but there was a little too much bread and not enough chicken. My burger came out and I took one bite and realized I bit into egg and avocado - clearly not what I ordered. I was starving so I debated just eating this, and I tried another bite. I couldn't do it - not a fan of egg, avocado, swiss and sauteed onions on the same burger. The funny part is I like all of those things individually but not all combined. I'd have to imagine that's not one of their standard burgers and someone must have ordered that burger custom. I seriously never send things back but I had to. I'm not sure if this counts because I didn't actually get what I ordered. They made my burger pretty quickly and it was good. The jalapenos gave it a nice kick. They didn't ask how I wanted it cooked but it was medium well so be prepared for that. Fries were standard issue. Service Service was OK and fairly attentive but two of my orders got screwed up during our time here. My burger was wrong and I ordered a Yuengling another time. When our waitress brought the beer out, it tasted mango/apricot-ish. It clearly was not what I ordered. Instead of calling the waitress over again, I just drank it. After that, I just walked to the bar and just ordered my beers but it was a non-issue since there was no line and we were right by it. Overall, the place was cool. Yuengling has some affiliation with the place as there are signs everywhere and they had about eight different Yuengling beers on tap. I really only ever see two so that was a change. In addition to that, they had another eight beers or so on tap so they have a great draft selection. Prices are all reasonable especially for being at a venue like this. One minor gripe is that the parking lot is a decently far walk to the venue but it's free. They do offer valet but it'll cost you $7. I'll be back here again, no doubt. read more

I've been at this venue on multiple occasions, the most recently was Friday evening for Craig Thatcher band and his Jimi Hendrix experience. There cannot be one negative word spoken with regards to the music venue portion of this review. As an entertainment venue, it doesn't get much better than the Musik Fest café. However this review needs to cover both the "restaurant "portion of this venue as well as the entertainment side. Like someone in another review mentioned, in the future, I will only spend my $10 minimum purchase on drinks. We did not have a great experience the first time that we ordered dinner before the show in the past. We decided this time since we were a little pressed for time that we would give it one more shot since we felt it would be easier to eat there and already be there for the start of the show then to try to make the time to eat somewhere else and try to get there on time. Big mistake, won't happen again. We started with the Parmesan garlic fries, I'm not sure how you can make Parmesan garlic fries taste like nothing but somehow they managed. The best thing I can say about them was that they were warm. My husband ordered a mushroom flatbread for his entrée and I ordered the Caesar salad and added the grilled shrimp. Everything coming out of the kitchen was completely underwhelming. But when my salad was put down and I looked at what I had paid $17 for and that the add on of $9 for grilled shrimp for three (previously grilled, ice cold) shrimp I literally dropped my jaw. $3 per shrimp. Are you kidding me?? I had to look, was I transported to the top floor of a fine restaurant overlooking the Manhattan skyline? Nope I was still in Bethlehem at the Musik Fest café. So... 3 beers, 2glasses of moscato, parmesan fries, mushroom flatbread pizza, and a $17 Caesar salad with shrimp entrée, plus tip, so $71 or so later I was incredibly and painfully disappointed in myself for not making the time to eat somewhere else along the way. This venue needs to seriously consider revamping their entire food operation bring in a professional restaurant and allow them to run the food portion the reviews could be off the chart if I was only reviewing for the entertainment venue it would be 5+ stars but the food ruins the experience. read more

I wanted to purchase tickets to see Reverend Horton Heat on June 27th. The Musikfest Cafe has the tickets on sale and offers a seating chart, which is handy as it shows how many seats are available or SRO (standing room only). The tickets just went on sale, most of the seats are gone. I just want SRO - but when I go to purchase I am denied because they want me to join their club for a minimum of $100.00. I looked at the benefits for spending $100.00 to get a $27.00 ticket. Not much...maybe a pack of trading cards and $3.00 off a comedy club thing that I have no interest in. Seems like a scam. Look....if you want this to be a private club, then keep it that way and don't open the venue to the public under false pretenses about getting any good seats....as it appears they will be glommed by "club" members. read more

Don't get the salmon, it tastes like it was a frozen patty with fake grill marks. All the food here I have tried is unimpressive. Eat in downtown Bethlehem and just get drinks here. Everything seems like it was previously frozen, not fresh, not great portions either. read more

I was really impressed by Musikfest Cafe & the SteelStacks complex! Driving in we could see there was already so much going on that evening (I would recommend a bit more in the signage department to help navigate) and got pumped right away. What a pleasure to not pay another $30 for parking to attend a concert. The free lot that wasn't a long hike away from the venue was lovely, and we were thrilled to grab a quick bite and drinks before our show. Decent food, and decent prices -- lovely staff. The view of the SteelStacks lit up at night is really something, and we were lucky enough to grab seats by the bar to have the chill evening we were hoping to enjoy. If it wasn't such a haul to get here, I'm sure I'd come more often, but I'll definitely be back! read more

First time we went there to see a show (Judy Collins) and was very impressed. Intimate setting and good acoustics. Didn't feel like a big dinner so we just ordered appetizers and made the right choices. Chips and guacamole were good and the pierogies with bacon also a hit. Then we split a flatbread...arugula, prosciutto, apple slices and Gorgonzola. It's bar food but good quality. Service staff was super friendly (props to Nelson!!!), and volunteers were great. Good value too. Drinks were very reasonable. read more
