I found Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar on Yelp! and decided to give it a try. Jordan seated me and was also my waiter. He was professional and attentive, which was much appreciated. They have a limited menu, but the Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Pasta seemed like a good option. Boy was I RIGHT! This was a very flavorful and somewhat healthy dish that hit the spot. The location is a bit odd. It's located in a hotel that's in an area with a guarded gate. The restaurant is right next to an outdoor pool, with lots of glass. Some guy in just his swimsuit was peering through the glass door near my table, which was a bit awkward. Also there was a large crowd right behind me that was very loud, which also was not ideal. Service and food were excellent; Location not so much.

Palm & Paddle was an excellent dining experience from start to finish…read more My wife ordered the Jerk Chicken Entrée and absolutely loved it. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and full of bold Caribbean flavor. The black beans and fresh mango salsa complemented the chicken beautifully, while the island rice was an outstanding side that tied everything together. My youngest daughter chose the Jerk Chicken Bowl and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The portions were generous, and it delivered the same incredible jerk chicken, beans, rice, and toppings all combined into one flavorful bowl. I went with the Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken served with island rice and mashed sweet potatoes. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the teriyaki sauce had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering, and both the rice and the mashed sweet potatoes were exceptional. We also sampled several of their Caribbean-inspired cocktails, and every one of them was well-crafted and balanced. I especially enjoyed the rum flight and a Mezcal Old Fashioned--both were excellent and worth ordering again. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The restaurant features two levels with outdoor seating on both floors, and the upstairs bar creates a great place to relax. They also offer live music on Thursdays and daily specials, giving us another reason to come back. If you're looking for outstanding Caribbean-inspired food, creative cocktails, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere, and great service, Palm & Paddle is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended--we'll definitely be back!

My mom had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken with sweet potatoes and she said it was so good. My daughter had the Pulled Jerk Chicken bowl. She said it had a slight kick to it and she really liked it. I ordered the Anana burger. It comes on a brioche bun but I opted for no bun and had it served on a bed of lettuce instead. The presentation was appealing and my burger was delicious. I subbed grilled vegetables for the fries and everything was so, so good. I went with sweet tea to drink. Palm &Paddle has a wonderful menu. Next time I want to save room for the beautiful key lime that's on the menu. This restaurant is located right next door to LaQuinta and directly across the street from Dunkin Donuts. The location is nice and the menu is thoughtful, most definitely recommend!

We started with brunch at the Ozark Mill restaurant. Then walked the grounds, including an old bridge. We headed out for a few hours and returned for dinner at The Garrison (speakeasy vibe bar and fine dining). We had reservations on the patio and it was simply gorgeous.
