I'll be blunt as Will is. If you have a Volvo 2015 or older and your not using Will as your Mechanic, your Stupid. I had an older model sedan Volvo, and he looks me in the eye, are you in love with this car, cause repairs are going to be about $9k. I told him I was going to get another Volvo, mainly because I wanted to keep him as my Mechanic. He said, had to be a 2015 or older, since he wasn't going to buy the new computer programs for the newer models. Found a 2014 XC60, told the dealer to take it over to Will's to check it out, Will said buy it. Will is fantastic. The shift lock was out on our S60 and I was stuck in the Ala Moana parking lot. After looking at the Yelp reviews, I called Will to see if he could help right away. He said he was slammed, but kindly recommended a competitor that he said was good. First class! I called the referral and he he was even more overwhelmed and said that he could not help for a week. I called Will back to see if he could refer someone else and he said he would try to squeeze it in, since I was in a bind. I had it towed over and no more than a few minutes after the tow truck dropped it, Will had it diagnosed. Fortunately, it wasn't the expensive electronic part, but rather a broken piece in the shifter, which Will had in stock. He was able to replace the part and do a couple of other repairs I needed all within a few hours. Great service, great guy, fair pricing. Five stars all the way. The only bad thing was that Will said he'll be retiring in a few years. In the meantime, there's no better place to go for Volvo service. read more

My car looks good and only has 33,000 miles on it, but it's a 2003 Volvo S60. Things are starting to need replacing. Thank goodness I know Will now! Whe I use my turn turn signal, it caused the brights to come on. I would manually need to shut them off. Sometimes, I wouldn't know they were left on and I would come out to a dead car battery. Mind you that it is not a place like Servco or other car dealer/service/repair shop that has an air conditioned waiting room with self service coffee or tea.
