WOULDA, SHOULDA, COULDA, SO WHAT?…read more You know what's annoying about people when they get angry with a particular service? Their tendency to start bragging about how much they would have or could have spent if only the company had better service. That is tacky and irrelevant, stop it and move on! Yes, they're pricey, they are in Alpharetta! Sometimes, it is just about location and some stores have a different pricing structure based on the surrounding area or address. If customer service is that important to you, make an appointment because they don't have sales staff on the floor, their staff is actually busy completing designs and processing orders. If you want a sales person on the floor, head to Lowe's. Yes, these stores tend to be very pricey because they are in business to make as much of a profit as possible and if they can get you to pay $7000 for that tub, they are winning! There are other options for purchasing kitchen and bath appliances, fixtures and accessories. However, if you don't want to spend the time really searching the various options and you don't mind plunking down the cash, this store just might be your ticket. I like this store over their competitor because they had a greater variety and it didn't read "pretentious". You might look up and see "Game of Thrones" and Cinderella sharing the same space, (lighting). When it comes to my kitchen and bath decor, it needs to be simple and clean in design. These are highly functional areas that must be calm, relaxing and free of visual clutter or bling. Showrooms are obviously designed to get your attention and they do because they have beautiful inventory. No doubt. I didn't see anything that caused me to get super excited so my search continues. ***When I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and signed in. I was told that there were no sales people on the floor but if I needed more information regarding an item, I could just let her know. I was then free to browse unbothered. ***Remember, if you know going in that you will require assistance, make an appointment. ***Don't feel obligated to purchase here, comparison shop like you do for everything else.

Me again! Well, now I have an actual review after having used Ferguson. Again, wonderful front desk…read moreservice. Pleasant as can be. My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

I met my parents at this Dunwoody location to assist them with design choices for three bathrooms…read moreand their kitchen. The copper pipes recently burst in several places in their home causing enough damage to warrant the start of extensive renovations. Parking on a Saturday was easy and ample. The store is clean and has a huge selection of tiles and decor. The significant number of mockup bathrooms and kitchens provided great inspiration. The staff was masked and sanitizer was available. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Our assigned designer Twila was great and explained the services and products available. Tiles and decor from inexpensive to high end expensive were available. We look forward to our renovations and recommend this location!

Customer service (heck, just acknowledging they even have customers) is nonexistent. I hate to…read moreleave this review because my experience with this location five years ago was five star. In 2019 I bought all of the tile for our kitchen remodel here. The designer was so helpful and she even followed up after the sale to say thank you. Fast forward to March 2024 and I find myself wandering the aisles with another woman looking to see if any employees are even there. When I reach the back of the store I find two employees who couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask if I or the other customer needed help. Two customers in the middle of a weekday afternoon ended up walking out. This one drove straight to Floor and Decor where I spent $600. It's a shame they've gone from being a five star store to where they are now. Will never go back and can no longer recommend.

My husband had a separate project that we also used Emmanuel for, but this review is specifically for our master bathroom and master closet renovation. I have always known these areas had more potential but needed a person with creative vision to help me pull it off. Emmanuel gave us an honest quote after taking the most thorough measurements. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and he followed up on every detail. I even changed my mind about tile after some had already gotten installed and he switched gears with me, no problem! Emmanuel has fantastic attention to detail, communication, and follow through. I will let the photos do the rest of the talking! Can't wait to get started on the kitchen next!

When he showed up to our home for the first time after I had met with multiple contractors, I knew he would be the best person for our project. He was very knowledgable about home architecture and renovations, he provided samples and assured that he could accomplish what we were requesting. He definitely delivered a quote in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the first set of renovations in our new home and did a phenomenal job. He provided great, quality work in a reasonable amount of time with absolutely no headaches. From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Emmanuel and we have no complaints. We plan to work with him again in the future. My husband and I work FT jobs and we have a toddler so we really appreciated, Emmanuel's attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. He made sure his team delivered on all of our requirements and he was very attentive to our requests. This was truly a hassle free process. Emmanuel and his team did three levels of flooring, created a laundry space in the unfinished part of our basement, changed our old laundry room to a butler's pantry, renovated our master bathroom, completed our gym room, changed our entry door-way to an arch and remodeled our staircase. He and his team were very efficient and remained mindful of our use of the space while the renovations were being done so we didn't feel too inconvenienced by all of the work being done in a short period *three months*. I honestly can't thank Emmanuel and his team enough for their amazing work. We recommend him as someone you can trust to deliver!

Pretty sure we bought out the store!…read more Man it is tough when you move into a new house... where does all of the stuff you had go? It's like all of a sudden we didn't have anything! A simple stop in to get a few things turned into a several cart purchase! I mean when we started thinking about things it was like well we need this we need that we need 5 of those... it was crazy!! Good thing we were in bed bath and beyond... they had what we needed for the most part. And if they didn't have what we wanted exactly, they had several others to choose from. They were pretty wiped out on bathroom stuff... if they had the trash can and the floor mats they didn't have the shower curtain that matched. So we had to spend some time working it all out... but we were able to. Help in this place... like everywhere anymore... was limited but we were able to find a couple of people who were a great help eventually. This is just one of those places it is hard to get out of for under and arm and a leg!! I know we neds to go back again... but man... I really need to save up the energy and the cash! Just sooooo much to do....

What is the deal with the horrendously long, boring lines to make purchases? I was excited when…read morethey began work on remodeling the purchasing and refund/exchange areas (counters, line path, self-checkout kiosks and full time attendant to stand around assisting in keeping the line moving). But, now that the renovation is done, nothing as changed. It still takes just as long plus you now much use their equipment (serf-serve) and more boring standing in line waiting time. I came in to exchange a single item I purchased last night that was defective. I did not want my money back, I like the product and just wanted to "exchange" it for one the same product that just was not damaged. Easy enough, right? Wrong. First, there is a note typed in black ink on a white 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper from an ink jet printer taped to a pole at the "Refunds / Exchanges" counter that says to get in line with those waiting to make purchases on the self-service kiosks. Borrrrrring. When I finally got to the front of that line I informed the employee I do not need to use a kiosk, I just need to exchange like product for like product. He then told me to pass on by the self-service checkout kiosks as I now have permission to go to the counter. Before moving on, I asked that employee was it really necessary for me to wait and wait and wait and wait in line with people waiting to make purchases at the self-service kiosks when I obviously after having waited in said line needed to move past all these kiosks just to get to the "exchange" counter? His short answer? . . . "yes". The employee at the exchange counter then kept trying to "refund" the defective item purchase and make me purchase a new (exactly the same) item. I explained that is fine, but make sure the coupon is transferred from the first purchase made yesterday and apply it to the new purchase today if that is what she needs to do. After an awkward two-second long stare and not verbally acknowledgement , she tried and tried and tried and tried to pull off this financial wizardry of a transaction until another employee who was listening in, walked over, took the broken product from me, handed me a replacement product and let me leave. Duh. What a genius move. I hope all the people behind me and to still to come are able to benefit from this "one" fabulously gifted employee's brilliance, unlike the many other common sense lacking employees. This company cannot get out of its own way and the people that suffer the most are not their poorly trained employees, but the customers who get wrapped up with them. Needless to day . . . I do not recommend this company when it comes to customer shopping experience.
