The first part of my appointment was with a technician who led me through the tests. Everything was fine until she was taking my eye pressure with a tool that blew little puffs of air into my eye. She measured each eye and then went back to my right eye and blew three rapid succession puffs into my eye. I pulled back and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked out of the room. In fact, there was a paper sign on the door saying they'd be closed Super Bowl Sunday. I think that's a smart move on their part! Huuuge selection of frames all arranged by frame shape/type and Men's or Women's and also price. The salesgirl was very friendly and knowledgeable. We narrowed it down to a couple of choices and finally down to the winner. She took measurements and we decided what kind of progressive lens - premium, premium digital, or workplace. She was able to apply some coupons to our order - the frames were originally $199.95 with a $79.98 discount came out to $119.97. The digital progressive polycarbonate polarized lenses were originally $525 but with a $210 discount came out to $315. Total cost with the 40% discount was $434.97. We ordered them on Saturday 2/10/24 and they were promised for 2/24. Imagine our delight when we received a text message on 2/19 that the sunglasses were ready for pick up! Hubby picked them up and he loves them! Just what he wanted! Excellent shopping experience.

I had to return to the store five separate times because of repeated mistakes with the measurements for my progressive and Transitions lenses. Every visit required a great deal of physical effort from both me and my husband, who had to push my wheelchair just so we could return to the store and clarify the ongoing problems. She made repeated errors from the start and recommended polarized lenses without taking the time to properly review whether they were appropriate for my vision needs. I trusted her professional advice, believing she had carefully considered what was best for my eyes. When Connie became involved, I hoped the situation would finally be corrected. Unfortunately, the measurements and service were still not accurate, and the problems continued. Throughout this process, my husband had to take on the responsibility of carefully reviewing every detail, asking repeated questions, and making sure everything was correct because we had lost confidence in the accuracy of the work being performed.
